Abstract

一種帶內置BMS板的圓柱鋰電池蓋帽密封結構,包括鋼殼,該鋼殼的一側外表面固定連接有底殼,且底殼的頂面固定設置有電池卷芯,該電池卷芯與鋼殼相適配;還包括:蓋帽機構,該蓋帽機構的一側外表面固定連接有連接殼體,且連接殼體的一側外表面與鋼殼的一側外表面一體連接。該帶內置BMS板的圓柱鋰電池蓋帽密封結構中的主機板、負極五金環、正極鋁板,均為圓形,此結構特徵利於密封,塑膠支架為環形,且帶密封膠槽,與鋼殼配合後,形成一整套環形結構,將大大提高蓄電池的密封性,同時,增強了對鋰電池的監測和控制,提高了鋰電池的性能和安全性,此外,它還具有結構簡單、易於安裝和更方便的特點。

Description

一種帶內置BMS板的圓柱鋰電池蓋帽密封結構
本新型創作涉及鋰電池技術領域,具體為一種帶內置BMS板的圓柱鋰電池蓋帽密封結構。
鋰電池較鉛酸電池、鉛蓄電池等具有體積小、能量密度高、功率高、壽命長、自放電小、溫度適宜廣泛、放電平穩等優點,因此被廣泛應用於各個領域。
鋰電池中的水分含量對鋰電池的性能具有至關重要的作用,當鋰電池含水時,會促使電解液中的LiPF6的分解,並形成HF氣體,導致電池內部壓力變大,電池變形,甚至發生爆裂現象;另外,鋰電池容量隨水分的增加而衰減,鋰電池內水分過多還會導致電池內阻增加,嚴重時,甚至會導致鋰電池無法正常充電放電,無法存儲化學能,為了保證鋰電池的安全性能和性能穩定性,其密封結構是十分重要的。
現有圓柱鋰電池利用設置在蓋帽上的安全膜片,以防止鋰電池電池發生變形,當鋰電池內部壓力過大時,氣壓作用在安全膜片上,使得該安全膜片上的V型部發生變形,鋰電池內部體積增大,氣壓減小;另外,為了控制鋰電池中的水分含量,鋰電池在乾燥房內完成生產。但是,現有圓柱鋰電池內部不帶BMS保護板,也沒有對應BMS保護板的密封防水結構。外部的水分仍能夠進入鋰電池內部,導致鋰電池容量減小、內阻增加。
所以我們提出了一種帶內置BMS板的圓柱鋰電池蓋帽密封結構,以便於解決上述中提出的問題。
本新型創作的目的在於提供一種帶內置BMS板的圓柱鋰電池蓋帽密封結構,以解決上述背景技術提出的目前市場上的圓柱鋰電池蓋帽不帶BMS保護板,也沒有對應BMS保護板的密封防水結構,將使得外部的水分仍能夠進入鋰電池內部,從而導致鋰電池容量減小,並且內阻增加的問題。
為實現上述目的,本新型創作提供如下技術方案:一種帶內置BMS板的圓柱鋰電池蓋帽密封結構,包括鋼殼,該鋼殼的一側外表面固定連接有底殼,且底殼的頂面固定設置有電池卷芯,該電池卷芯與鋼殼相適配;
還包括:蓋帽機構,該蓋帽機構的一側外表面固定連接有連接殼體,且連接殼體的一側外表面與鋼殼的一側外表面一體連接。
優選的,該蓋帽機構包含塑膠支架,且塑膠支架的一側外表面與連接殼體的一側內表面滑動設置。
通過採用上述技術方案,使得通過塑膠支架,方便穩固安裝主機板。
優選的,該塑膠支架的內部底面拆卸安裝有正極鋁板,且正極鋁板的頂面放置有主機板。
通過採用上述技術方案,使得通過主機板方便保護電池,從而提高電池的使用壽命。
優選的,該主機板的頂面放置有負極五金環,且負極五金環的一側外表面與塑膠支架的一側內表面相互卡合,該負極五金環與正極鋁板和主機板均適配。
通過採用上述技術方案,使得通過正極鋁板和負極五金環方便電池與外界電器元件相接時,能夠穩固放電。
優選的,該主機板的一側外表面拆卸安裝有正極塑膠蓋,且正極塑膠蓋的一側外表面與負極五金環的一側內表面相互卡合。
通過採用上述技術方案,使得方便主機板穩固安裝,整體結構的統一性強。
優選的,該該正極鋁板、主機板、負極五金環和正極塑膠蓋均位於該塑膠支架的內部。
通過採用上述技術方案,使得該鋰電池的密封性強,結構穩定,安全性高。
與現有技術相比,本新型創作的有益效果是:該帶內置BMS板的圓柱鋰電池蓋帽密封結構可以提高提高密封性,從而避免外界水分就進入鋼殼內部,安全性高,具體內容如下:
1、該帶內置BMS板的圓柱鋰電池蓋帽密封結構在實現密封結構的同時,增強了對鋰電池的監測和控制,提高了鋰電池的性能和安全性,此外,它還具有結構簡單、易於安裝和更方便的特點;
2、該帶內置BMS板的圓柱鋰電池蓋帽密封結構中的主機板、負極五金環、正極鋁板,均為圓形,此結構特徵利於密封,塑膠支架為環形,且帶密封膠槽,與鋼殼配合後,形成一整套環形結構,將大大提高蓄電池的密封性,從而避免外界水分就進入鋼殼內部。

