本創作之主要目的係在提供一種空氣濾清總成,將隔板設置於進氣管之外管壁上,使引擎吹漏氣由汽缸頭蓋油氣分離室出來,經油氣回收管至空氣濾清器,再由引擎吹漏氣衝撞進氣管上之隔板,將氣體與液體進行分離,氣體再次進入汽缸燃燒,而分離之液體儲存至排油管內。由於取消了習知空氣濾清總成內之迷宮隔板和海綿結構,透過簡化的結構達到引擎曲軸強制通風,降低排放汙染。同時,藉由簡化元件結構且整合油氣分離室與空氣濾清本體,可增加車輛之置物箱空間,並提升空氣濾清總成之容積,使得引擎性能提高。The main purpose of this invention is to provide an air filter assembly, which sets a baffle on the outer wall of the intake pipe, so that the blow-by gas of the engine comes out from the oil-gas separation chamber of the cylinder head cover, and goes to the air filter through the oil-gas recovery pipe.
