Abstract

The present invention proposes a badminton racket grip structure, including: a main body, a front sleeve mounted on the front end of the main body, and a rear end cover mounted on the rear end of the main body; the improved part is: the main body is a hollow tubular body, the rear end cover has an opening for the rear end of the main body to be inserted into the rear end cover, and the rear end cover includes: an inner tube wall, an outer tube wall, an outer shell and a bottom plate; there is a gap between the outer tube wall and the inner tube wall, the bottom plate connects the bottom ends of the outer tube wall and the inner tube wall, and the rear end of the main body can be inserted into the gap from the opening; the outer shell is arranged around the outer periphery of the outer tube wall; the bottom of the rear end cover is provided with a removable nameplate. The rear end cover has the advantages of good appearance and good touch, and also has sufficient structural strength, and the nameplate can be easily replaced and replaced.

Description

Badminton racket grip structure

This novel invention relates to the structure of a badminton racket, in particular to a handle structure of a badminton racket.

The structure of a badminton racket consists of three parts: the head frame, the middle tube and the grip. The head frame is threaded to form the hitting surface, and the head frame is connected to the grip through the middle tube. The grip of a traditional badminton racket is usually made of stronger and less prone to breaking wood. In addition to the fact that wood is easy to obtain, easy to process, and low in price, wood has a good damping effect, which helps absorb the vibration generated when the racket hits the ball.

In the approved Republic of China new patent certificate No. M597158, a badminton racket handle and back cover are proposed; wherein the handle includes a body and a back cover; one end of the body is connected to the middle tube; the back cover includes a bottom plate, a plurality of side walls, a receiving portion and a plurality of hollow structures, the side walls are connected to the bottom plate; the receiving portion is formed by the side walls and the bottom plate, and the receiving portion is sleeved on the other end of the body; the hollow structures are located on part of the side walls. The back cover further has at least one rib, which is arranged in one of the hollow structures. The back cover further has at least one protrusion, which is arranged on the bottom plate, and the protrusion abuts against the body. The back cover further has at least one hook, which is located at the second end of the side wall, and the hook engages and fixes the body.

The rear cover proposed in the above patent technology is a component made of plastic material by injection molding technology. Some of the side walls of the rear cover have a hollow structure, so that the rear cover is fixed to the main body by hook engagement. The bottom plate of the rear cover has at least one convex portion, and the convex portion is used to support the main body. The hollow structure of the multiple side walls will weaken the structural strength of the rear cover, which is easily damaged by external force. On the other hand, the bottom plate of the rear cover has at least one protrusion, which is used to support the main body, but these protrusions are designed on at least one rib of the hollow structure. These thin and fragile structures are easily damaged or broken due to external impact, such as the impact caused by a badminton racket falling to the ground.

The technical problem to be solved by this new invention is to provide a badminton racket grip structure with good structural strength, good appearance, good touch and a detachable and replaceable inscription plate.

In order to solve the above technical problems, an embodiment of the grip structure of the new badminton racket comprises: a main body, a front sleeve mounted on the front end of the main body, and a rear end cover mounted on the rear end of the main body. The interior of the front sleeve is hollow and has a through hole for a middle tube of the badminton racket to pass through. The improved parts are:

The main body is a hollow tubular body, and the two opposite outer sides of the tail section of the main body are each provided with a barb;

The rear end cover is a tubular component made of plastic material by one-piece injection molding. The rear end cover has an opening for the rear end of the main body to be inserted into the rear end cover. The structure of the rear end cover includes: an inner tube wall, an outer tube wall, an outer shell and a bottom plate; the outer tube wall and the inner tube wall are coaxial, and there is a gap between the outer tube wall and the inner tube wall. The opening is located on one side of the top end of the outer tube wall and the inner tube wall, and the bottom plate is located on one side of the bottom end of the outer tube wall and the inner tube wall. The bottom plate is connected to the outer tube wall. The bottom ends of the tube wall and the inner tube wall, the tail end of the main body can be inserted into the gap from the opening, and the outer tube wall is provided with a snap-fitting part corresponding to the inverted hooks, which is used to hook and engage with the inverted hooks; the outer shell is arranged around the outer periphery of the outer tube wall, and the top end of the outer shell is connected to the top end of the outer tube wall; the bottom of the rear end cover is provided with a removable nameplate, the nameplate has two hook claws, and the inner side surface of the inner tube wall has a protrusion near the bottom end, and the hook claws can hook the protrusion.

