Abstract

A stamp-type signature sticker machine structure mainly includes a machine body and a signature sticker contained in the machine body. The machine body is provided with a fixed seat and a movable seat, and a paper box is inserted through the movable seat. A limit portion is provided at the inner edge of the bottom end of the paper box, and an elastic member is provided between the movable seat and the fixed seat; the signature sticker is provided with a uniformly distributed and angled dotted glue layer on the bottom surface. Description

Stamp signature sticker machine structure

This invention is about a seal-type signature sticker machine structure, especially a seal-type signature sticker machine that can stick signature stickers on different objects by pressing to form a stamp-like action for signature or annotation.

Note: Signature stickers are a type of sticker that can be attached to an object to allow signatures to be placed on the sticker. They can be used to identify the signature position of an object to prevent mis-signing. Common signature stickers are usually made by applying adhesive to the other side of a sticker printed with different patterns or logos to form a sticky surface. Multiple stickers are then arranged and glued to an oily paper sheet so that users can pick up and tear off the stickers and stick them to the desired location. The signature stickers we know usually have a glue-like substance on the top edge, which makes multiple signature stickers stacked together. When using, they need to be torn off one by one. This is not only troublesome and time-consuming in production, but also inconvenient for users to carry or use. The signature stickers themselves are only attached to the objects by the glue-like substance, which is not firm enough and easy to fall off. However, there is no better way to change the way of using signature stickers. For the vast signature sticker market, it is indeed something that sticker manufacturers should think about developing.

In view of this, the applicant, after continuous research and experiments, came up with the idea of designing a seal-type signature sticker machine structure, which allows the use of signature stickers to be attached to the object by pressing the action, just like stamping, making the use of signature stickers more convenient and more interesting.

The main purpose of this invention is to provide a stamp-type signature sticker machine structure, so that the signature sticker can be attached to the object to be attached by pressing the signature sticker like a stamp, making the use of the signature sticker more convenient and more interesting.

The aforementioned seal-type signature sticker machine structure comprises a machine body and a signature sticker contained in the machine body. The aforementioned seal-type signature sticker machine structure has positioning grooves on both sides of the fixed seat, and walls of appropriate width extending outward are provided on both sides of the movable seat, and grooves are provided at both ends of the wall, so that two elastic members are placed on the wall. The two elastic members are generally in a continuous bending shape, and their bottom ends are fixed to the wall of the movable seat and positioned by the grooves at both ends of the wall. The top ends of the elastic members are supported by the positioning grooves on both sides of the fixed seat.

The aforementioned seal-type signature sticker machine structure, wherein the signature sticker includes a remark layer on the surface and a glue dot layer on the bottom surface, wherein the glue dot layer is provided with a plurality of glue dots evenly distributed, and the arrangement of the glue dots of each signature sticker is set at different angles, so that the glue dots of the upper and lower signature stickers are staggered by different angles, so as to facilitate stable stacking and detachment.

In the aforementioned seal-type signature sticker machine structure, the signature stickers can be set to different colors, and the paper tray can be set to multiple, and the signature stickers of different colors are placed in different paper trays, so that the paper trays can be replaced according to different objects or documents to be signed.

Please refer to Figures 1 and 2 together with Figure 3, which are the three-dimensional diagram, three-dimensional exploded diagram and cross-sectional diagram of this creation. As shown in the figure, this creation includes a body 10 and a signature sticker 1 accommodated in the body 10. The body 10 is provided with a fixed seat 2, a movable seat 3, a plurality of paper boxes 4 and a top cover 5. The body 10 is provided with fixing holes 101 at both ends near the top edge, and a semicircular notch 102 is provided at the bottom edge.

The fixing seat 2 is provided with a pressing portion 21 corresponding to the shape of the signature sticker 1, and two ends of the pressing portion 21 are respectively provided with a T-shaped embedding groove 22 for two T-shaped teeth 23 to be placed in the embedding groove 22 so that the teeth of the teeth 23 are in an outward direction. The two sides of the fixing seat 2 are respectively provided with a positioning groove portion 24.

