Abstract

A barbecue device provides a function of selectively adjusting the angle of a barbecue rod, facilitating the easy removal of grilled food, etc.; it includes a combination of a carrier and a barbecue rod. The carrier is provided with a combination part (and/or an adjustment mechanism), the barbecue rod has a main rod and a secondary rod, the tail end of the main rod forms a plug-in end, corresponding to the combination part (and/or the adjustment mechanism) of the combined carrier, so that the barbecue rod can be placed (adjusting the angle and/or position) or temporarily placed on the carrier; and/or the barbecue rod is provided with a hinge part, so as to provide the function of providing the secondary rod (of different lengths) that can be installed and removed according to the needs of personnel, grilled food, quantity, etc., so as to improve the situation that it is inconvenient to place and remove the grilled food from the barbecue rod after the grilling operation is completed.

Description

Barbecue device

This invention is about the structural design of a barbecue device; in particular, it refers to a combination of a carrier and a barbecue rod, and a technology that can selectively adjust the angle of the barbecue rod to facilitate the easy removal of the barbecued food.

It is a common skill to use a barbecue rod (or fork, stick, bamboo skewer) or the like to insert barbecued food for people to perform barbecue operations on a grill device. The known barbecue rod structure usually includes a handle for people to hold, a main rod and a secondary rod extending downward from the handle. Basically, the main rod and the secondary rod can be used by people to insert large or small barbecued food according to needs; for example, a whole roasted chicken, chicken skewers cut into small pieces or the like.

In order to provide more variability or selectivity for the barbecue rod, Taiwan Patent No. 110210911 "Multi-function Grill" provides a typical embodiment. In the embodiment, a plurality of sockets are provided on the barbecue rod for inserting the barbecue skewers, so as to facilitate the barbecue operation on the grill device; after the barbecue operation is completed, the barbecue rod or the barbecue skewers/bamboo skewers can be directly removed from the sockets, so that the barbecue rod or the barbecue skewers/bamboo skewers can be stacked on a container or a plate (or wait for the barbecued food to cool to a temperature suitable for consumption) for the person to take.

One of the issues concerning the structural design and application of this type of barbecue rod or the rod-combined barbecue skewers/bamboo skewers is that after the personnel complete the barbecue operation, the barbecue rod or the barbecue rod-combined barbecue skewers/bamboo skewers can only be stacked on the container. Not only is the barbecued food easily soaked with grease, affecting the taste and health of the personnel; but also, in certain eating situations, it is not conducive to the personnel to remove the barbecued food (or barbecue skewers) from the rod or bamboo skewers, or other auxiliary tools must be used to simply place the barbecued food on the container, which is not what we expect.

Typically, these references show the use and structural design of the known barbecue rod, the rod assembly barbecue skewer/bamboo skewer or its related combined components. If the rod structure and the above application scenarios are redesigned to make it different from the user, its usage pattern can be changed and its application effect can be increased, which is different from the old method.

For example, considering the structure and ease of operation, an ideal plunger structure should include the following topics:

1. Provide a carrier structure for placing or temporarily placing the rod structure after the worker completes the grilling operation; this is to facilitate the dripping of grease from the grilled food on the rod structure, thereby improving the conventional situation where the grilled food is soaked in grease.

2. The carrier is further provided with an adjustment mechanism to combine the plug-in rod structure, so that the angle or position of the plug-in rod structure can be adjusted according to the needs of the personnel, thereby facilitating the operation of removing the baked food from the plug-in rod structure.

3. Provide a rod structure, under the condition that the loading and unloading operations can be easily operated, and provide personnel with (secondary) rod structures of different lengths according to the demand for eating or the type of grilled food; and achieve the effect of easily unloading the grilled food from the rod structure.

These topics are not taught or specifically disclosed in the above-mentioned references.

Therefore, the main purpose of the invention is to provide a barbecue device, which provides a function of selectively adjusting the angle of the barbecue rod and facilitating the easy removal of the barbecued food; it includes a combination of a carrier and a barbecue rod. The carrier is provided with an assembly part (and/or an adjustment mechanism), the barbecue rod has a main rod and a secondary rod, the tail end of the main rod forms a plug-in end, which corresponds to the assembly part (and/or the adjustment mechanism) of the assembled carrier, so that the barbecue rod can be placed (adjusting the angle and/or position) or temporarily placed on the carrier; and/or the barbecue rod is provided with a hinge part to achieve the function of providing a secondary rod (of different lengths) that can be installed and removed according to the needs of personnel, barbecued food, quantity, etc., to improve the situation in which it is inconvenient to place and remove the barbecued food from the barbecue rod after the barbecue operation is completed.