As a preferred embodiment of the grip structure of the new badminton racket, the inner side surface of the outer tube wall of the rear end cover has a tightening slope for tightly fitting against the outer side surface of the main body.

As a preferred embodiment of the grip structure of the new badminton racket, the tightening bevel is coated with adhesive.

As a preferred embodiment of the grip structure of the new badminton racket, the outer side surface of the inner tube wall has a plurality of ribs extending radially toward the outer tube wall, the ribs are evenly distributed in a radial plane of the rear end cover, and the gap is between the free ends of the ribs and the inner side surface of the outer tube wall.

As a preferred embodiment of the grip structure of the new badminton racket, the bottom edge of the outer shell is lower than the bottom surface of the bottom plate, so that there is a height difference between the bottom edge of the outer shell and the bottom surface of the bottom plate, thereby forming a placement space surrounded by the outer shell under the bottom plate, and the nameplate can be placed in the placement space.

As a preferred embodiment of the grip structure of the new badminton racket, the outer shell is a cone that tapers from the bottom of the rear end cover toward its top.

As a preferred embodiment of the grip structure of the new badminton racket, the back of the nameplate is marked with any one of a trademark, graphic or text.

As a preferred embodiment of the grip structure of the new badminton racket, the radial cross-sectional shape of the main body is an octagon, and the radial cross-sectional shapes of the inner tube wall, outer tube wall and outer shell of the rear end cover are also matching octagonal shapes.

The advantages and effects of this new type are: the rear end cover composed of the inner tube wall, the outer tube wall, the outer shell and the bottom plate can provide sufficient structural strength, the surface of the outer shell is completely flat without any holes or gaps, and the completely flat surface has the advantages of beauty and good touch. The rear end cover can withstand the impact caused by the badminton racket falling to the ground without being easily broken or damaged. The nameplate is detachably installed at the bottom of the rear end cover and can be easily replaced. Even if the nameplate is damaged, it can be easily removed and replaced.

In the embodiments disclosed in the patent specification and drawings of this new type, the directions mentioned therein (such as up, down, left, right, front and back) are based on the contents shown in the drawings and are used to illustrate the relative relationships between the various elements or structures in the embodiments (such as positional relationships, connection relationships and action relationships).

First, please refer to Figures 1 to 4, which show the structural decomposition diagram, structural assembly diagram and structural top view of an embodiment of the grip structure of the new badminton racket.

The preferred embodiment of the badminton racket grip structure proposed in this novel invention comprises: a main body 10, a front sleeve 20 mounted on the front end of the main body, and a rear end cover 30 mounted on the rear end of the main body 10. The interior of the front sleeve 20 is hollow and has a through hole for a middle tube 40 of the badminton racket to pass through.

The main body 10 is a hollow tubular body, and the two opposite outer sides of the tail section of the main body 10 are each provided with a hook 11. The rear end cover 30 is a tubular component made of plastic material by one-piece injection molding, and the rear end cover 30 has an opening 301 (see Figures 9 and 10) for the tail end of the main body 10 to be inserted into the rear end cover 30.

Referring to FIGS. 9 and 10, the rear end cover 30 comprises: an inner tube wall 31, an outer tube wall 32, an outer shell 33 and a bottom plate 34; the outer tube wall 32 and the inner tube wall 31 are coaxial, and there is a gap G between the outer tube wall 32 and the inner tube wall 31 (see FIG. 10), the opening 301 is located at one side of the top of the outer tube wall 32 and the inner tube wall 31, and the bottom plate 34 is located at the outer tube wall 32 and the inner tube wall 31. On one side of the bottom end of the tube wall 32 and the inner tube wall 31, the bottom plate 34 connects the bottom end of the outer tube wall 32 and the inner tube wall 31, and the end of the main body 10 can be inserted into the gap G from the opening 301. The outer tube wall 32 is provided with a snap-fitting portion 321 corresponding to the inverted hooks 11. An embodiment of the snap-fitting portion 321 is an opening (see Figure 2), which is used to be hooked and combined with the inverted hooks 11.

