Abstract

A film wrapping machine is suitable for installing a film roll, the film roll includes a roll and a film arranged on the roll. A film wrapping device as disclosed in Republic of China Patent No. TWM593993U includes a gripping rod, two connecting seats disposed at opposite ends of the gripping rod, a connecting rod disposed between the connecting seats, and a packaging film wrapping device rotatably sleeved on the connecting rod.

When the film wrapper is used, the user holds the gripping rod with both hands and wraps the article along its periphery.

However, the user needs to rely on his own force and operation to control the tightness of the packaging film, which easily causes uneven tightness of different parts of the packaging film, which is not only inconvenient to operate, but also affects the quality of the film.

Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a film strapping machine that can improve at least one of the above-mentioned disadvantages.

The support unit 1 includes a first frame 11, a second frame 12, and a gripping member 13 disposed between the first frame 11 and the second frame 12. The first frame 11 and the second frame 12 are used for mounting the reel 61.

The first drum 2 is rotatably disposed between the first frame 11 and the second frame 12 .

The second roller 3 is rotatably disposed between the first frame 11 and the second frame 12. The diameter of the second roller 3 is smaller than the diameter of the first roller 2. The second roller 3 is located between the first roller 2 and the gripping member 13, and the first roller 2 and the second roller 3 are used for winding the rubber film 62 of the rubber film roll 6.

2 to 4 , the adjustment unit 4 is disposed on the first frame 11 and includes a housing 41 , and a generator 42 , a rechargeable battery 43 , a relay 44 , and a variable resistor 45 disposed on the housing 41 .

The generator 42 has a body 421 disposed on the first frame 11, and a hysteresis member 422 rotatably disposed on the body 421 and connected to the second drum 3. The rechargeable battery 43 is a lithium battery. The relay 44 is electrically connected to the rechargeable battery 43. The variable resistor 45 is electrically connected between the relay 44 and the generator 42.

The driving unit 5 includes a motor 51 disposed in the second frame 12 and located in the first drum 2, and a slip ring 52 disposed in the first frame 11 and electrically connected between the motor 51 and the relay 44. The motor 51 is coupled to the first drum 2, and the motor 51 can drive the first drum 2 to rotate.

Since the hysteresis element 422 is connected to a magnetic power generation structure (not shown), the hysteresis element 422 needs to be applied with a torque greater than a predetermined torque to rotate. When the user uses the film strapping machine to move around an object (not shown) to strap the object, the user holds the gripping portion and pulls the rubber film 62, and the rubber film 62 drives the second roller 3 to rotate. The resistance of the hysteresis element 422 itself causes the rubber film 62 to generate a pre-tensioned tension to maintain the stretching degree of the rubber film 62 and strap the object. Since the diameter of the second roller 3 is smaller than that of the first roller 2, the force arm applied to the second roller 3 when the rubber film 62 is pulled is shorter, and the user needs to pull the rubber film 62 with a greater force to overcome the predetermined torque of the second roller 3 to rotate the second roller 3.

Then, the hysteresis element 422 rotates to make the generator 42 generate electricity, and the generator 42 supplies power to the relay 44. The relay 44 is excited to form a path between the charging battery 43 and the slip ring 52. The charging battery 43 supplies power to the motor 51 through the slip ring 52 to drive the motor 51, so that the motor 51 drives the first roller 2 to rotate, and the first roller 2 can drive the rubber film 62 to be pulled out.

When the user stops walking, the hysteresis element 422 also stops rotating, so that the generator 42 stops supplying power to the relay 44. Therefore, the relay 44 breaks the circuit between the rechargeable battery 43 and the slip ring 52, so that the motor 51 stops rotating.

By adjusting the variable resistor 45, the resistance between the generator 42 and the relay 44 can be changed. When the resistance between the generator 42 and the relay 44 is larger, the generator 42 needs to output a larger voltage to excite the relay 44. Therefore, after the resistance between the generator 42 and the relay 44 changes, the user needs to pull the film 62 with a larger or smaller force to drive the motor 51, so as to achieve the function of the novel strapping machine with adjustable tension.