According to the barbecue device of the present invention, the adjustment mechanism provided on the carrier (or assembly) includes a base and a sub-base; the base is provided with at least one (or more) positioning parts, and the sub-base is provided with a sub-assembly part and at least one (or more) sub-positioning parts; after a person operates the barbecue rod to rotate and change the angle and/or position of the barbecue rod, the sub-positioning part can be engaged with the positioning part to establish a function of fixing the angle and/or position of the barbecue rod.

According to the barbecue device of the invention, the barbecue rod includes a base and a hinge portion disposed on the base; the secondary rod is provided with a secondary hinge portion corresponding to the hinge portion of the base. And the hinge portion allows the secondary rod to pass through, so that the secondary hinge portion (hinge) is assembled on the hinge portion to form a fixed shape.

Please refer to Figures 1 and 2. The barbecue device of this invention includes a combination of a carrier and a barbecue rod, which are respectively indicated by reference numbers 10 and 20. The figure shows that the carrier 10 is a plate-shaped structure with a base plate 15 in a cross-shaped pattern; the carrier 10 (or base plate 15) is provided with a combination part 11, which is a convex tube-shaped structure with a plug-in hole 12. In addition, the barbecue rod 20 has a handle 25, a main plug-in rod 21 connected to the handle 25, and a secondary plug-in rod 23 connected to the main plug-in rod 21; the main plug-in rod 21 (tail end area) forms a plug-in end 22, which corresponds to (plugs into) the combination part 11 of the carrier 10, so that the barbecue rod 20 can be placed or temporarily placed on the carrier 10, improving the situation in the prior art that it is inconvenient to place and remove the barbecue from the barbecue rod after the barbecue operation is completed.

In the embodiment adopted, the plug end 22 (or tail end) is a cone-shaped structure, so that it is convenient for a person to insert the plug end 22 into the plug hole 12 of the assembly part 11 of the carrier 10; for example, the situation depicted in FIG. 2 .

FIG2-1 shows a derivative embodiment. The assembly 11 can be formed vertically (and/or tilted) to the carrier 10; after the plug end 22 of the barbecue rod 20 is (inserted) into the assembly 11, it can be formed at different angles, providing personnel with convenience for operation according to needs.

In a feasible embodiment, a hinge structure (13) can be provided on the assembly portion 11 (middle area) of the carrier 10 to adjust the direction of the plug hole 12.

Please refer to Figures 3, 4 and 5, which show a modified embodiment. The carrier 10 (or the assembly 11) is provided with an adjustment mechanism 30 (or the hinge structure 13); the adjustment mechanism 30 includes a base 33 and a sub-base 35 in a disc structure. The base 33 is provided with a hinge hole 31 and at least one (or more) positioning parts 32 arranged in the peripheral area of the hinge hole 31, and the positioning part 32 can be in the form of a hole or a flange structure; and the sub-base 35 is provided with a sub-assembly part 34, a sub-hinge hole 36 and at least one (or more) sub-positioning parts 37 arranged in the peripheral area of the sub-hinge hole 36.

In the embodiment adopted, the secondary assembly part 34 is a convex tubular structure, which can be plugged and assembled with the barbecue rod 20 (or the plug end 22 of the main rod 21). In addition, the hinge hole 31 is formed with a thread structure; the positioning part 32 and the secondary positioning part 37 can be in the form of a hole or a flange structure.

The figure also shows that the adjustment mechanism 30 includes a fixer 38 for assembling and fixing the adjustment mechanism 30 (or the base 33, the auxiliary base 35).

In a feasible embodiment, the fixing device 38 has a base section 38a and a combination elastic device 39; and the base section 38a is formed with a thread structure. Therefore, when the auxiliary base 35 (and/or the auxiliary pivot hole 36) corresponds to the combination base 33 (and/or the pivot hole 31), the base section 38a of the fixing device 38 is used to combine the elastic device 39. After the base section 38a penetrates the auxiliary pivot hole 36 and locks the pivot hole 31, the elastic device 39 accumulates energy to tighten the adjustment mechanism 30 (or the base 33, the auxiliary base 35), and the auxiliary positioning portion 37 can be engaged with the positioning portion 32, forming a type of positioning or fixing the barbecue rod 20 (or the main rod 21) and the combination platform 10 (or the combination portion 11).