請參閱圖1至圖6,本新型創作提供一種技術方案:一種帶內置BMS板的圓柱鋰電池蓋帽密封結構,包括鋼殼1,鋼殼1的一側外表面固定連接有底殼10,且底殼10的頂面固定設置有電池卷芯11,電池卷芯11與鋼殼1相適配,塑膠支架20為PP軟料,在外側,其底面、側面、頂面被鋼殼1三面環壓,通過這三重的緊密配合,軟料塑膠緊密貼合鋼殼1,實現外側密封,
負極五金環23及主機板22起到支撐作用,避免整體破裂,其安全可靠的結構,可使生產效率和品質大大提升,並實現自動化生產,主機板22為現有的BMS保護板;
還包括:蓋帽機構2,蓋帽機構2的一側外表面固定連接有連接殼體12,且連接殼體12的一側外表面與鋼殼1的一側外表面一體連接,蓋帽機構2包含塑膠支架20,塑膠支架20為環形,且帶密封膠槽,與鋼殼1配合後,形成一整套環形結構,在安裝時,密封膠槽內打膠將實現內側密封,密封性好,且塑膠支架20的一側外表面與連接殼體12的一側內表面滑動設置,塑膠支架20的內部底面拆卸安裝有正極鋁板21,且正極鋁板21的頂面放置有主機板22,主機板22的頂面放置有負極五金環23,且負極五金環23的一側外表面與塑膠支架20的一側內表面相互卡合,負極五金環23與正極鋁板21和主機板22均適配,主機板22的一側外表面拆卸安裝有正極塑膠蓋24,且正極塑膠蓋24的一側外表面與負極五金環23的一側內表面相互卡合,正極鋁板21、主機板22、負極五金環23和正極塑膠蓋24均位於塑膠支架20的內部,如圖1‑6所示,該帶內置BMS板的圓柱鋰電池蓋帽密封結構中的主機板22、負極五金環23、正極鋁板21均為圓形,此結構特徵利於密封,塑膠支架20為環形,且帶密封膠槽,與鋼殼1配合後,形成一整套環形結構,將大大提高蓄電池的密封性,從而避免外界水分就進入鋼殼1內部。
工作原理:在使用該帶內置BMS板的圓柱鋰電池蓋帽密封結構時,首先根據圖1至圖6所示,將電池卷芯11安裝在鋼殼1的內部,然後安裝好塑膠支架20並打膠,塑膠支架20安裝完畢後,將正極鋁板21、主機板22、負極五金環23和正極塑膠蓋24緊密安裝好,蓄電池整體安裝完成後,可以成為電源投入使用,該帶內置BMS板的圓柱鋰電池蓋帽密封結構中的主機板22、負極五金環23、正極鋁板21,均為圓形,此結構特徵利於密封,塑膠支架20為環形,且帶密封膠槽,與鋼殼1配合後,形成一整套環形結構,將大大提高蓄電池的密封性,從而避免外界水分就進入鋼殼1內部。

  1. 一種帶內置BMS板的圓柱鋰電池蓋帽密封結構,包括鋼殼(1),該鋼殼(1)的一側外表面固定連接有底殼(10),且底殼(10)的頂面固定設置有電池卷芯(11),該電池卷芯(11)與鋼殼(1)相適配;其特徵在於,還包括:蓋帽機構(2),該蓋帽機構(2)的一側外表面固定連接有連接殼體(12),且連接殼體(12)的一側外表面與鋼殼(1)的一側外表面一體連接。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的帶內置BMS板的圓柱鋰電池蓋帽密封結構,其中該蓋帽機構(2)包含塑膠支架(20),且塑膠支架(20)的一側外表面與連接殼體(12)的一側內表面滑動設置。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的帶內置BMS板的圓柱鋰電池蓋帽密封結構,其中該塑膠支架(20)的內部底面拆卸安裝有正極鋁板(21),且正極鋁板(21)的頂面放置有主機板(22)。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述的帶內置BMS板的圓柱鋰電池蓋帽密封結構,其中該主機板(22)的頂面放置有負極五金環(23),且負極五金環(23)的一側外表面與塑膠支架(20)的一側內表面相互卡合,該負極五金環(23)與正極鋁板(21)和主機板(22)均適配。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述的帶內置BMS板的圓柱鋰電池蓋帽密封結構,其中該主機板(22)的一側外表面拆卸安裝有正極塑膠蓋(24),且正極塑膠蓋(24)的一側外表面與負極五金環(23)的一側內表面相互卡合。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的帶內置BMS板的圓柱鋰電池蓋帽密封結構,其中該正極鋁板(21)、主機板(22)、負極五金環(23)和正極塑膠蓋(24)均位於該塑膠支架(20)的內部。
