Abstract

A housing component including a housing and a functional accessory is provided. The housing includes a bottom plate, a plurality of side plates, two first positioning parts and two second positioning parts. The bottom plate has a first long side and a second long side opposite to each other, and a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other. The plurality of side plates are disposed on the bottom plate, and the bottom plate and the plurality of side plates are formed a receiving space together. The receiving space is suitable for accommodating a portable electronic device. The two first positioning parts are disposed on the bottom plate and are respectively close to the opposite ends of the first long side. The two second positioning portions are disposed on the bottom plate and are respectively formed on two opposite ends of the second long side.

Description

Case components

This novel creation relates to a case assembly, and in particular to a case assembly combined with a portable electronic device.

The performance of current smartphones has greatly improved compared to the past, so users can use their spare time such as commuting and lunch breaks to browse the web, play games, and chat online. As the time users spend using smartphones increases year by year, muscle damage caused by holding the hands for a long time is becoming more and more common.

In addition, the graphics computing capabilities of smartphones are already capable of presenting high-quality images with a stable frame rate. However, the bright and saturated screen colors and high-speed dynamic images are accompanied by high temperatures of more than 50 degrees and rapid power consumption. This means that when using a smartphone, it is necessary to connect it to a mobile power bank in the backpack through a transmission line.

Therefore, existing smart phones are prone to muscle damage and long exposed transmission lines after long-term use, which affects the comfort of using smart phones. How to enable users to use smart phones comfortably, stably and for a long time has become a goal that urgently needs to be improved.

The case assembly of the present invention includes a case and a functional accessory. The case includes a bottom plate, a plurality of side plates, two first positioning portions and two second positioning portions. The bottom plate has a first long side and a second long side opposite to each other and a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other. The plurality of side plates are arranged on the bottom plate, and the first surface and the plurality of side plates together constitute a storage space, and the storage space is suitable for storing a portable electronic device. The two first positioning portions are arranged on the bottom plate and are respectively close to the opposite ends of the first long side. The two second positioning portions are arranged on the bottom plate and are respectively formed at the opposite ends of the second long side. The functional accessory is detachably arranged on the case and has at least one clamping portion. When the functional accessory is arranged on the case, the functional accessory is clamped on one of the first positioning portions through at least one clamping portion and contacts a portion of the second surface.

Based on the above, the case assembly of this case is suitable for accommodating a portable electronic device. The portable electronic device is positioned in the accommodating space through multiple side panels. The case assembly of this case can adopt functional accessories with corresponding functions according to different usage scenarios, such as a joystick, a heat dissipation module or a mobile power bank, thereby expanding the functionality of the case assembly. The use of a joystick can improve muscle damage caused by long-term holding, the use of a heat dissipation module can improve the high temperature generated when the portable electronic device is in operation, and the use of a mobile power bank can avoid the situation where the transmission line is exposed.

Referring to FIG. 1A to FIG. 1C , the case assembly 100 of the present invention is suitable for accommodating a portable electronic device 200. The case assembly 100 includes a housing 110 and a functional accessory 120. The portable electronic device 200 is, for example, a tablet computer or a smart phone.

The housing 110 includes a bottom plate 111, a plurality of side plates 112, two first positioning portions 113, and two second positioning portions 114. The bottom plate 111 has a first long side L1 and a second long side L2, a first short side S1 and a second short side S2, and a first surface T1 and a second surface T2. The plurality of side plates 112 are disposed on the outer edge of the bottom plate 111 and each side plate 112 is connected to the corresponding first long side L1, second long side L2, first short side S1, or second short side S2, wherein the first surface T1 of the bottom plate 111 and the plurality of side plates 112 together form a receiving space AS, and the receiving space AS is suitable for receiving the portable electronic device 200. Further, each side plate 112 extends upward from the bottom plate 111 and each side plate 112 has an arc-shaped surface.

The two first positioning portions 113 are disposed on the bottom plate 111 and are respectively close to the opposite ends of the first long side L1. The two second positioning portions 114 are disposed on the bottom plate and are respectively formed at the opposite ends of the second long side L2. The functional accessory 120 is detachably disposed on the housing 110 and has at least one clamping portion 121, and at least one clamping portion 121 is clamped to one of the first positioning portions 113. In other embodiments, the number of at least one clamping portion can be two and they are respectively clamped to the two first positioning portions.

