Abstract

An automated music, lighting and water special effects device comprises a music, lighting and water special effects device, a control module and a control device which are electrically or signal-connected; a processing unit in the control device reads a music file stored in its memory unit, and generates a music signal from the music file, which is transmitted to the control module via its wireless transmission module in a wired or wireless manner, and the control module The wireless receiving unit of the module receives and transmits the information to the identification unit, and finally the control unit controls the multiple light source units and the water effect outlets on the base of the music, light and water effect device, and makes the sound effect unit play the music; the control unit makes the multiple light source units flash and emit light and produces the water effect according to the music signal generated by the music and the speed, rhythm and frequency of the music.

Automated music, lighting and water effects

A device for combining music and water effects, especially a device for combining music and water effects with automatic control.

Water dance is a kind of architectural art. It combines outdoor fountain landscaping with music and uses jets of water to create water dance, satisfying visual and auditory enjoyment.

However, in order to make the water dance move with the music, it is often necessary to design a water dance control program for each different music, and new music needs to be reprogrammed, which is quite cumbersome.

In view of this, how can we create a novel automated music, lighting and water special effects device so that the water dance can automatically dance according to the frequency of the music to improve the problems of existing technologies.

The liquid crystal unit includes a liquid crystal panel, and the backlight unit includes a backlight plate or a water special effect outlet is provided to produce a sheet-like water curtain or a backlight effect formed by water mist.

Wherein: the control module can be integrated with the music, lighting and water special effects device, or can be separated but connected by electrical or signal.

Wherein: the light source unit includes a light-emitting diode lamp, an incandescent lamp, a halogen lamp or a combination thereof.

Wherein: the water special effect includes a first water special effect in the form of a water column spraying upward or a second water special effect in the form of a water mist.

Wherein: the control device includes a computer, a tablet or a mobile phone.

The automated music, lighting and water effects device further includes a magnifying glass accessory.

From the above description, it can be seen that this new model has the following effects and advantages:

1. This new type of automated music, lighting and water effects device, the water dance device can automatically produce corresponding water effects and light flashes according to the ups and downs of different music, without the need to manually change the programming for different music, improving the problems of existing technologies.

The music, lighting and water special effects device 10 includes a base 11, on which are disposed a plurality of light source units 12, at least one water special effects outlet 13 and a sound effect unit 14.

The base 11 is preferably provided with a water storage unit 15 for supplying water to the water effect outlet 13 to produce water effects. Another preferred embodiment is that the water effect outlet 13 on the base 11 is directly connected to a water supply unit 16, so that the present invention can optionally not be provided with the water storage unit 15. Furthermore, after the water effect is ejected from the water effect outlet 13, a water outlet 17 is provided on the base 11 to recycle the water of the water effect to the water storage unit 15.

The light source unit 12 includes any suitable light source, such as a light emitting diode (LED), an incandescent lamp, a halogen lamp or a combination thereof. The light source unit 12 can emit light of various colors and brightness.

The water effect outlet 13 can produce at least one water effect from the water source supplied by the water storage unit 15 and/or the water supply unit 16, such as the first water effect 131 in the form of an upwardly spraying water column or the second water effect 132 in the form of a water mist as shown in FIG. 1. The sound effect unit 14 can play music.

The control module 20 can be assembled together with the music, lighting and water special effects device 10 or can be separated but connected electrically or by signal. The control module 20 includes an electrically connected control unit 21, a wireless receiving unit 22, an identification unit 23, a switch unit S and a power unit P.

The control device 30 is connected to the control module 20 by wire or wirelessly, and includes at least a wireless transmission module 31, a memory unit 32, and a processing unit 33. The control device 30 can be a computer, a tablet, a mobile phone, or any other control device.

The processing unit 33 reads a music file (not shown) stored in the memory unit 32, and generates a music signal from the music file, which is transmitted to the control module 20 by wired or wireless means through the wireless transmission module 31, and then received by the wireless receiving unit 22 and transmitted to the identification unit 23. Finally, the control unit 21 controls the plurality of light source units 12 and the water effect outlet 13 on the base 11, and makes the sound effect unit 14 play the music. The control unit 21 makes the plurality of light source units 12 flash and emit the water effect according to the music signal generated by the music, and matches the speed, rhythm, and frequency of the music. The switch unit S is used to control the switch of the control module 20, and the power unit P is used to supply power to the new automated music, lighting and water special effects device.

<Implementation Example 2>

Please refer to FIG. 2A . The second preferred embodiment of the present invention is basically the same as the first preferred embodiment. In order to better present the gorgeous colors of the light source unit 12, the water effect outlet 13 preferably produces the water effect in the visually visible front of the light source unit 12. For example, the water effect outlet 13 is actually located behind the light source unit 12, or the water effect outlet 13 is actually located parallel to or even located at the rear of the light source unit 12, but its water effect can be produced forward at the front of the light source unit 12. In this way, when the water effect outlet 13 produces the water effect, it can produce better auditory and visual sensory effects in combination with the light source unit 12 at the rear and the music played by the sound effect unit 14.

<Implementation Example 3>

Please refer to FIG. 2B , the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is to set a spatial light modulator unit 18 on the rear side of the light source unit 12 of the first or second preferred embodiment and to set another light source unit 12 on the rear side. The spatial light modulator unit 18 includes a liquid crystal unit 181 on the front side and a backlight unit 182 on the rear side. The liquid crystal unit 181 can be, for example, a liquid crystal panel, and the backlight unit 182 can be a backlight plate, or the water special effect outlet 13 can be set to produce a sheet-like water curtain or a backlight effect formed by water mist.

In this embodiment, the spatial light modulator unit 18 can form a screen-like effect, and the light source unit 12 behind it can be imaged on it. In addition to simple flashes, the light source unit 12 can even produce pictures or images to present to the viewer, achieving a more beautiful sound and light effect.

<Implementation Example 4>

Please refer to Figure 3. The new type of automated music, lighting and water special effects device is preferably the size of a desktop decoration, but it can be further equipped with a magnifying glass M to allow viewers to see the magnified image, increasing the pleasure of use.

However, this new model does not limit the specific size. It can be a large fountain water dance, architectural landscape, or a small table decoration, all of which fall within the scope of this new model.

In some embodiments, numbers describing the quantity of components and attributes are used. It should be understood that such numbers used in the description of the embodiments are modified by the modifiers "approximately", "approximately" or "substantially" in some examples. An automated music, lighting and water effects device as described in claim 6, wherein: the spatial light modulator unit includes a liquid crystal unit on the front side and a backlight unit arranged on the rear side thereof. An automated music, lighting and water effects device as described in claim 7, wherein: the liquid crystal unit includes a liquid crystal panel, the backlight unit includes a backlight plate or the water effects outlet is provided to produce a backlight effect formed by a sheet of water curtain or water mist. An automated music, lighting and water effects device as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the control module can be assembled into one with the music, lighting and water effects device, or can be separated but connected electrically or by signal. An automated music, lighting and water effects device as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the light source unit comprises a LED lamp, an incandescent lamp, a halogen lamp or a combination thereof. An automated music, lighting and water effects device as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the water effects include a first water effect in the form of an upwardly spraying water column or a second water effect in the form of a water mist.
