Abstract

A clothing processing device includes a main control unit, a clothing processing unit, an offline voice control unit and a radio unit. The clothing processing unit is used for washing, dehydrating or drying clothing. The offline voice control unit stores a plurality of command search data corresponding to different control commands. The radio unit is used to convert a voice command issued by a user into a voice signal to be analyzed. After the radio unit converts the voice command into the voice signal to be analyzed, it transmits the voice signal to be analyzed to the offline voice control unit, and the offline voice control unit compares the command search data that matches the voice signal to be analyzed, and transmits an indication signal to the main control unit, and the main control unit instructs the clothing processing unit to execute the corresponding function according to the control command of the matched command search data.

The invention relates to a clothing processing device, in particular to a clothing processing device with an offline voice control unit.

Currently, some washing machines are connected to the Internet and have voice control functions that work with cloud servers to control the recognition process, allowing users to operate the washing machine through voice control. However, if there is no Internet access or there is a problem with the Internet communication, the user will not be able to use the voice control function of the washing machine normally, affecting the smooth operation.

Therefore, one of the purposes of the present invention is to provide a clothes processing device that can solve the above-mentioned problems.

Therefore, in some embodiments, the novel clothing processing device includes a main control unit, a clothing processing unit, an offline voice control unit and a radio unit. The clothing processing unit is electrically connected to and controlled by the main control unit, and is used to wash, dehydrate or dry clothing. The offline voice control unit is electrically connected to the main control unit and stores a plurality of command search data corresponding to different control commands. The radio unit is electrically connected to the offline voice control unit and is used to convert a voice command issued by a user into a voice signal to be analyzed. The present invention has at least the following effects: through the integrated setting of the offline voice control unit, the receiving unit and the speaker unit, the user can control the operating state and functional operation of the clothing treatment device by voice when the clothing treatment device is not connected to the network, and can obtain sound feedback from the speaker unit, so as to obtain a more intuitive and convenient use experience.

Referring to FIG. 1 , an embodiment of the novel clothing processing device 100 is shown. The clothing processing device 100 may be any upright or drum washing machine or drying machine, and includes a main control unit 1, a clothing processing unit 2, an offline voice control unit 3, a radio unit 4, a speaker unit 5, and components such as a housing, a lid, and a control interface that are not shown in the figure.

The main control unit 1 can be implemented through components such as a microcontroller, a mainboard, and various control chips that are not shown in the figure, and is the operation control center of the clothing processing device 100.

The clothes processing unit 2 is electrically connected to and controlled by the main control unit 1, and is used to wash, dehydrate or dry clothes. For example, the clothes processing unit 2 may include components such as a washing tank, a drying tank, a motor, a heating device, and water inlet and outlet pipes, which are not shown in the figure, so that the clothes processing device 100 can provide the processing functions for washing, dehydrating and drying clothes under the coordinated operation of these components.

The offline voice control unit 3 is electrically connected to the main control unit 1, and stores a plurality of command search data corresponding to different control commands, so that the user can issue voice control commands to the clothing processing device 100 by speaking, and can also provide voice feedback control of various operating states of the clothing processing device 100. The speaker unit 5 is electrically connected to the offline voice control unit 3 and can be implemented through various speakers to provide various functions of the clothing treatment device 100. Preferably, the distance between the sound receiving unit 4 and the speaker unit 5 is at least 20 cm, so as to avoid operational interference between the two.

In use, when the user wants to operate the clothing processing device 100 by voice control, the user can issue a voice command by speaking. The sound receiving unit 4 receives the voice command and converts the voice command into the voice signal to be analyzed, and then transmits the voice signal to be analyzed to the offline voice control unit 3. The offline voice control unit 3 matches an instruction search data that matches the voice signal to be analyzed, and the offline voice control unit 3 transmits an indication signal to the main control unit 1 according to the matched instruction search data. The main control unit 1 instructs the clothing processing unit 2 to execute the corresponding function according to the control instruction of the matched instruction search data. In addition, after the offline voice control unit 3 receives a voice control signal sent by the main control unit 1, the speaker unit 5 can be controlled by the offline voice control unit 3 to execute a voice program.

For example, when the user issues a voice command of "start washing" in oral form, the sound receiving unit 4 converts the voice command into an electrical signal of the voice signal to be analyzed, and analyzes the voice signal to be analyzed through the offline voice control unit 3, and matches the one that matches "start washing" in the command search data, and allows the main control unit 1 to set the clothing processing unit 2 to start the washing program according to the control command corresponding to "start washing", and the speaker unit 5 issues a voice prompt such as "the washing program has been started", so that the user knows that the clothing processing device 100 has completed the relevant settings.

In summary, the novel clothing treatment device 100, through the integrated arrangement of the offline voice control unit 3, the sound receiving unit 4 and the speaker unit 5, allows the user to control the operation state and function operation of the clothing treatment device 100 by voice when the clothing treatment device 100 is not connected to the network, and can obtain the sound feedback from the speaker unit 5, so as to obtain a more intuitive and convenient use experience. A clothing processing device comprises: a main control unit; a clothing processing unit, electrically connected to and controlled by the main control unit, for washing, dehydrating or drying clothing; an offline voice control unit, electrically connected to the main control unit, and storing a plurality of command search data corresponding to different control commands; and a radio unit, electrically connected to the offline voice control unit, for converting a voice command issued by a user into a voice signal to be analyzed, After the sound receiving unit converts the sound command into the voice signal to be analyzed, it transmits the voice signal to be analyzed to the offline voice control unit, and the offline voice control unit compares a command search data that matches the voice signal to be analyzed, and the offline voice control unit transmits an indication signal to the main control unit according to the compared command search data, and the main control unit instructs the clothing processing unit to execute the corresponding function according to the control command of the compared command search data.