Referring to FIG. 1B and FIG. 1C , when the functional accessory 120 is disposed on the housing 110 , the functional accessory 120 is engaged with one of the first positioning portions 113 through at least one engaging portion 121 and contacts a portion of the second surface T2 . Furthermore, after the portable electronic device 200 is disposed in the accommodation space AS, the plurality of side panels 112 clamp the portable electronic device 200 through the arc-shaped surfaces.

In addition, the bottom plate 111 of the housing 110 supports the bottom surface of the portable electronic device 200, and the multiple side plates 112 clamp the side surface and part of the top surface of the portable electronic device 200 to achieve a three-dimensional connection relationship. The housing 110 is made of elastic material and has the characteristics of easy disassembly and assembly. When the housing 110 of this case is not connected to the functional accessories 120, it can also be combined with the portable electronic device 200 alone to have an anti-fall protection effect, and the housing 110 can maintain the appearance integrity of the portable electronic device 200.

Referring to Figures 1A to 1C, each first positioning portion 113 has a short hole H1, a long hole H2 and a plurality of slots H3. The short hole H1 and the long hole H2 penetrate the bottom plate 111 and are interconnected. The plurality of slots H3 are formed on the inner side of the short hole H1. At least one engaging portion 121 has two hooks 1211, which are engaged with the corresponding short hole H1 and the plurality of slots H3. The two hooks 1211 are flush with the first surface T1 of the bottom plate 111, that is, the two hooks 1211 do not enter the accommodating space AS. Each second positioning portion 114 has a groove G formed on the second long side L2 away from the first positioning portion 113.

In other embodiments, at least one of the two hooks of the clamping part is suitable for clamping in the long hole, or at least one of the clamping part has four hooks and is clamped in the corresponding short hole and long hole at the same time, thereby improving the connection strength between the functional accessory and the housing.

Referring to Figures 1A to 1C, the functional accessory 120 includes two first handles, each of which has a clamping portion 121, a supporting portion 122, and a gripping portion 123. The clamping portion 121 is disposed on a side of the supporting portion 122 facing the bottom plate 111, the supporting portion 122 accommodates part of the bottom plate 111 and one of the side plates 112, the clamping portion 121 is clamped in the corresponding short hole H1, and the gripping portion 123 extends from the supporting portion 122 away from the first long side L1 of the bottom plate 111.

In detail, the two first handles are respectively disposed at opposite ends of the housing 110, corresponding to the user's hands, for easy holding.

Furthermore, each first handle has a button 124 and a wireless transmission module 125. The button 124 is disposed on the top surface of the grip portion 123. The wireless transmission module 125 is disposed in the grip portion 123 and is used to electrically couple the portable electronic device 200. The command of the button 124 is transmitted to the portable electronic device 200 through the wireless transmission module 125 to achieve the control purpose.

Referring to FIG. 2 , the functional accessory 120a of this embodiment includes two second handles, each of which has a snap-on portion 121a, a supporting portion 122a, a gripping portion 123a, and a buckling portion 124a. The snap-on portion 121a is disposed on one side of the supporting portion 122a facing the bottom plate 111, each supporting portion 122a accommodates a portion of the bottom plate 111 and one of the side plates 112, the snap-on portion 121a is engaged with the corresponding short hole H1, and the gripping portion 123a extends from each supporting portion 122a away from the first long side L1. The buckling portion 124a is disposed at one end of the supporting portion 122a away from the gripping portion 123a, and the buckling portion 124a surrounds the second long side L2 and buckles with the corresponding groove G.

In detail, the two second handles are respectively arranged at opposite ends of the housing 110, corresponding to the user's hands, so as to facilitate holding, and each second handle is respectively engaged with the short hole H1 and the groove G through the engaging portion 121a and the buckling portion 124a, which can enhance the stability of the second handle combined with the housing 110. In addition, compared with the first handle, the second handle of this embodiment is suitable for users with larger palms.

