Abstract

This invention provides a lighting fixture comprising a light-emitting component having a first end and a second end, the light-emitting component having an elongated structure, and the first end and the second end being arranged opposite each other, with a light-emitting area in the middle of the first end and the second end; decorative pieces, arranged at intervals and surrounding the light-emitting component on the side, each decorative piece being assembled with the first end and the second end, and the extension direction of the line connecting the two ends of the decorative pieces being substantially the same as the extension direction of the light-emitting component. Accordingly, a lighting fixture structure with high versatility is provided.

Description

Lighting fixtures

This creation relates to the field of lighting products, specifically a highly versatile lamp applicable to various settings.

Lighting fixtures play a crucial role in daily life and various work environments. Whether in homes, offices, shops, factories, or outdoor facilities, the needs for lighting fixtures vary greatly across different spaces. For example, home lighting focuses on creating a comfortable and warm atmosphere and can adapt to different needs such as reading or resting, presenting different lighting performances. Office environments require bright but not glaring light. Lighting fixtures in commercial spaces are often important tools for attracting customers, focusing on how to draw their attention. Lighting fixtures for industrial or outdoor locations and special purposes have higher requirements for durability and functionality. These specific needs directly influence the direction and performance of lighting fixture design.

However, as the demands for lighting fixtures in different spaces become increasingly diversified, the lighting market faces numerous design challenges. For example, developing fixtures that can flexibly adapt to different locations and whose shape or lighting effects can be easily adjusted is a major challenge. Lighting fixtures must not only meet the different needs of various spaces for light intensity and angle but also ensure structural stability, especially when frequently adjusting their shape or light. Furthermore, modern spatial design increasingly emphasizes the integration of aesthetics and functionality, which places higher demands on lighting fixture design and further increases the difficulty of structural design.

Based on a deep understanding of market demands, the creator has developed a new type of lighting fixture through extensive experience, hoping to provide a more widely applicable product to meet diverse market needs.

One of the objectives of this creation is to provide a highly adaptable lighting fixture that can be flexibly applied to various environments, combining ideal lighting effects with a stable structural design.

To achieve the above objectives, this invention discloses a lighting fixture comprising: a light-emitting component, which is elongated in shape, having a first end and a second end, the first end and the second end being disposed opposite each other and the area between the first end and the second end being a light-emitting region; and a plurality of decorative pieces, the decorative pieces being arranged at intervals and surrounding the light-emitting component on one side, wherein each decorative piece is assembled with the first end and the second end, and the extension direction of the line connecting the two ends of each decorative piece is substantially the same as the extension direction of the light-emitting component.

Preferably, the luminaire further includes a pair of auxiliary fixing elements, each of which is a semi-circular arc. These auxiliary fixing elements are symmetrically assembled to form a ring structure and are fitted onto the light-emitting area, creating a gap between them. The decorative pieces are also respectively assembled onto the pair of auxiliary fixing elements.

Preferably, the first end and the second end are circular, the first end is defined as having two semi-circular first assembly areas, and the second end is defined as having two semi-circular second assembly areas, and each of the first assembly areas and the second assembly areas is provided with an equal number of the decorative pieces.

Preferably, the spacing between any two decorative pieces located adjacent to each other at the edges of the first assembly areas is greater than the spacing between any two decorative pieces located adjacent to each of the first assembly areas and/or the spacing between any two decorative pieces located adjacent to each other at the edges of the second assembly areas is greater than the spacing between any two decorative pieces located adjacent to each of the second assembly areas.

Based on the aforementioned embodiment of the lighting fixture, preferably, the first end and the second end each have at least one hanging hole for assembling a hanging bracket.

Preferably, the lamp further includes at least one decorative ring, and each decorative piece has at least one slot, each slot being formed by a recess in the decorative piece from the side of the decorative piece away from the light-emitting element toward the light-emitting element, the decorative ring being fitted into the slot.

Preferably, the first end and/or the second end are further assembled.

Preferably, the assembly is located at the second end and is an assembly groove for receiving the first end.

Preferably, both the second end and the first end have the assembly, and the assembly at the second end is an assembly groove, while the assembly at the first end is an assembly protrusion, with the assembly groove accommodating the assembly protrusion.

Preferably, the light fixture further includes a base for assembly with the mounting slot.

Preferably, the decorative pieces are each arc-shaped, creating an openwork space between the decorative pieces and the light-emitting area.

In conclusion, this novel lighting fixture structure allows for flexible adjustment of its shape and lighting effects to suit the needs of different environments, demonstrating excellent adaptability. Please refer to Figure 1, which is a schematic diagram of the lamp structure assembly according to the first embodiment of the preferred embodiment of this invention. This invention proposes a lamp 1 comprising a light-emitting component 10 and a plurality of decorative pieces 12.