The movable seat 3 is sleeved on the pressing part 21 of the fixed seat 2, and is generally in the shape of a frame. The lower edges of both ends are respectively provided with openings 31, and a slide groove 32 extending vertically upward from the opening 31 is provided on the upper inner edge of the opening 31 at one end. The two sides are respectively provided with wall parts 33 extending outward with appropriate widths, and grooves 331 are respectively provided at both ends of the wall parts 33, so that two elastic members 34 are placed on the wall parts 33. The two elastic members 34 are generally in the shape of continuous bends, and their bottom ends are fixed to the wall parts 33 of the movable seat 3, and are positioned by the grooves 331 at both ends of the wall parts 33. The top ends of the elastic members 34 are supported by the positioning groove parts 24 on both sides of the fixed seat 2.

The plurality of paper boxes 4 are used to accommodate an appropriate number of signature stickers 1. They are sleeved on the moving base 3 and can move up and down along the moving base 3. The two ends of the inner edge are respectively provided with teeth 41, so that the teeth 41 are connected to the two teeth 23 of the fixed base 2. The outer edge of one end is provided with a positioning piece 42, so that the positioning piece 42 is placed in the slide groove 32 of the moving base 3 to form a positioning when the paper box 4 moves. The inner edges of the bottom ends of both sides of the paper box 4 are provided with a plurality of limit parts 43 extending horizontally inwardly to an appropriate length, and the outer edges of both ends are respectively provided with baffles 44 protruding outward, so that the baffles 44 are located at the opening 31 of the moving base 3 to form a limit.

The upper cover 5 is provided with long notches 51 on both sides, hooks 52 on both ends, and an arrow mark 53 on the surface end.

With the aforementioned components, during assembly, the present invention is to place the fixed base 2 and the movable base 3 connected with the elastic member 34 and the paper tray 4 into the machine body 10, and then close the upper cover 5 on the upper part of the machine body 10, so that the long notch 51 is embedded in the positioning groove 24 of the fixed base 2, and the hook 52 is hooked in the fixing hole 101 of the machine body 10, so that the upper cover 5 is fixed on the upper part of the machine body 10, thereby forming a stamp-type signature paper pasting machine.

Please refer to Figure 4, which is a three-dimensional image of the signature sticker of this creation. As shown in the figure, the signature stickers 1 of this creation are stacked in appropriate quantities and placed in the paper box 4. The signature stickers 1 are rectangular, one end of which is set as a pointed arrow end 13. The signature stickers 1 include a remark layer 11 on the surface and a glue dot layer 12 on the bottom surface. The glue dot layer 12 is provided with a plurality of glue dots 121 in a uniform distribution. In this embodiment, the signature stickers 1 are made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) material; the remark layer 11 includes text marks or patterns; and the glue dots 121 are glue dot materials that are uniformly distributed in a dot shape. Furthermore, the signature sticker 1 of this embodiment is provided in different colors so that different colors of signature stickers 1 can be used according to different objects to be signed.

Please refer to FIG. 5A, FIG. 5B and FIG. 5C at the same time, which are examples of the distribution of the glue layer of the signature sticker of the present invention. As shown in the figure, in order to avoid the glue 121 of the glue layer 12 of the signature sticker 1 of the present invention being in the same position when stacked, the arrangement of the glue 121 is set to different angles, and the glue 121 of the upper and lower signature stickers 1 are staggered by different angles, so as to facilitate smooth stacking and detachment. For example, 0 degrees in FIG. 5A, 72 degrees in FIG. 5B, 216 degrees in FIG. 5C, etc. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the angles can be distinguished as 0 degrees, 36 degrees, 72 degrees, 144 degrees, 180 degrees, 216 degrees, 252 degrees and 288 degrees.

