Abstract

The invention discloses a game card set, which includes: a base paper layer, printed with a unique serial number; and a surface paper layer, which is smaller in area than the base paper layer and forms a plurality of tearable units (cards), which are bonded to the base paper layer by the portion outside the card. The unique serial number and prize information are printed on the side of each card facing the base paper layer. The invention replaces the existing prize box with a base plate structure, and strengthens the hardness of the card with a protective layer. In addition to providing the functions of easy management and convenient storage, the store does not need to worry about the integrity of the card being damaged by the unintentional actions of the customers. The invention is different from the traditional lottery game, has the convenience of use, and can replace the existing card, distribution table and box. In order to solve the above problems, the present invention discloses a game card set. The game card set includes: a base paper layer printed with a unique serial number; and a surface paper layer, which is smaller in area than the base paper layer and forms a plurality of tear-off units, which are bonded to the base paper layer through the portion outside the tear-off unit. The unique serial number and a reward information are printed on the side of each tear-off unit facing the base paper layer.

The game card assembly can further form a protective layer on the surface paper layer to increase the hardness of the surface paper layer.

According to the present invention, the tearable unit is formed by cutting the surface paper layer using a die cutter, and is connected to other parts of the surface paper layer with continuous joints.

Preferably, the cutting die is a tooth cutter or a zipper cutter.

According to the present invention, the tearable unit may include a text portion and a hand-tear portion, the text portion is used to print the exclusive serial number and the reward information, the hand-tear portion protrudes outward from the text portion, and its outer edge is cut by the die cutter without forming any continuous connection points with other parts of the surface paper layer.

Preferably, the text portion has a circular, elliptical, rectangular, regular polygonal or customized shape.

This new model replaces the existing prize-winning ticket box with a bottom plate structure, and at the same time strengthens the hardness of the ticket card with a protective layer. In addition to providing easy management and convenient storage, it also allows stores to not worry about customers' careless actions damaging the integrity of the ticket card.

The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the following embodiments.

Please see Figures 1 and 2. Figure 1 is a top view of a game card set 1 of an embodiment of the present invention, and Figure 2 is a cross-sectional structural diagram of the game card set 1. In appearance, the game card set 1 has a flat plate-like appearance and is mainly made of paper material. In terms of layer structure, the game card set 1 includes a base paper layer 10 and a surface paper layer 20. The surface paper layer 20 has a smaller area than the base paper layer 10, and a protective layer 30 is formed above the surface paper layer 20. The characteristics and designs of different layers are described in detail below.

The bottom paper layer 10 is the base layer for carrying all the tag cards, and is designed to replace the tag box of the first prize. In terms of materials, the bottom paper layer 10 can use any printed paper, including but not limited to coated paper, molded woodfree paper, cardboard, kraft paper, publication paper or composite paper containing the above paper types. Please see Figure 1, a part of the bottom paper layer 10 (the part framed by a dotted line frame) is combined with the top paper layer 20, and there is an exclusive serial number area 11 in the other part. The exclusive serial number of the game tag card set 1 is printed in the exclusive serial number area 11, such as 8A0269 in the figure. The exclusive serial number here is the same as the exclusive serial number printed on the top paper layer 20.

As mentioned above, because the surface paper layer 20 has a smaller area than the base paper layer 10, it can be bonded to the base paper layer 10 without blocking the exclusive serial number area 11. In terms of materials, the surface paper layer 20 can also be coated paper, molded woodfree paper, cardboard, kraft paper, marking paper, or a composite paper containing the aforementioned paper types. In practice, the base paper layer 10 and the surface paper layer 20 can use the same material or different materials, which is completely in accordance with the design requirements. A plurality of tearable units 21 are formed on the surface paper layer 20, and each tearable unit 21 forms a label card. In this embodiment, 60 tearable units 21 are formed on the surface paper layer 20, neatly arranged in 6 rows and 10 columns. According to the present invention, the number of the tearable units 21 is not limited to 60, but can be any number, and the arrangement thereof can also be arbitrary. The tearable units 21 have a consistent appearance, so that customers have a fair chance to choose when making a blind selection. The surface paper layer 20 is bonded to the bottom paper layer 10 through the portion outside the tearable unit 21. That is, the glue is applied to the portion of the surface paper layer 20 that is not the tearable unit 21, and then the surface paper layer 20 is pressed with the bottom paper layer 10.

