Abstract

A smoke sterilizer with rapidly changeable scents has a mixing space formed within its body. The body is provided with a smoke outlet connected to the mixing space and an insertion slot for inserting a diffuser. An atomizer includes a container for holding a sterilizing agent. The atomizer atomizes the antibacterial agent in the container into an antibacterial mist, which is then discharged into the mixing space. Upon entering the mixing space, the antibacterial mist mixes with the scent emitted by the diffuser card before being released outward through the smoke outlet. By replacing the diffuser card with a different scent and inserting it into the insertion slot, the scent can be changed simply and quickly.

This creation is related to sterilization devices, specifically a smoke sterilizer that can quickly change its scent.

In recent years, localized and global pandemics have frequently occurred around the world, including the new influenza virus, enterovirus, COVID-19, pneumonia, and other unidentified viruses. These viruses pose a constant threat to human life and health. Under the severe threat of these viruses, strengthening personal hygiene measures and avoiding the threat of mass infection have become challenges and issues that people in today's society must face. Furthermore, various allergens and odors may be present in ordinary indoor spaces and car interiors, all of which can cause discomfort.

Currently, there are many sterilization devices on the market. These primarily utilize specific antimicrobial agents added to the sterilization device. The antibacterial ingredients contained in the antimicrobial agents enable them to have antibacterial and antiviral properties when sprayed into the environment. Furthermore, specific fragrances are added to these antimicrobial agents to produce a specific aroma, which can further suppress odors in the environment. However, directly mixing fragrance with antimicrobial agents inevitably results in a limited selection of scents. This means that until the antimicrobial agent is sprayed, it can only provide a single scent, making it impossible to meet individual or different consumer demands for different scents in different spaces. While it is possible to meet these diverse needs by replacing and adding antimicrobial agents with different scents, this not only significantly reduces operator efficiency but also requires a thorough cleaning of the sterilization device before adding a different scented antimicrobial agent to prevent residual antimicrobial liquid from remaining in the sterilization device. This prevents the scent of the subsequent antimicrobial agent from becoming stale and deteriorating, making changing scents cumbersome and inconvenient, and still presents its drawbacks.

In view of this, how to improve the above problems is the primary issue that this creation aims to solve.

The main purpose of this invention is to provide a smoke sterilizer with a quick-change scent, which allows for simple and quick scent changes.

To achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the invention provides a smoke sterilizer capable of quickly changing the scent, comprising: a main body in the form of a hollow shell with a main control panel disposed therein; a mixing space formed therein; a smoke outlet and an insertion slot respectively connected to the mixing space; the insertion slot is used to insert a fragrance diffuser card with a specific scent into the mixing space; an atomizing device disposed in the main body and electrically connected to the main control panel; the main control panel is used to control the mixing space; The atomizing device is activated. The atomizing device includes a container for holding a sterilizing agent. The atomizing device is configured to atomize the sterilizing agent in the container into an antibacterial mist, which is then discharged into the mixing space. Preferably, the atomization device is composed of an ultrasonic atomizer. The atomization device uses high-frequency sound waves generated by an ultrasonic oscillator installed inside the atomization device to vibrate the antibacterial agent into extremely small water mist particles to form the antibacterial mist.

Preferably, a scanning unit electrically connected to the main control board is provided at a position in the mixing space opposite the insertion slot. When the diffuser card is inserted into the mixing space through the insertion slot, a barcode on the diffuser card is positioned opposite the scanning unit, allowing the scanning unit to read the information in the barcode. Furthermore, the main control board has at least one sterilization operation program built into it. This sterilization operation program controls the activation duration of the atomization device based on the information implicit in the barcode scanned by the scanning unit.

Furthermore, the main control panel is electrically connected to a wireless receiver/transmitter unit. The wireless receiver/transmitter unit is used to receive an activation signal from an external remote control, allowing the main control panel to control the atomization device to start up. Upon detecting a fault or completing the sterilization process, the main control panel can transmit a notification signal to the user's mobile communication device via the wireless receiver/transmitter unit.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 5, which show the smoke sterilizer with quick-change scent provided by this invention. It mainly consists of a body 11, an atomizing device 21 and a power supply unit 31. The body 11 is in the shape of a hollow shell and is separated by a partition 12 to form a mixing space 13. A main control panel 14 is provided next to the mixing space 13. The body 11 is provided with a plurality of circuit boards connected to the mixing chamber 13. The space 13 has a smoke outlet 15 and an insertion slot 16 for inserting a diffuser card 41, pre-adsorbed with a specific fragrance, into the mixing space 13. A handle 17 is fixed to the top surface of the main body 11. The handle 17 also has an activation button 171 electrically connected to the main control panel 14. Pressing the activation button 171 transmits an activation signal to the main control panel 14.