6 and 7 illustrate that after a person operates the barbecue rod 20 to rotate and change the angle and/or position of the barbecue rod 20, the auxiliary positioning portion 37 of the barbecue rod 20 (or the adjustment mechanism 30) can be engaged with the positioning portion 32, thereby establishing a system that can selectively adjust or (multi-stage) fix the angle and/or position of the barbecue rod 20 according to operation or use requirements, which is conducive to meeting the operation angle and easily removing the grilled food.

Please refer to Figures 8 and 9, which disclose a feasible embodiment. The barbecue rod 20 includes a base 24 and at least one (or more) hinges 26 disposed on the base 24; the secondary rod 23 is provided with a secondary hinge 27 corresponding to the hinge 26 of the base 24. And, the hinge 26 allows the secondary rod 23 to pass through, so that the secondary hinge 27 is assembled on the hinge 26 to form a fixed shape, so as to provide the function of loading and unloading (different lengths) of the secondary rod 23 according to the needs of personnel, barbecued food, quantity, etc.

Specifically, the hinge 26 has a combination hole 26a and a threaded structure formed inside the combination hole 26a; the combination hole 26a is located on the base 24 (or the upper area of the base 24). In addition, the hinge 26 is provided with an extension area 26b connected to the combination hole 26a; the extension area 26b is located in the lower area of the base 24 to assist the auxiliary rod 23 in being assembled on the base 24 without deflection.

In the embodiment adopted, the secondary plug rod 23 can be selected in different lengths. In addition, the secondary hinge portion 27 is disposed in the upper region of the secondary plug rod 23; the secondary hinge portion 27 includes a hinge section 27a and a head portion 27b connected to the hinge section 27a; the hinge section 27a is formed with a threaded structure, and the head portion 27b can provide a person with the ability to operate or rotate the secondary plug rod 23.

The figure shows that after the auxiliary rod 23 passes through the combination hole 26a and the extension area 26b, the hinge section 27a of the auxiliary rod 23 can be locked with the combination hole 26a of the hinge part 26; the mechanism also allows personnel to adjust the length of the auxiliary rod 23 after passing through the extension area 26b, thereby establishing the function of loading and unloading the auxiliary rod 23.

Please refer to FIG. 10 , the barbecue rod 20 is inserted or temporarily placed on the carrier 10, which can provide the effect of dripping fat from the barbecue 60, so as to improve the situation that the knowledge and skills affect the taste of the barbecue and the health of eating. In addition, when operating the head 27b of the auxiliary rod 23 (or the auxiliary hinge 27), the process of releasing the combination state of the auxiliary rod 23 and the hinge 26 can also make the barbecue 60 detached from the auxiliary rod 23 at the same time, which can not only meet the different eating needs of people, but also provide the effect of easily operating the detachment of the barbecue 60.

FIG. 11 illustrates that the adjusting mechanism 30 (or the sub-assembly 34 ) provided on the carrier 10 cooperates with the plug-in end 22 of the barbecue rod 20 , thereby providing a function for a person to adjust the angle and/or position of the barbecue rod 20 according to operational requirements.

Typically, this barbecue device has the following considerations and advantages compared to the old method while being easy to operate:

1. The carrier 10, the barbecue rod 20 and the related matching structures have been redesigned. For example, the carrier 10 is provided with a combination part 11 and/or an adjustment mechanism 30, the adjustment mechanism 30 is provided with a base 33, a pivot hole 31, a positioning part 32 and a secondary base 35, a secondary pivot hole 36, a secondary positioning part 37, a fixing device 38, and an elastic device 39; and the barbecue rod 20 is provided with a pivot part 26, a combination hole 26a, and an extension area 26b, and the secondary rod 23 is provided with a secondary pivot part 27, a pivot section 27a, and a head 27b. The structures and other parts are obviously different from the user and change its use and operation mode, and are different from the old method.

2. In particular, the mechanism of the barbecue device allows the barbecue rod 20 to be placed or temporarily placed on the carrier 10 after the operator completes the grilling operation. This not only prevents the grilled food 60 on the barbecue rod 20 from dripping grease, but also improves the situation where the grilled food is soaked with grease, which affects the taste and health of the food. Therefore, the present invention provides an effective barbecue device, the spatial form of which is different from the known one and has advantages that cannot be compared with the old method. It shows considerable progress and fully meets the requirements of a new patent.
