Abstract

An improved box-type fish cage includes a cage frame made of metal material, and a fishing net is arranged on the outer periphery of the cage frame. The mesh of the fishing net allows young fish to pass smoothly. A funnel-shaped catching channel is also arranged, extending and gradually contracting from the outer periphery of the cage frame toward the inner part of the cage frame. A fishing net 120 is provided on the outer periphery of the cage frame 110, and the mesh of the fishing net 120 is larger than a predetermined size so that the young fish can pass through and swim out of the fishing net smoothly. The fishing net 120 is provided with a release port 122, which is provided on the outer periphery of the cage frame 110 and is usually closed by a knotted net rope. The net rope is untied to open the release port 122 when needed, so as to take out the caught fish through the release port 122. The fishing net 120 is also provided with a trapping channel 121. The trapping channel 121 is funnel-shaped, having a wide opening and a narrow opening, and the peripheral wall connecting the wide opening and the narrow opening is also provided with a fishing net. The wide opening of the trapping channel 121 is provided at the periphery of the cage frame 110 and gradually shrinks toward the inside of the cage frame 110. The narrow opening of the trapping channel 121 is located inside the cage frame 110.

Several fixing ropes 130, one end of which is arranged at the narrow opening of the trapping channel 121, and the other end is arranged at the periphery of the cage frame 110, so as to fix the trapping channel 121 in the cage frame 110.

The narrow mouth of the trapping channel 121 in the cage frame 110 is narrow, so the fish in the open space in the cage frame 110 will not squeeze into the trapping channel 121 from the narrow mouth of the trapping channel 121, so that the captured adult fish can be confined in the cage frame 110 and cannot swim out. As for the young fish, since the mesh of the fishing net 120 is large enough, they can swim out of the fishing net 120 smoothly without being caught.

An improved box-type fishing cage includes: a cage frame, which is a hollow metal three-dimensional frame; a fishing net, which is arranged on the periphery of the cage frame, and at least one catching channel is arranged on the fishing net, one end of the catching channel is arranged on the periphery of the cage frame, and the other end is arranged inside the cage frame. The improved box-type fish trap as described in claim 1, wherein the trapping channel is funnel-shaped and gradually narrows from the outer periphery of the cage frame toward the inside of the cage frame. The improved box-type fish cage as described in claim 1, wherein a bait rack is provided in the middle of the cage frame. The improved box-type fishing cage as described in claim 1, wherein the fishing net is provided with a release port.