The light-emitting component 10 has an elongated structure, with a first end 101 and a second end 102. The first end 101 and the second end 102 are arranged opposite to each other, and the area between the first end 101 and the second end 102 is a light-emitting region L. The light-emitting component 10 can emit light at least in the light-emitting region L through a structural element such as a lamp tube or LED strip combined with a light guide, and the light intensity, color temperature, etc., can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the usage requirements. Preferably, in one embodiment, the first end 101 and/or the second end 102 can also have a light-emitting effect, for example, by making the first end 101 and/or the second end 102 a hollow or light-transmitting structure, so that light can pass through the first end 101 and/or the second end 102 during application, thereby achieving the effect of extending the light. The decorative pieces 12 are arranged at intervals and arranged around the light-emitting component 10 on the side. Each decorative piece 12 is assembled with the first end 101 and the second end 102, and the extension direction of the line connecting the two ends of each decorative piece 12 is substantially the same as the extension direction of the light-emitting component 10. Given that the decorative pieces 12 can be made of various materials such as wood and plastic, when some natural materials are selected for the decorative pieces 12, they will have a natural curvature. Therefore, in principle, the decorative pieces 12 will present a structural state in which the extension direction of the line connecting their two ends is substantially the same as the extension direction of the light-emitting component 10. Preferably, the decorative pieces 12 can also be of various shapes, such as rectangular or irregular shapes, and the decorative pieces 12 can be further assembled and fixed to the first end 101 and the second end 102 by means of bonding, locking, snapping, etc. Depending on the length of the decorative pieces 12, the assembly position of each decorative piece 12 with the first end 101 and the second end 102 can vary. For example, the decorative pieces 12 can be assembled with the first end 101 and the second end 102 at both ends, or when the length of the decorative pieces 12 is greater than that of the light-emitting component 10, the decorative pieces 12 can be assembled with the first end 101 and the second end 102 through the area between the two ends. When the decorative pieces 12 are assembled with the first end 101 and the second end 102 at their two ends, the structural configuration of the assembled decorative pieces 12 and the light-emitting component 10 can be seen in Figure 1. The lamp 1 can be flexibly applied to various spaces for lighting or decorative purposes, and can be installed by hanging or placing it on the ground. The lamp 1 also has the function of being used in series or stacked, providing excellent adjustment flexibility. Users can change the light state of the lamp 1 by adjusting the number and arrangement of the decorative pieces 12 according to the needs of the space or the desired lighting effect, thus possessing extremely high adaptability and meeting the light source needs of various spaces.

In a preferred structural configuration, the first end 101 and the second end 102 are circular. The first end 101 is defined by two semi-circular first assembly areas 1013, and the second end 102 is defined by two semi-circular second assembly areas 1023. Each of the first assembly areas 1013 and the second assembly areas 1023 is equipped with an equal number of decorative pieces 12. This allows the lamp 1 to exhibit a symmetrical and uniform lighting effect and appearance.

Furthermore, the spacing between any two decorative pieces 12 located adjacent to each other on the edges of the first assembly areas 1013 can be greater than the spacing between any two decorative pieces 12 located adjacent to each other on the first assembly areas 1013 and/or the spacing between any two decorative pieces 12 located adjacent to each other on the edges of the second assembly areas 1023 can be greater than the spacing between any two decorative pieces 12 located adjacent to each other on the second assembly areas 1023. This can present an illumination effect with two larger main light-emitting areas and multiple smaller secondary light-emitting areas, and can be applied, for example, to localized enhanced lighting applications. Specifically, the lamp 1 can provide the main lighting source on both sides through areas with larger spacing, while areas with smaller spacing can be used as ambient lighting. Taking the lamp 1 as a horizontally suspended installation as an example, the lamp 1 can provide light sources in both the vertical and horizontal directions simultaneously. It can not only evenly illuminate areas such as the desktop downwards, but also emit indirect light upwards, enhancing the sense of spatial layering. Furthermore, as mentioned above, the first end 101 and/or the second end 102 can be configured with a light-emitting effect. In this case, when the lamp 1 is vertically suspended upwards, in addition to the light-emitting area L having a light-emitting effect, it can also present different light-providing states, such as both the upper and lower end positions being translucent, or the upper end position being opaque and the lower end position being translucent.

To allow for quick and convenient suspended installation of the light fixture 1, it is preferable that the first end 101 and the second end 102 each have at least one hanging hole 1011 and 1021, respectively, to facilitate the installation of a hanging bracket (not shown in the figure). This allows the light fixture 1 to be quickly and easily installed via suspension. Furthermore, the first end 101 or the second end 102 may also be equipped with an electrical socket (not shown in the figure) to allow multiple light fixtures 1 to be connected in series via a connecting wire.