Furthermore, each first handle has a button 125a and a wireless transmission module 126a. The button 125a is disposed on the top surface of the grip portion 123a. The wireless transmission module 126a is disposed in the grip portion 123a and is used to electrically couple the portable electronic device 200. The command of the button 125a is transmitted to the portable electronic device 200 through the wireless transmission module 126a to achieve the control purpose.

Referring to FIG. 3 , the functional accessory 120b of this embodiment includes a mobile power supply having a snap-on portion 121b, a support portion 122b, a grip portion 123b, a buckle portion 124b, a connection port 125b and a wireless transmission module 126b.

The clamping portion 121b is disposed on the supporting portion 122b, and the supporting portion 122b accommodates part of the bottom plate 111 and one of the side plates 112, and the clamping portion 121b is clamped in the corresponding short hole H1. The gripping portion 123b extends vertically from the supporting portion 122 to be away from the first long side L1. The buckle portion 124b is disposed at one end of the supporting portion 122b away from the gripping portion 123b, and the buckle portion 124b surrounds the second long side L2 and is buckled in the corresponding groove G. The connection port 125b is disposed on the supporting portion 122b and extends into the accommodating space AS. The wireless transmission module 126b is disposed in the gripping portion 123b and is used to electrically couple the portable electronic device 200.

In addition, when the power of the portable electronic device 200 is low, the functional accessory 120b (power bank) is installed on the housing 110 and coupled to the portable electronic device 200 through the connection port 125b for power supply, or the functional accessory 120b (power bank) performs wireless charging on the portable electronic device 200 through the wireless transmission module 126b. The connection port or wireless transmission module is selected for charging depending on the specifications of the portable electronic device 200. Since the functional accessory 120b (power bank) is installed on the housing 110, there is no need to use a transmission cable, thereby avoiding the exposure of the charging battery transmission cable.

Referring to FIG. 4 , the functional accessory 120c of this embodiment includes a speaker having a snap-on portion 121c, a support portion 122c, an output portion 123c, a buckle portion 124c, a connection port 125c and a wireless transmission module 126c.

The clamping portion 121c is disposed on the supporting portion 122c. The supporting portion 122c accommodates part of the bottom plate 111 and one of the side plates 112. The clamping portion 121c is engaged with the corresponding short hole H1. The output portion 123c extends from the supporting portion 122c and is parallel to the first long side L1 and the second long side L2. The buckle portion 124c surrounds the second long side L2 and is buckled with the corresponding groove G. The connection port 125c is coupled to the output portion 123c and extends into the accommodation space AS. The wireless transmission module 126c is disposed in the supporting portion 122c and coupled to the output portion 123c.

In addition, when the volume of the portable electronic device 200 is insufficient, the functional accessory 120c (speaker) is installed on the housing 110 and coupled to the portable electronic device 200 through the connection port 125c to receive audio, and then the sound is emitted through the output part 123c, or the functional accessory 120c (speaker) receives the audio of the portable electronic device 200 through the wireless transmission module 126c, and then the sound is emitted through the output part 123c. The connection port or wireless transmission module is selected for audio transmission according to the specifications of the portable electronic device 200. Since the functional accessory 120b (power bank) is installed on the housing 110, there is no need to use an additional transmission line, thereby avoiding the exposure of the transmission line.

Referring to FIG. 5 , the functional accessory 120d of this embodiment includes a selfie stick having a snap-on portion 121d, a supporting portion 122d, a retractable portion 123d, a buckling portion 124d, a connection port 125d and a wireless transmission module 126d.

The clamping portion 121d is disposed on the supporting portion 122d, and the supporting portion 122d accommodates part of the bottom plate 111 and one of the side plates 112, and the clamping portion 121d is engaged with the corresponding short hole H1. The telescopic portion 123d is composed of a plurality of rods, and the telescopic portion 123d extends from the supporting portion 122d and is parallel to the first long side L1 and the second long side L2. The buckling portion 124d surrounds the second long side L2 and is buckled with the corresponding groove G. The connection port 125d is disposed on the supporting portion 122d and extends into the accommodating space AS. The wireless transmission module 126d is disposed in the supporting portion 122d.

