Abstract
帶內置BMS板的鋰電池防爆結構,包括正極塑膠蓋、鋼殼和電池卷芯;該鋼殼的內側嵌套安裝有電池卷芯,且鋼殼的上端對接有塑膠支架;該塑膠支架的內端嵌套安裝有正極鋁蓋,且正極鋁蓋的下端對接有正極鋁蓋薄壁圓;該正極鋁蓋的內端嵌套安裝有BMS主機板,且BMS主機板的正極柱臺階下部開設有PCBA洩氣孔;該BMS主機板的上端內側嵌套安裝有負極五金環,且負極五金環的內側嵌套安裝有正極塑膠蓋。該帶內置BMS板的鋰電池防爆結構,對比市面的單一結構防爆,具有多重安全措施,除了有順暢物理泄壓結構,還新增BMS電路監控,可主動斷開異常電路,避免電芯內部持續異常,可有效的避免鋰電池因意外發生爆炸。
Description
本新型創作涉及鋰電池技術領域,具體為帶內置BMS板的鋰電池防爆結構。
隨著科技的不斷進步,電動汽車等場合使用的鋰電池逐漸普及,但它們在使用過程中存在一定的安全風險,如短路、過充、過放等問題容易導致火災或爆炸事故,為了保證鋰電池的安全性能,防爆措施是必要的;如公開號為CN212162016U的一種防爆鋰電池,屬於鋰電池技術領域,該防爆鋰電池包括:鋰電池主體、底蓋、隔離層、蓋板和電極,該蓋板上表面中心處開設有與電池內部相連通的圓形開口,該罩體表面開設有若干通孔,該罩體外部包有波紋罩,該種防爆鋰電池通過設置用插銷連接的波紋罩,可以將鋰電池內部因溫度升高而產生的異常氣體進行收集存儲,並且隨著氣體的體積變化可自行調節波紋罩的儲存空間,在儲存滿後可輕易取下將異常氣體排放入異常氣體處理裝置;目前市場上已有許多鋰電池防爆結構,但它們的局限性在於通常僅採用純結構安全措施,難以完全避免意外事故,導致其整體的防護性能無法保證,進而產生意外的情況較多,存在一定的安全隱患;因此,本新型創作提供了一種帶BMS板的鋰電池防爆結構,有效避免意外事故的發生。
本新型創作的目的在於提供帶內置BMS板的鋰電池防爆結構,以解決上述背景技術中提出局限性在於通常僅採用純結構安全措施,難以完全避免意外事故,導致其整體的防護性能無法保證,進而產生意外的情況較多,存在一定的安全隱患的問題。
為實現上述目的,本新型創作提供如下技術方案:帶內置BMS板的鋰電池防爆結構,包括正極塑膠蓋、負極五金環、正極鋁蓋、塑膠支架、鋼殼和電池卷芯;該鋼殼的內側嵌套安裝有電池卷芯,且鋼殼的上端對接有塑膠支架;該塑膠支架的內端嵌套安裝有正極鋁蓋,且正極鋁蓋的下端對接有正極鋁蓋薄壁圓;該正極鋁蓋的內端嵌套安裝有BMS主機板,且BMS主機板的正極柱臺階下部開設有PCBA洩氣孔;該BMS主機板的上端內側嵌套安裝有負極五金環,且負極五金環的內側嵌套安裝有正極塑膠蓋,並且正極塑膠蓋的內側開設有正極塑膠蓋洩氣孔。
進一步的,該正極塑膠蓋的內端對稱設置有正極塑膠蓋洩氣孔,且正極塑膠蓋與負極五金環的內端嵌套對接,多層結構的組合,有效隔離內部和外部環境,增加鋰電池的安全性能。
進一步的,該BMS主機板的內端開設有2個PCBA洩氣孔,且PCBA洩氣孔與正極塑膠蓋表面的正極塑膠蓋洩氣孔交錯分佈。
進一步的,該正極鋁蓋內端的正極鋁蓋薄壁圓受壓時破裂,將塑膠支架內端的氣體沿著2個PCBA洩氣孔向外排放。