Furthermore, the lamp fixture 1 may also include at least one decorative ring 13, and each decorative piece 12 has at least one slot 123. The slot 123 is formed by a recess in the decorative piece 12 from the side away from the light-emitting component 10 toward the light-emitting component 10, and the decorative ring 13 is fitted onto the slots 123. This design can improve the structural stability of the assembled decorative pieces 12, while also enhancing the flexibility of the lamp fixture 1's appearance. Preferably, the decorative ring 13 can be a rope with both ends that can be fixed to each other. During assembly, the rope is first wrapped around the slots 123, and then the two ends of the rope are fixed to form a ring structure. Alternatively, the decorative ring 13 can also be a ring structure with a certain degree of elasticity, directly fitted onto the decorative pieces 12.

Please refer to Figure 2, which is a partially exploded schematic diagram of the lamp structure according to the second embodiment of the preferred embodiment of the present invention. Considering that the decorative pieces 12 may be relatively long or have a large weight due to the material used, in order to improve the structural stability of the assembled decorative pieces 12, the lamp 1 may further include a pair of auxiliary fixing elements 15. Each of the auxiliary fixing elements 15 is a semi-circular arc. The auxiliary fixing elements 15 are symmetrically assembled to form a ring structure and are fitted onto the light-emitting area, forming a gap with the light-emitting area. The decorative pieces 12 are respectively assembled on the pair of auxiliary fixing elements 15. Preferably, the auxiliary fixing elements 15 can be combined with each other to form a ring structure, for example, by interlocking or snapping. Accordingly, the assembly of the decorative pieces 12 can be made more stable, giving the lamp 1 better structural stability, such as greater safety when installed in a suspended manner. For illustrative purposes, the decorative ring is omitted from the drawing in Figure 2.

Please refer to Figure 3, which is a schematic diagram of the lighting fixture assembly application in the third embodiment of the preferred embodiment of this invention. The lighting fixture 1 can be suspended or placed upright on the ground. To achieve a better installation effect, the lighting fixture 1 may include a base 14 for assembly with the first end 101 or the second end 102. When the lighting fixture 1 needs to be placed in a space, simply connect the base 14 to the first end 101 or the second end 102 to stably place the lighting fixture 1 vertically on the ground. The operation is simple and convenient, and the base 14 also improves the stability of the lighting fixture 1 in an upright position.

Please refer to Figure 4, which is a schematic diagram of the lamp structure according to the fourth embodiment of the preferred embodiment of this invention. The decorative pieces 12, while maintaining a generally similar extension direction at both ends to the light-emitting component 10, can have their side shapes varied. In this embodiment, the decorative pieces 12 are respectively curved, creating a hollow space between them and the light-emitting area L. By making the decorative pieces 12 curved, the lamp 1 can present a different lighting effect and appearance than that of the rectangular decorative pieces 12.

Please also refer to Figures 5 and 6, which are schematic diagrams of the lamp structure in the fifth embodiment and the sixth embodiment of the lamp structure assembly application, respectively, of the preferred embodiments of this invention. To enhance the flexibility of the lamp 1 and enable it to be installed in various ways in different spaces, the first end 101 and/or the second end 102 of the lamp 1 may have an assembly, allowing multiple lamps 1 to be installed by stacking or connecting in series. This assembly may include wires, steel rods, or tongue-and-groove fasteners, allowing the lamps 1 to be connected by wires, fixed by steel rods, or connected to each other by tongue-and-groove fasteners. In one structural configuration, the assembly system is located at the second end 102 and forms an assembly groove 1022, which can accommodate the first end 101, thereby allowing multiple lamps 1 to be stacked on top of each other. In this way, the lamps 1 can be vertically stacked in space, further improving the versatility and adaptability of the lamps 1, as shown in Figure 5. Furthermore, in this configuration, the lamp 1 may also include a base 14 for assembly with the assembly groove 1022, serving as a support structure for the lamp 1 when placed on the ground, providing stability. In addition to the aforementioned structure enabling stacking applications, the second end 102 and the first end 101 can also be designed to have the assembly. The assembly at the second end 102 is a slot 1022, while the assembly at the first end 101 is a protrusion 1012. The slot 1022 accommodates the protrusion 1012, allowing the lamps 1 to be stacked. Furthermore, in this configuration, the lamp 1 may also include the base 14, as shown in Figure 6.

