Abstract

A packaging box including a cover and a box body is provided. The cover has a cover body. The box body has a box bottom and a first box side wall, a second box side wall, a third box side wall and a connecting side wall arranged around the box bottom, wherein the connecting side wall is connected between the box bottom and the cover body, and the second box side wall is opposite to the connecting side wall, the first box side wall and the third box side wall are located on opposite sides of the connecting side wall. Each of the connecting side wall and the second box side wall has a pair of folding portions and a pair of first inserting parts folding relative to the pair of folding portions, and each of the first box side wall and the third box side wall has a second inserting part, and the first inserting part and the second inserting part insert correspondingly.

Description

Packaging Box

The novel creation relates to a box, and in particular to a packaging box.

FIG. 1A is a partial schematic diagram of a conventional packaging box, and FIG. 1B is a schematic diagram of the back side of the packaging box of FIG. 1A. Referring to FIG. 1A and FIG. 1B, the conventional packaging box 100 has an opening 114 at the bottom 112 of the box body 110 as a locking structure of the inner hem 116. However, such a setting method causes the overall appearance of the packaging box 100 to have a hole, which affects the appearance consistency and visual experience.

The novel creation provides a packaging box with a complete appearance.

The invention discloses a packaging box, comprising a lid and a box body. The lid has a lid body. The box body has a box bottom and a first box side wall, a second box side wall, a third box side wall and a connecting side wall arranged around the box bottom, wherein the connecting side wall is connected between the box bottom and the lid body, the second box side wall is opposite to the connecting side wall, the first box side wall and the third box side wall are located on opposite sides of the connecting side wall, each of the connecting side wall and the second box side wall has a pair of folding edges and a pair of first engaging portions, and the first engaging portions are bent relative to the folding edges, and each of the first box side wall and the third box side wall has a pair of second engaging portions, and the first engaging portions are correspondingly engaged with the second engaging portions.

In one embodiment, the above-mentioned cover also has a first cover side wall, a second cover side wall and a third cover side wall arranged around the cover body, the first cover side wall is arranged corresponding to the first box side wall, the second cover side wall is arranged corresponding to the second box side wall, and the third cover side wall is arranged corresponding to the third box side wall.

In one embodiment, a fold line is formed between each of the first engaging portions and the corresponding hem portion.

In one embodiment, each of the first engaging portions has an extension piece and a locking hole, and each of the second engaging portions is a protruding tongue.

In one embodiment, the first box side wall, the second box side wall and the third box side wall are folded relative to the box bottom, and the protruding tongues are correspondingly embedded in the card holes.

In one embodiment, the orthographic projection range of the first engaging portion falls within the range of the box bottom.

Based on the above, by arranging the first engaging portion on the side wall of the box instead of on the bottom of the box, it is possible to avoid opening a hole at the bottom of the box body, thereby maintaining the overall appearance integrity of the packaging box.

Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the packaging box of an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 is an enlarged view of the A area of Fig. 2. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of the assembly of the packaging box of Fig. 2.

Please refer to FIG. 2 , FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , a packaging box 200 of an embodiment of the present invention includes a cover 210 and a box body 220 .

The cover 210 includes a cover body 211 and a first cover side wall 212 , a second cover side wall 213 and a third cover side wall 214 disposed around the cover body 211 .

The box body 220 has a box bottom 221 and a first box side wall 222, a second box side wall 223, a third box side wall 224 and a connecting side wall 225 arranged around the box bottom 221, wherein the connecting side wall 225 is connected between the box bottom 221 and the cover body 211, the second box side wall 223 is opposite to the connecting side wall 225, and the first box side wall 222 and the third box side wall 224 are located on opposite sides of the connecting side wall 225.

The first cover side wall 212 is disposed corresponding to the first box side wall 222 , the second cover side wall 213 is disposed corresponding to the second box side wall 223 , and the third cover side wall 214 is disposed corresponding to the third box side wall 224 .

In addition, each of the connecting side wall 225 and the second box side wall 223 has a pair of folded edge portions 226 and a pair of first engaging portions 227, and each of the first box side wall 222 and the third box side wall 224 has a second engaging portion 228, wherein a fold line 229 is provided between each first engaging portion 227 and the corresponding folded edge portion 226, so that the first engaging portion 227 can be bent relative to the folded edge portion 226 to engage the first engaging portion 227 with the second engaging portion 228 in correspondence.

Specifically, each first engaging portion 227 has an extension piece 227a and a locking hole 227b, wherein a fold line 229 is formed between the extension piece 227a and the hem portion 226, and each second engaging portion 228 is a protruding tongue.

FIG. 5 is a partial enlarged view of FIG. 4. Please refer to FIG. 2, FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 at the same time. When folding the packaging box 200, the first box side wall 222, the second box side wall 223 and the third box side wall 224 are bent relative to the box bottom 221 and folded toward the inside of the box bottom 221. Therefore, the orthographic projection of the first engaging portion 227 will fall within the range of the box bottom 221. Then, the protruding tongue is correspondingly embedded in the clamping hole 227b (as shown in FIG. 5); in this way, the first box side wall 222, the second box side wall 223 and the third box side wall 224 are fixed relative to the box bottom 221 to form the packaging box 200 as shown in FIG. 4.

Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of the bottom surface of the packaging box. As can be seen from Fig. 6, the bottom surface 200a of the packaging box 200 has no holes, so the packaging box 200 has a complete appearance surface.

In summary, in the packaging box of an embodiment of the present invention, by arranging the first engaging portion at the folding edge, it is possible to avoid opening a hole at the bottom of the box body to maintain the overall appearance integrity of the packaging box, while still enabling the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion to engage with each other to form a stable box body.

In addition, since the first box side wall, the second box side wall and the third box side wall are folded toward the inside of the box bottom when they are folded relative to the box bottom, the orthographic projection range of the first interlocking portion will fall within the range of the box bottom, so that the first interlocking portion and the second interlocking portion are interlocked inside the box body, which will not affect the overall appearance of the packaging box.

Furthermore, since the appearance of the packaging box is complete without holes, there is more room for design in the printing layout and graphic layout of the packaging box.

Claims (6)

A packaging box, comprising: a cover having a cover body; and A box body has a box bottom and a first box side wall, a second box side wall, a third box side wall and a connecting side wall arranged around the box bottom, wherein the connecting side wall is connected between the box bottom and the cover body, the second box side wall is opposite to the connecting side wall, the first box side wall and the third box side wall are located on opposite sides of the connecting side wall, each of the connecting side wall and the second box side wall has a pair of folding edges and a pair of first engaging portions, the pair of first engaging portions are bent relative to the pair of folding edges, and each of the first box side wall and the third box side wall has a pair of second engaging portions, the first engaging portions are correspondingly engaged with the second engaging portions. A packaging box as described in claim 1, wherein the lid also has a first lid side wall, a second lid side wall and a third lid side wall arranged around the lid body, the first lid side wall is arranged corresponding to the first box side wall, the second lid side wall is arranged corresponding to the second box side wall, and the third lid side wall is arranged corresponding to the third box side wall. A packaging box as described in claim 1, wherein a fold line is provided between each of the first engaging portions and the corresponding folding edge portion. A packaging box as described in claim 1, wherein each of the first engaging portions has an extension piece and a card hole, and each of the second engaging portions is a protruding tongue. As described in claim 4, the first box side wall, the second box side wall and the third box side wall are folded relative to the box bottom, and the tongue is correspondingly embedded in the card hole. A packaging box as described in claim 5, wherein the orthographic projection range of the first engaging portion falls within the range of the box bottom.