In addition, when the portable electronic device 200 is to use the selfie mode, the functional accessory 120d (selfie stick) is installed on the housing 110 and coupled to the portable electronic device 200 through the connection port 125d to control the shutter, or the functional accessory 120d (selfie stick) controls the shutter of the portable electronic device 200 through the wireless transmission module 126d. The connection port or wireless transmission module is selected for shutter control depending on the specification of the portable electronic device 200. Since the functional accessory 120d (selfie stick) is installed on the housing 110, there is no need to use an additional transmission line, thereby avoiding the exposure of the transmission line.

Referring to FIG. 6 , the functional accessory 120e of the present embodiment includes a heat dissipation module having two clamping parts 121e, a supporting part 122e, two buckling parts 123e and a fan 124e. The two clamping parts 121e are arranged at intervals on the supporting part 122e, and the supporting part 122e accommodates the bottom plate 111 and the plurality of side plates 112. The two clamping parts 121e are respectively engaged with the corresponding two short holes H1. The two buckling parts 123e are arranged on a side of the supporting part 122e away from the first long side L1, and the two buckling parts 123e surround the second long side L2 and are respectively engaged with the corresponding two grooves G. The fan 124e is arranged in the supporting part 122e and aligned with a heat dissipation hole DH penetrating the bottom plate 111.

When the portable electronic device 200 is in high-speed computing and generates a lot of heat, the functional accessory 120e (heat dissipation module) is installed on the housing 110 and the fan 124e is turned on, and the cold air enters the accommodation space AS through the heat dissipation hole DH, thereby helping the portable electronic device 200 to dissipate heat, so that the portable electronic device 200 can continue to maintain high-performance operation for a long time. In addition, the heat dissipation module can use an independent switch to adjust the air volume or control the air volume through wireless transmission of the portable electronic device 200.

Referring to FIG. 7 , the functional accessory 120f includes a bracket having two clamping portions 121f, a supporting portion 122f, a gripping portion 123f and a lifting portion 124f. The two clamping portions 121f are spaced apart from the supporting portion 122f, and the supporting portion 122f accommodates a portion of the bottom plate 111 and a portion of the plurality of side plates 112 and is located on the first long side L1. The two clamping portions 121f are respectively engaged with the corresponding two short holes H1. The gripping portion 123f extends vertically from the supporting portion 122f to be away from the first long side L1. The lifting portion 124f is disposed on the supporting portion 122f and spaced apart from the gripping portion 123f.

When the portable electronic device 200 is switched to the viewing mode, the functional accessory 120f (bracket) is installed on the housing 110, and the lifting portion 124f is placed on a plane. Since the lifting portion 124f has an angle CA, it can meet the viewing angle of the user, thereby suspending the portable electronic device 200 and the housing 110 on the plane, which is convenient for the user to watch for a long time.

In summary, the case assembly of this case is suitable for accommodating a portable electronic device. The portable electronic device is positioned in the accommodating space through multiple side panels. The case assembly of this case can adopt functional accessories with corresponding functions according to different usage scenarios, such as a joystick, a heat dissipation module or a mobile power bank, thereby expanding the functionality of the case assembly. The use of a joystick can improve muscle damage caused by long-term holding, the use of a heat dissipation module can improve the high temperature generated when the portable electronic device is in operation, and the use of a mobile power bank can avoid the situation where the transmission line is exposed.

Furthermore, the case assembly of this case is easy to combine with portable electronic devices, and connect different functional accessories (speakers, selfie sticks, brackets) to the case to meet the needs of users in different situations.

Claims (10)