In summary, this invention proposes a novel lighting fixture structure that can produce diverse lighting effects through different configurations of decorative panels, thereby meeting the light source needs of various spaces and demonstrating high versatility. The fixture can flexibly adjust its lighting performance according to different installation locations or user needs, exhibiting exceptional adaptability. These decorative panels are directly assembled with the light-emitting components through their ends, making installation relatively convenient and simple, and offering the advantage of quick adjustment as needed. Furthermore, this invention also proposes a better structural form for application, as well as technical features to improve the installation and assembly efficiency of the lamp. For example, considering the overall structural stability, auxiliary fixing elements can be added to make the assembly of these decorative pieces more stable; or considering the ease and versatility of the lamp's installation, the first end and the second end can be provided with hanging holes, or the lamp can further include the base, so that the... The light fixture can be suspended or placed on the ground; furthermore, multiple fixtures can be stacked or connected in series in various ways, such as by assembling the ends of the light-emitting components with concave-convex structures, thereby improving structural stability and functional flexibility; this invention also proposes examples of the shape of the decorative piece, such as making it curved to form a hollowed-out state with the light-emitting area to provide alternative lighting effects, etc.

Claims (22)

A lighting fixture includes: a light-emitting component, which is elongated in shape, having a first end and a second end, the first end and the second end being disposed opposite each other, and a light-emitting area being formed between the first end and the second end; and a plurality of decorative pieces, the decorative pieces being arranged at intervals and surrounding the light-emitting component, wherein each decorative piece is assembled with the first end and the second end, and the extension direction of the line connecting the two ends of each decorative piece is substantially the same as the extension direction of the light-emitting component. The lamp as described in claim 1 further includes a pair of auxiliary fixing elements, each of which is a semi-circular arc body. The auxiliary fixing elements are symmetrically assembled to form a ring structure and are fitted onto the light-emitting area, forming a gap with the light-emitting area. The decorative pieces are respectively assembled on the pair of auxiliary fixing elements. The lamp as described in claim 2, wherein the first end and the second end are circular, the first end is defined as having two first assembly areas that are semicircular, the second end is defined as having two second assembly areas that are semicircular, and the first assembly areas and the second assembly areas are respectively equipped with an equal number of the decorative pieces. The lighting fixture as described in claim 3, wherein the spacing between any two decorative pieces located adjacent to each other at the edges of the first assembly areas is greater than the spacing between any two decorative pieces located adjacent to each of the first assembly areas and/or the spacing between any two decorative pieces located adjacent to each other at the edges of the second assembly areas is greater than the spacing between any two decorative pieces located adjacent to each of the second assembly areas. The lamp as described in claim 1, wherein the first end and the second end are circular, the first end is defined as having two first assembly areas that are semicircular, the second end is defined as having two second assembly areas that are semicircular, and the first assembly areas and the second assembly areas are respectively provided with an equal number of the decorative pieces. As described in claim 5, the spacing between any two decorative pieces located adjacent to each other at the edges of the first assembly areas is greater than the spacing between any two decorative pieces located adjacent to each of the first assembly areas and/or the spacing between any two decorative pieces located adjacent to each other at the edges of the second assembly areas is greater than the spacing between any two decorative pieces located adjacent to each of the second assembly areas. The lighting fixture as described in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the first end portion and the second end portion each have at least one hanging hole for assembling a hanging member. The lamp as described in any one of claims 1 to 6 further includes at least one decorative ring, and each decorative piece has at least one slot, each slot being formed by a recess in the side of each decorative piece away from the light-emitting component toward the light-emitting component, the decorative ring being fitted onto the slots. The lighting fixture as described in claim 8, wherein the first end portion and the second end portion each have at least one hanging hole for assembling a hanging component. The luminaire as described in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the first end and/or the second end further comprises an assembly. The lighting fixture as described in claim 10, wherein the assembly is located at the second end and is an assembly groove for receiving the first end. The luminaire as described in claim 11 further includes a base for assembly with the mounting slot. The lighting fixture as described in claim 10, wherein both the second end and the first end have the assembly, and the assembly located at the second end is an assembly groove, and the assembly located at the first end is an assembly protrusion, the assembly groove being for receiving the assembly protrusion. The luminaire as described in claim 13 further includes a base for assembly with the mounting slot. The lighting fixture as described in claim 1, wherein the decorative pieces are each arc-shaped, thereby creating a hollow space between the decorative pieces and the light-emitting area. The lighting fixture as described in claim 15, wherein the first end portion and the second end portion each have at least one hanging hole for assembling a hanging component. The lighting fixture as described in claim 15, wherein the first end and/or the second end further comprises an assembly. The lighting fixture as described in claim 17, wherein the assembly is located at the second end and is an assembly groove for receiving the first end. The luminaire as described in claim 18 further includes a base for assembly with the mounting slot. The lighting fixture as described in claim 17, wherein both the second end and the first end have the assembly, and the assembly located at the second end is an assembly groove, and the assembly located at the first end is an assembly protrusion, the assembly groove being for receiving the assembly protrusion. The luminaire as described in claim 20 further includes a base for assembly with the mounting slot. The luminaire as described in any one of claims 1 to 6 further includes a base for assembly with the first end or the second end.