According to the present invention, the tearable unit 21 is formed by cutting the surface paper layer 20 using a cutting die. For an explanation of the formation of the tearable unit 21, see FIG3, which is a schematic diagram of the appearance of the tearable unit 21 when connected in this embodiment. The cutting die used in this embodiment is a zipper knife, so a gap is formed between each blade, which becomes a continuous joint 213 between two cuts C when cutting the surface paper layer 20. The continuous joint 213 is connected to other parts of the surface paper layer 20 to maintain the tearable unit 21 from falling off the surface paper layer 20. In practice, the cutting die can also use a toothed knife. The protective layer 30 formed on the surface paper layer 20 has the function of increasing the hardness of the surface paper layer 20 to reduce the possibility of customers accidentally bending or scratching the paper when taking it out. In this embodiment, the material of the protective layer 30 is polyethylene PE (Polyethylene, PE), and polypropylene (Polypropylene, PP) can also be used.

In further detail, the tearable unit 21 includes a text portion 211 and a hand-tear portion 212 in terms of design and function, and the two portions are separated by a dotted line in FIG3 . The text portion 211 is used to print a unique serial number and a prize information (the content and function will be described later), and the hand-tear portion 212 protrudes outward from the text portion 211, and its outer edge is cut by a die cutter without forming any continuous connection point 213 connected to other portions of the surface paper layer 20. As shown in FIG3 , the cutout C of the hand-tear portion 212 is a semicircle extending outward and extensions on both sides of the semicircle. When the customer extracts the label card (tearable unit 21), he can pinch the semicircle with his thumb and index finger and pull it toward the text portion 211 to remove the label card. In this embodiment, the text portion 211 is a customized shape that is approximately square. In other embodiments, the appearance of the text portion 211 can also be circular, elliptical, rectangular, regular polygonal or other customized shapes, which are not limited by the present invention.

Please see FIG. 4, which is a schematic diagram of the appearance of the tear-off unit 21 in another embodiment when it is torn off. As shown in FIG. 4, each tear-off unit 21 has a dedicated serial number area 21a (marked with an elliptical dotted frame) and a prize information area 21b (marked with a rectangular dotted frame) on the side facing the base paper layer 10, which are printed with the aforementioned dedicated serial number and prize information respectively. The dedicated serial number of the dedicated serial number area 21a is the same as the dedicated serial number in the dedicated serial number area 11, so that it is possible to manage which game card combination the prize taken away during the lottery belongs to. The prize information area 21b is printed with the type of prize drawn and related warnings. Since the exclusive serial number and the type of prizes of each tear-away unit 21 can be replaced or randomly changed when printing the top paper layer 20, the uniqueness of each game card combination is ensured. Claims (9)

A game card set includes: a base paper layer printed with a unique serial number; and a surface paper layer, which is smaller in area than the base paper layer and forms a plurality of tear-off units, which are bonded to the base paper layer through the portion outside the tear-off unit, wherein each tear-off unit has the unique serial number and a reward information printed on the side facing the base paper layer. The game card set as described in claim 1, wherein a protective layer is further formed on the surface paper layer to increase the hardness of the surface paper layer. The game card set as described in claim 2, wherein the material of the protective layer is polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP). The game card set as described in claim 1, wherein the material of the base paper layer is coated paper, molded woodfree paper, cardboard, kraft paper, marking paper or a composite paper containing the aforementioned paper types. The game card set as described in claim 1, wherein the material of the surface paper layer is coated paper, molded woodfree paper, cardboard, kraft paper, marking paper or a composite paper containing the aforementioned paper types. A game card set as described in claim 1, wherein the tearable unit is formed by cutting the surface paper layer using a die cutter and connected to other parts of the surface paper layer with continuous joints. The game tag card set as described in claim 6, wherein the cutting die is a tooth cutter or a zipper cutter. The game card set as described in claim 6, wherein the tearable unit includes a text portion and a hand-tear portion, the text portion is used to print the exclusive serial number and the reward information, the hand-tear portion protrudes outward from the text portion, and its outer edge is cut by the die without forming any continuous connection points connected to other parts of the surface paper layer. The game card set as described in claim 8, wherein the text portion has an appearance of a circle, an ellipse, a rectangle, a regular polygon or a customized shape.