A case assembly comprises: A case body, comprising: A bottom plate, having a first long side and a second long side opposite to each other and a first face and a second face opposite to each other; A plurality of side plates, arranged on the bottom plate, wherein the first face and the side plates together constitute a storage space, and the storage space is suitable for storing a portable electronic device; Two first positioning portions, arranged on the bottom plate and respectively close to the opposite ends of the first long side; and Two second positioning portions, arranged on the bottom plate and respectively formed at the opposite ends of the second long side; and A functional accessory, detachably arranged on the case body and having at least one clamping portion, wherein, when the functional accessory is arranged on the case body, the functional accessory is clamped on one of the first positioning portions through the at least one clamping portion and contacts a portion of the second face. A casing assembly as described in claim 1, wherein each of the first positioning portions has a short hole, a long hole and a plurality of slots, the short hole and the long hole pass through the bottom plate and are interconnected, the slots are formed on the inner side of the short hole, and the at least one connecting portion has two hooks that are engaged with the short hole and the slots and the two hooks are flush with the first surface of the bottom plate. A casing assembly as described in claim 2, wherein each of the second positioning portions has a groove. A casing assembly as described in claim 2, wherein the functional accessory includes two first handles, each of the first handles having the clamping portion, a supporting portion and a gripping portion, the clamping portion being disposed on the supporting portion, the supporting portion accommodating a portion of the bottom plate and one of the side plates, the clamping portion being engaged with the corresponding short hole, and the gripping portion extending from the supporting portion away from the first long side. A casing assembly as described in claim 3, wherein the functional accessory includes two second handles, each of the second handles having the clamping portion, a supporting portion, a gripping portion and a snap-fit portion, the clamping portion being disposed on the supporting portion, the supporting portion accommodating a portion of the bottom plate and one of the side plates, the clamping portion being snap-fitted into the corresponding short hole, the gripping portion extending from the supporting portion away from the first long side, and the snap-fitting portion surrounding the second long side and snap-fitting into the corresponding groove. A casing assembly as described in claim 3, wherein the functional accessory includes a mobile power supply, having a card-connecting portion, a supporting portion, a holding portion, a snap-fitting portion, a connection port and a wireless transmission module, the card-connecting portion is arranged on the supporting portion, the supporting portion accommodates a portion of the bottom plate and one of the side plates, the card-connecting portion is snap-fitted into the corresponding short hole, the holding portion extends vertically from the supporting portion to be away from the first long side, the snap-fitting portion surrounds the second long side and is snap-fitted into the corresponding groove, the connection port is arranged on the supporting portion and extends into the accommodating space, and the wireless transmission module is arranged in the holding portion. A casing assembly as described in claim 3, wherein the functional accessory includes a speaker having a card-connecting portion, a supporting portion, an output portion, a snap-fit portion, a connection port and a wireless transmission module, the card-connecting portion is configured on the supporting portion, the supporting portion accommodates a portion of the bottom plate and one of the side plates, the card-connecting portion is snap-fitted into the corresponding short hole, the output portion extends from the supporting portion and is parallel to the first long side and the second long side, the snap-fitting portion surrounds the second long side and is snap-fitted into the corresponding groove, the connection port is coupled to the output portion and extends into the accommodating space, and the wireless transmission module is configured in the supporting portion and coupled to the output portion. A casing assembly as described in claim 3, wherein the functional accessory includes a selfie stick having a clamping portion, a supporting portion, an extension portion, a snap-fit portion, a connection port and a wireless transmission module, the clamping portion being disposed on the supporting portion, the supporting portion accommodating a portion of the bottom plate and one of the side plates, the clamping portion being snap-fitted into the corresponding short hole, the extension portion extending from the supporting portion and being parallel to the first long side and the second long side, the snap-fitting portion surrounding the second long side and snap-fitting into the corresponding groove, the connection port being disposed on the supporting portion and extending into the accommodating space, and the wireless transmission module being disposed in the supporting portion. A casing assembly as described in claim 3, wherein the functional accessory includes a heat dissipation module having at least one clamping portion, a supporting portion, two buckling portions and a fan, the supporting portion accommodating the bottom plate and the side panels, the at least one clamping portion including two and spaced apart on the supporting portion, the clamping portions respectively snapping into the corresponding two short holes, the two buckling portions surrounding the second long side and respectively snapping into the corresponding grooves, the fan being arranged in the supporting portion and aligned with a heat dissipation hole penetrating the bottom plate. A casing assembly as described in claim 2, wherein the functional accessory includes a bracket having at least one clamping portion, a supporting portion, a holding portion and a lifting portion, the supporting portion accommodating a portion of the bottom plate and a portion of the side plates and being located on the first long side, the at least one clamping portion includes two and spaced apart from the supporting portion, the clamping portions are respectively engaged with the two corresponding short holes, the holding portion extends vertically from the supporting portion to be away from the first long side, and the lifting portion is disposed on the supporting portion and spaced apart from the holding portion.
