Abstract

A combined structure of a faucet and a water outlet head includes a water outlet connector, a water outlet head and a conduit. The water outlet connector and the water outlet head are connected through the conduit, so that the water outlet head can be separated from the water outlet connector to increase the range of flushing and washing. The water outlet head and the water outlet connector are magnetically connected to each other by using a magnetic attraction member and a magnetic member, which is easy to magnetically position and can quickly achieve the separation and combination of the water outlet head. On the other hand, the matching and non-planar magnetic attraction member and the magnetic member are used to make the water outlet head have the effect of angle adjustment, especially through the cooperation of the hemispherical shape and the concave arc surface, it has the effect of universal swing adjustment, which greatly improves the convenience and practicality of water outlet use.

The combined structure of the faucet and the water outlet

This creation is about a faucet accessory, especially a combination structure of a faucet and a water outlet with stretching, extension and angle adjustment effects.

According to the traditional faucet, the water outlet is usually bent vertically downward, thus limiting the water flow to a single direction, which is inconvenient for users who need to wash items in different flushing directions. Although there is a universally adjustable water outlet connector on the market that can be installed on the faucet outlet to further adjust the direction of the water flow, the above-mentioned additionally installed water outlet connector is screwed to the faucet outlet screw. Although the water outlet connector has a universal adjustment effect, the range of water flow that can be flushed is still limited to the periphery of the faucet outlet, resulting in a limited cleaning range and lack of practicality.

In view of this, the creator has been engaged in the manufacturing, development and design of related products for many years. Aiming at the above goals, after careful design and careful evaluation, he finally obtained this creation that is truly practical.

The technical problem that this invention aims to solve is to provide a combination structure of a faucet and a water outlet head in response to the above-mentioned deficiencies in the existing technology, which includes: a water outlet connector, a water outlet head and a conduit. Preferably, the water outlet connector is hollow and has a first chamber, and one end of the water outlet connector is provided with an opening connected to the first chamber, while the other end of the water outlet connector is not connected to the first chamber and is provided with the magnetic attraction component, the water outlet head is hollow and has a second chamber, the water outlet is connected to the second chamber, the other end of the water outlet head is not connected to the second chamber and is provided with the magnetic component, and a first pipe connector is provided on the side of the water outlet connector to connect to the first chamber, and a second pipe connector is provided on the side of the water outlet head to connect to the second chamber, and then the conduit is provided between the first and second pipe connectors.

Preferably, the other end of the water outlet joint is concavely provided with a combination part, one end of the magnetic attraction part is assembled into the combination part, and the other end of the magnetic attraction part forms a hemispherical end and is convexly provided outside the combination part, the other end of the water outlet head is concavely provided with a combination part, the magnetic part is placed in the combination part, and then a gasket is connected to the combination part, so that the magnetic part is restricted in the combination part, and the center of the magnetic part has a concave arc part, and the gasket is provided with a gradual arc hole through the center, so that the hemispherical end of the magnetic attraction part is provided with a swinging action by utilizing the gradual arc hole, and then the magnetic attraction part is fixed by magnetic attraction by the magnetic part, so as to achieve the purpose of universal swing adjustment of the water outlet head.

Preferably, the magnetic part of the water outlet connector and the magnetic part of the water outlet head can be interchangeably arranged.

Preferably, the inner diameter of the opening of the water outlet connector is provided with a combined section in the form of an internal threaded section, and the combined section is assembled at the water outlet end of the faucet.

Preferably, the assembly section of the water outlet connector can be further assembled with a connecting screw to be assembled with the water outlet end of the faucet.

Preferably, the water outlet of the water outlet head is provided with a combined section of either an external thread section or an internal thread section, and the combined section can be further provided with a bubbler.

