Abstract

一種髖關節固定裝置,用以解決習知髖關節的固定方式使用不便的問題。係包含:一架本體,具有一固定架及一轉動架,該轉動架可轉動地結合於該固定架,該轉動架與該固定架之間具有一展開夾角;及數個帶體,分別連接於該轉動架與該固定架,各該帶體用以將該轉動架與該固定架固定於雙腿。藉此可以達成提升使用便利性及節省收納空間的功效。A hip joint fixing device is used to solve the problem of inconvenience in using the conventional hip joint fixing method. 髖關節固定裝置Hip Fixation Device

本創作係關於一種醫療器具,尤其是一種手術後使用的髖關節固定裝置。This invention relates to a medical device, in particular to a hip joint fixation device used after surgery.

髖關節因高度退化、壞死、類風濕症、外傷或疾病,導致功能缺損影響正常生活,且疼痛不適,甚至行動不便無法自理生活,經使用藥物或其他方法仍無法減輕症狀時,醫師可能會進一步選擇以手術方式來置換人工髖關節。而在手術後,會因患者雙腿交叉的習慣,而造成人工髖關節外懸;或因患者的平躺或側躺習慣,而造成人工髖關節內縮,因而容易造成術後髖關節脫位。因此,為避免人工髖關節脫位,目前常用的方法是將枕頭設置於患者的雙腿之間,使患者的雙腿可以保持在外展約15~30度的位置。The hip joint is severely degenerated, necrosis, rheumatoid arthritis, trauma or disease, resulting in functional impairment that affects normal life, pain and discomfort, and even inconvenience in movement and inability to take care of oneself.
