A reusable balloon device comprises: a balloon, after the balloon is inflated and enlarged, the balloon neck is self-rotated multiple times to form a thread sufficient to stop leakage, and then the thread of the balloon neck is knotted without being tightened to stop leakage into a loose knot shape that can be easily untied; and a base, which is a flat circular or polygonal plate, and the base is provided with a central hole for serial connection, and an inlet hole for the balloon slipknot and a fixing hole are provided around the central hole. The two holes are cut open in the middle to allow them to be connected and fixed. A positioning hole is set at the edge of the fixing hole for positioning. These three holes and one balloon form a set of holes. Similarly, the base of 4 balloons has 4 sets of holes or the base of 5 or more balloons has 5 or more sets of holes for each balloon to be correctly positioned. However, the base has only one center hole to tighten the tube or wire used for serial connection. Multiple bases can be serially connected and stacked to form a balloon shape. As described in claim 1, the balloon reusable device, wherein the balloon knot is combined with the base described in claim 1, is a complete set of balloon reusable devices. The number of balloons can be increased according to demand on one base, so that each base can be assembled into a unique functional balloon-shaped person or object, which can be untied and deflated after use and reused, showing creativity and promoting the commercial application of balloons.