Compared with the effects of the previous technology: the water outlet connector and the water outlet head of this invention are connected through the conduit, so that the water outlet head can be separated from the water outlet connector to increase the range of flushing and washing, and the water outlet head and the water outlet connector are magnetically connected to each other by magnetic suction parts and magnetic parts, which are easy to magnetically position and can quickly achieve the separation and combination of the water outlet head. On the other hand, the matching and non-planar magnetic suction parts and magnetic parts are used to make the water outlet head have the effect of angle adjustment, especially through the cooperation of the hemispherical and concave arc surface, it has the effect of universal swing adjustment, which greatly improves the convenience and practicality of water outlet use.

First, please refer to Figures 1 to 7, a combination structure of a faucet and a water outlet head, which includes: a water outlet connector 10, a water outlet head 20 and a conduit 30, one end of the water outlet connector 10 is assembled on a water outlet end 41 of a faucet 40, and the other end of the water outlet connector 10 is provided with a magnetic member 11 in a non-planar shape, one end of the water outlet head 20 is provided with a water outlet 21, and the other end of the water outlet head 20 is provided with a magnetic member 22 in a non-planar shape, and the magnetic member 22 and the magnetic member 11 are connected to each other. 1 are mutually matched, so that the end of the water outlet head 20 is magnetically connected to the magnetic attraction part 11 at one end of the water outlet connector 10 through the magnetic part 22, and the non-planar magnetic attraction part 11 and the magnetic part 22 have a swinging and adjusting magnetic attraction effect, so as to further achieve the purpose of adjusting the water outlet angle of the water outlet head 20. The embodiment of the structure is shown in FIG. 3 in conjunction with FIG. 5, 6, and 7. The other end of the water outlet connector 10 is concavely provided with a combination portion 15. One end of the magnetic attraction member 11 is assembled into the combination portion 15. The other end of the magnetic attraction member 11 forms a hemispherical end 111 and protrudes outside the combination portion 15. The other end of the water outlet head 20 is concavely provided with a combination portion 25. The magnetic member 22 is placed in the combination portion 25. Then a pad is placed. The ring 26 is connected to the coupling part 25, thereby limiting the magnetic part 22 in the coupling part 25. The center of the magnetic part 22 has a concave arc part 221, and the gasket 26 is provided with a tapered arc hole 261 through the center, so that the hemispherical end 111 of the magnetic attraction part 11 can be swung by the tapered arc hole 261, and the magnetic attraction part 11 is fixed by the magnetic attraction 22 to achieve the purpose of universal swing adjustment of the water outlet 20.

Secondly, the magnetic member 11 of the water outlet connector 10 and the magnetic member 22 of the water outlet head 20 can be interchangeably arranged, as shown in FIG. 8 , so that the magnetic member 11 with the hemispherical end 111 is assembled on the water outlet head 20, and the magnetic member 22 with the concave arc surface and the gasket 26 are assembled on the water outlet connector 10, so that the water outlet head 20 also has the purpose of universal swing adjustment.

Furthermore, the opening 13 of the water outlet connector 10 has an inner diameter with a combination section 131 in the form of an internal threaded section. The combination section 131 is assembled at the water outlet end 41 of the faucet 40, and the combination section 131 can be further assembled with a connecting screw 132 to be assembled with the water outlet end 41 of the faucet 40; the water outlet 21 of the water outlet head 20 has a combination section 211 in the form of an external threaded section or an internal threaded section, and the combination section 211 can be further assembled with a bubbler 27.

The structure of the above-mentioned specific embodiment can obtain the following benefits: the water outlet connector 10 and the water outlet head 20 of the invention are connected through the conduit 30, so that the water outlet head 20 can be separated from the water outlet connector 10, thereby increasing the range of flushing and washing, and the water outlet head 20 and the water outlet connector 10 are magnetically connected to each other by the magnetic attraction member 11 and the magnetic member 22, which are easy to magnetically position and can quickly achieve the separation and combination of the water outlet head 20. On the other hand, by using the matching and non-planar magnetic attraction member 11 and the magnetic member 22, the water outlet head 20 has the effect of angle adjustment, especially through the cooperation of the hemispherical shape and the concave arc surface, it has the effect of universal swing adjustment, which greatly improves the convenience and practicality of water outlet use.