進一步的,該鋼殼包裹電池卷芯進行防護,且鋼殼的上端與塑膠支架相互對接。
進一步的,該塑膠支架與正極塑膠蓋、負極五金環、BMS主機板、正極鋁蓋、塑膠支架均嵌套對接,形成多層組合結構,通過結合多種安全措施,包括特殊物理結構及BMS板晶片控制等方式,提高安全性能,有效避免意外事故的發生,通過BMS模組的即時監測。
與現有技術相比,本新型創作的有益效果是:1.該帶內置BMS板的鋰電池防爆結構,通過結合多種安全措施,包括特殊物理結構及BMS板晶片控制等方式,提高安全性能,有效避免意外事故的發生,通過BMS模組的即時監測,可以及時獲取電池的資料,如電流、溫度、電壓,及時處理異常情況,主動斷開異常電路,提高安全性能;2.該帶內置BMS板的鋰電池防爆結構,通過正極鋁蓋、BMS板、塑膠支架的多層結構的組合,有效隔離內部和外部環境,增加鋰電池的安全性能;正極鋁蓋中間壓出圓形薄位,當電芯內部遭受異常,導致內壓加大,內壓增大到危險閾值時,此薄位優先破裂,排出內部過多氣體,防止爆炸發生。

本實施例中:
鋼殼9的內側嵌套安裝有電池卷芯10,且鋼殼9的上端對接有塑膠支架5;塑膠支架5的內端嵌套安裝有正極鋁蓋4,且正極鋁蓋4的下端對接有正極鋁蓋薄壁圓8;正極鋁蓋4的內端嵌套安裝有BMS主機板3,且BMS主機板3的正極柱臺階下部開設有PCBA洩氣孔7;BMS主機板3的上端內側嵌套安裝有負極五金環2,且負極五金環2的內側嵌套安裝有正極塑膠蓋1,並且正極塑膠蓋1的內側開設有正極塑膠蓋洩氣孔6。
正極塑膠蓋1的內端對稱設置有正極塑膠蓋洩氣孔6,且正極塑膠蓋1與負極五金環2的內端嵌套對接。BMS主機板3的內端開設有2個PCBA洩氣孔7,且PCBA洩氣孔7與正極塑膠蓋1表面的正極塑膠蓋洩氣孔6交錯分佈。正極鋁蓋4內端的正極鋁蓋薄壁圓8受壓時破裂,將塑膠支架5內端的氣體沿著2個PCBA洩氣孔7向外排放。鋼殼9包裹電池卷芯10進行防護,且鋼殼9的上端與塑膠支架5相互對接。塑膠支架5與正極塑膠蓋1、負極五金環2、BMS主機板3、正極鋁蓋4、塑膠支架5均嵌套對接,形成多層組合結構。
通過BMS主機板3中BMS模組的即時監測,可以及時獲取電池的資料,如電流、溫度、電壓,及時處理異常情況,主動斷開異常電路,提高安全性能;通過正極鋁蓋4、BMS主機板3、塑膠支架5的多層結構的組合,有效隔離內部和外部環境,增加鋰電池的安全性能;同時正極鋁蓋4中間壓出正極鋁蓋薄壁圓8,當電芯內部遭受異常,導致內壓加大,內壓增大到危險閾值時,此正極鋁蓋薄壁圓8優先破裂,排出內部過多氣體,防止爆炸發生;BMS主機板3上有兩個PCBA洩氣孔7,在正極柱臺階下部,可防止人為或異常堵住,正極塑膠蓋1上有兩個正極塑膠蓋洩氣孔6,360°全角度均可與BMS主機板3上的孔通氣,當正極鋁蓋薄壁圓8位破裂後,氣體進入BMS主機板3內,可通過上述兩組正極塑膠蓋洩氣孔6、PCBA洩氣孔7把氣體順利排出到外部環境,避免鋰電池爆炸;對比市面的單一結構防爆,具有多重安全措施,除了有順暢物理泄壓結構,還新增BMS電路監控,可主動斷開異常電路,避免電芯內部持續異常,可有效的避免鋰電池因意外發生爆炸。