When the invention is used, the movable base 3 is moved upward by pressing the body 10, and the paper box 4 is exposed from the bottom of the movable base 3, and the signature sticker 1 is attached to the object to be attached, and the attached signature sticker 1 is separated from other signature stickers 1 by the limiting part 43, so that the signature sticker 1 is attached like a stamp, making the use of the signature sticker 1 more convenient and more interesting.

Please refer to Figures 6 and 7, which are the sticker insertion status diagrams of this creation. Please refer to Figure 2, as shown in the figure, when this creation is not in use, the movable seat 3 is protruded from the bottom of the body 10 due to the elasticity of the elastic member 34, and the paper tray 4 is retracted in the movable seat 3. When in use, the movable seat 3 can be pressed upward to expose the paper tray 4 from the movable seat 3, and then the paper tray 4 is pulled out from the movable seat 3 to allow the stacked signature stickers 1 to be inserted (the end 13 of the signature stickers 1 is in the same direction as the arrow mark 53 of the upper cover 5). Among them, since the paper tray 4 is connected to the two teeth 23 of the fixed base 2 by the teeth 41, the paper tray 4 can be pulled out, and since the lower edge of the body 10 and the moving base 3 are respectively provided with a notch 102 and an opening 31, it is convenient for the hand to hold the paper tray 4. After the signature sticker 1 is placed, the paper tray 4 is inserted into the moving base 3, and the teeth 41 are connected to the two teeth 23 to re-position. The moving base 3 is restored to the state of protruding from the bottom of the body 10 by the elastic member 34.

Please refer to Figures 8 and 9, and to Figures 10 and 11, which are the use status diagrams of this creation. Please refer to Figure 1, as shown in the figure, when using this creation, the bottom of the mobile seat 3 is attached to the object 6 to which the signature sticker 1 is to be attached, and the arrow mark 53 of the upper cover 5 points to the position to be signed on the object 6, and the mobile seat 3 is moved up by pressing the body 10 with the hand, so that the paper box 4 protrudes from the bottom of the mobile seat 3, and the signature sticker 1 is attached to the position to be attached, and the signature sticker 1 that has been attached is separated from other signature stickers 1 by the limiter 43, so as to achieve the sticker attachment action like stamping.

When the hand presses the body 10, the movable base 3 will move upward, thereby making the paper tray 4 protrude from the bottom of the movable base 3 (the teeth 41 in the paper tray 4 slide down along the two teeth 23 to form a position), and the signature sticker 1 at the bottom will be attached to the object 6 by the glue 121 of the glue layer 12. When the body 10 is relaxed, the paper tray 4 will return to the retracted state due to the tension of the elastic member 34. The upper layer of the paper 1 is the remark layer 11, and the inner edge of the bottom end of the paper box 4 is provided with a plurality of limit portions 43 extending horizontally inward to a suitable length. The signature sticker 1 pasted on the object 6 will pass through the limit portions 43 and separate from the signature sticker 1 in the paper box 4, so that a single signature sticker 1 is pasted on the object 6, and the position indicated by the end 13 of the pasted signature sticker 1 is the place to be signed, which is used as a mark of the place to be signed on the object 6. In this way, the use of the signature sticker 1 is more convenient and more interesting.

The aforementioned signature sticker 1 can be used in different colors. Therefore, signature stickers 1 of different colors can be placed in different paper boxes 4, and different signature stickers 1 of different colors can be used according to different objects or documents to be signed. For example, the general manager is red, the manager is blue, the deputy manager is green, etc., so that the signature sticker 1 is more practical. After the signature sticker 1 is pasted, the name of the object to be signed or other reminder words can be written on the note layer 11 of the signature sticker 1 as needed, so that the signature area of each object to be signed can be more clearly marked.

The aforementioned embodiments are only for illustrating the preferred implementation methods of the present creation, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present creation. In summary, this invention uses a paper box that can hold signature stickers, a mobile seat and a fixed seat to form a stamp-type signature sticker machine structure. The signature sticker can be attached to the object by pressing like a stamp, making the use of signature stickers more convenient and more interesting. It is a practical design and a truly innovative creation. Therefore, an application for a patent is filed in accordance with the law.