The atomizing device 21 is disposed within the body 11 and electrically connected to the main control board 14. Upon receiving the activation signal, the main control board 14 controls the activation of the atomizing device 21. The atomizing device 21 can be composed of a heated smoke generator or an ultrasonic atomizer. The atomizing device includes a container 22 for filling with a sterilizing agent and a pump 23 for extracting the sterilizing agent into the atomizing device 21. A liquid level viewing window 18 is provided on the rear side of the body 11 adjacent to the container 22, allowing the user to directly view the level of sterilizing agent from the outside. The atomizing device 21 is used to atomize the antibacterial agent in the container 22 into an antibacterial mist and then discharge it into the mixing space 13. When the antibacterial mist enters the mixing space 13, it can be further mixed with the fragrance emitted by the diffuser card 41 itself and then released outward from the mist outlet 15. When the aroma diffuser card 41 is inserted into the mixing space 13 through the insertion slot 16, a barcode 42 (e.g., a QR code) on the aroma diffuser card 41 is aligned with the scanning unit 19, enabling the scanning unit 19 to read the information contained in the barcode 42. Furthermore, the main control board 14 has at least one built-in sterilization program. The power supply unit 31 is disposed within the main body 11 and is electrically connected to the main control board 14 to provide the power required for the operation of the atomizing device 21, the scanning unit 19, and the fan 122. In this embodiment, the power supply unit 31 is composed of a continuously chargeable and dischargeable battery (e.g., a lithium battery). A power switch 32, a charging jack 33, and a power indicator light 34 are provided on the rear side of the main body 11. Pressing the power switch 32 turns on the power, while the charging jack 33 allows external power to be recharged into the power supply unit 31 for storage. The user can directly monitor the power status of the power supply unit 31 via the power indicator light 34. Of course, in other feasible applications, the power supply unit 31 can also be composed of a transformer and a power plug electrically connected to the transformer (not shown in the figure), and the power plug can be plugged into a mains socket to provide the required power source.

This allows for continuous application with a large capacity of antimicrobial agent, eliminating the need for tedious cleaning before changing scents, significantly improving application efficiency. After the automated sterilization process, the used diffuser card 41 is provided to the consumer as proof of application. The remaining fragrance on the diffuser card 41 can also be taken back by the consumer as a fragrance hanger, offering the advantage of multiple uses for one card.

Furthermore, the main control board 14 is electrically connected to a wireless receiving/transmitting unit 51. The wireless receiving/transmitting unit 51 can receive an activation signal from an external remote control (not shown), allowing the main control board 14 to control the atomizing device 21 to start up. This provides the present invention with remote activation functionality. Furthermore, upon detecting a component failure or completing the entire vehicle interior sterilization process, the main control board 14 can transmit a notification signal via the wireless receiving/transmitting unit 51 to the user's mobile communication device (such as a smartphone or tablet computer), allowing the user to instantly obtain the operating status, facilitating subsequent maintenance and improving work efficiency, thus providing significant practicality.

Claims (8)

A smoke sterilizer with a quickly changeable scent comprises: A main body in the form of a hollow shell housing a main control panel; a mixing chamber formed within the main body; and a smoke outlet and an insertion slot, each connected to the mixing chamber. The insertion slot is configured to receive a fragrance diffuser card with a specific scent. An atomizing device is disposed within the main body and electrically connected to the main control board. The main control board is used to control the activation of the atomizing device. The atomizing device includes a container for containing a sterilizing agent. The atomizing device is used to atomize the sterilizing agent in the container into an antibacterial mist, which is then discharged into the mixing space. Upon entering the mixing space, the antibacterial mist first mixes with the fragrance emitted by the diffuser card before being released outwardly through the mist outlet. A power supply unit is disposed within the main body and electrically connected to the main control board to provide the power source required for the operation of the atomizing device. As described in claim 1, the smoke sterilizer with a quickly changeable scent has a handle fixed to the top of the main body, and a start button electrically connected to the main control panel is provided on the handle. By pressing the start button, a start signal is transmitted to the main control panel, so that the main control panel can control the start of the atomization device when receiving the start signal.