Please refer to Figures 8-1 to 8-3, and Figures 9 and 10. In a preferred embodiment, the outer side surface of the inner tube wall 31 has a plurality of ribs 311 extending in the radial direction toward the outer tube wall 32. The ribs 311 are evenly distributed in a radial shape on the radial plane of the rear end cover 30. The gap G is between the free ends of the ribs 311 (the free end refers to the end of the extension direction of the ribs 311) and the inner side surface of the outer tube wall 32.

Please refer to Figures 9 and 10. The outer shell 33 is arranged around the outer periphery of the outer tube wall 32. The top of the outer shell 33 is connected to the top of the outer tube wall 32. In a preferred embodiment, the outer shell 33 is inclined from the perspective of the axial section. The outer shell 33 makes the appearance of the rear end cover 30 a cone that gradually shrinks from the bottom end of the rear end cover 30 toward its top end. After the user holds the main body 10 of the badminton racket grip, the outer shell 33 can be used to support the lower edge of the palm to prevent the badminton racket from being thrown out of the hand when swinging. The surface of the outer shell 33 is completely flat without any holes or gaps. The completely flat surface also has the advantages of beauty and good touch.

Please refer to Figures 5-1 to 5-3, and Figures 6 and 7. In a preferred embodiment, a removable nameplate 50 is disposed at the bottom of the rear end cover 30. The nameplate 50 has two hooks 51. The inner side surface of the inner tube wall 31 has a protrusion 312 near the bottom end. The hooks 51 can hook the protrusion 312 (see Figure 11).

The inner side of the outer tube wall 32 of the rear end cover 30 has a tightening bevel 322 (see Figure 10) for tightly fitting to the outer side of the main body 10; in a preferred embodiment, adhesive can be applied to the tightening bevel 322, and after the rear end of the main body 10 is inserted into the gap G from the opening 301, the main body 10 is not only hooked and coupled with the hook 11 and the engaging portion 321, but also the tightening and gluing action of the tightening bevel 322 and the adhesive can make the rear end cover 30 firmly assembled at the rear end of the main body 10 and not easy to fall off.

As shown in Figures 10 and 11, after the rear end of the main body 10 is inserted into the gap G from the opening 301 of the rear end cover 30, the rear end of the main body 10 is against the top of the bottom plate 34. The rear end cover 30 composed of the inner tube wall 31, the outer tube wall 32, the outer shell 33 and the bottom plate 34 can provide sufficient structural strength. The rear end cover 30 can withstand the impact generated when the badminton racket falls to the ground without being easily broken or damaged.

Please refer to Figures 10 and 11, as a preferred embodiment of the outer shell 33, the bottom edge of the outer shell 33 is lower than the bottom surface of the bottom plate 34, so that there is a height difference L between the bottom edge of the outer shell 33 and the bottom surface of the bottom plate 34, thereby forming a placement space S surrounded by the outer shell 33 below the bottom plate 34, and the nameplate 50 can be arranged in the placement space S. The hook 51 of the nameplate 50 extends toward the direction of the inner tube wall 31, and after passing through a through hole 341 (see Figure 8-3) of the bottom plate 34, it enters the inner side surface of the inner tube wall 31 and hooks the flange 312. Preferably, a trademark, graphic or text can be marked on the back of the nameplate 50 (see Figure 5-3); on the one hand, the nameplate 50 is detachably mounted on the bottom of the rear end cover 30 by means of a hook 51, so that the manufacturer can easily replace the nameplate 50 with a different trademark, graphic or text, and even if the nameplate 50 is damaged, it can be easily removed and replaced.

As a preferred embodiment of the handle structure of the new badminton racket, the radial cross-sectional shape of the main body 10 is an octagon, which allows users to have more diverse gripping methods and hitting angles when holding the handle of the badminton racket. Similarly, the radial cross-sectional shapes of the inner tube wall 31, the outer tube wall 32 and the outer shell 33 of the rear end cover 30 are also matching octagons.

Although the present invention has been disclosed through the above-mentioned embodiments, it is not intended to limit the present invention. Anyone familiar with similar techniques can make some changes and modifications within the spirit and scope of the present invention. Therefore, the scope of patent protection of the present invention shall be subject to the definition of the claims attached to this specification.