In summary, this creation has indeed achieved a breakthrough structural design, and has improved new content, while also being able to achieve industrial applicability and progress. Moreover, this creation has not been seen in any publication and is also novel, so it should comply with the relevant provisions of the Patent Law. Therefore, we have filed a new patent application in accordance with the law and pleaded with the Jun Bureau Review Committee to grant legal patent rights. We are very grateful.

However, the above is only a preferred embodiment of this invention, and it cannot be used to limit the scope of implementation of this invention; that is, all equivalent changes and modifications made within the scope of this new patent application should still fall within the scope of this new patent.

Claims (7)

A combined structure of a faucet and a water outlet head comprises: a water outlet connector, a water outlet head and a conduit, one end of the water outlet connector is assembled at the water outlet end of a faucet, and the other end of the water outlet connector is provided with a magnetic attraction part in a non-planar shape, one end of the water outlet head is provided with a water outlet, and a magnetic part in a non-planar shape is provided at the other end of the water outlet head, the magnetic attraction part and the magnetic part are mutually matched, so that one end of the water outlet head is magnetically connected to the magnetic attraction part at one end of the water outlet connector through the magnetic part, and the magnetic attraction effect of the non-planar magnetic attraction part and the magnetic part having a swinging adjustment is utilized to further achieve the purpose of adjusting the water outlet angle of the water outlet head, the two ends of the conduit are respectively assembled at the sides of the water outlet connector and the water outlet head, and the water outlet connector and the water outlet head are connected through the conduit. The combined structure of a faucet and a water outlet as described in claim 1, wherein the water outlet connector is hollow and has a first chamber, and an opening is provided at one end of the water outlet connector to communicate with the first chamber, while the other end of the water outlet connector is not in communication with the first chamber and is provided with the magnetic attraction component, the water outlet is hollow and has a second chamber, the water outlet is in communication with the second chamber, the other end of the water outlet is not in communication with the second chamber and is provided with the magnetic component, and a first pipe connector is provided on the side of the water outlet connector to communicate with the first chamber, and a second pipe connector is provided on the side of the water outlet connector to communicate with the second chamber, and then the conduit is provided between the first and second pipe connectors. As described in claim 2, the combination structure of the faucet and the water outlet head, wherein the other end of the water outlet head is concavely provided with a combination part, one end of the magnetic attraction part is assembled into the combination part, and the other end of the magnetic attraction part forms a hemispherical end and is convexly provided outside the combination part, the other end of the water outlet head is concavely provided with a combination part, the magnetic part is placed in the combination part, and then a gasket is connected to the combination part, thereby limiting the magnetic part in the combination part, and the center of the magnetic part has a concave arc part, and the gasket is provided with a gradual arc hole through the center, so as to use the gradual arc hole to provide the hemispherical end of the magnetic attraction part with a swinging action, and then the magnetic attraction part is fixed by magnetic attraction by the magnetic part, so as to achieve the purpose of universal swing adjustment of the water outlet head. The combined structure of the faucet and the water outlet as described in claim 3, wherein the magnetic attraction part of the water outlet joint and the magnetic part of the water outlet can be interchangeably arranged. The combined structure of the faucet and the water outlet as described in claim 2, wherein the inner diameter of the opening of the water outlet joint is provided with a combination section in the form of an internal thread section, and the combination section is assembled at the water outlet end of the faucet. As described in claim 5, the combined structure of the faucet and the water outlet head, wherein the combined section of the water outlet joint can be further assembled with a connecting spiral tube to be assembled with the water outlet end of the faucet. As described in claim 1, the combined structure of the faucet and the water outlet head, wherein the water outlet of the water outlet head is provided with a combined section in the form of an external threaded section and an internal threaded section, and the combined section can be further assembled with a bubbler.
