Abstract

An anti-theft cage vehicle is used to solve the problem that the conventional cage vehicles have poor anti-theft performance. The anti-theft cage vehicle of the invention comprises: a base, the periphery of which has at least one set of rings; a plurality of fence panels, the plurality of fence panels are connected and located on the base, and the side edges of the plurality of fence panels have a plurality of longitudinal sleeves; a top cover, the top cover is located on the opposite side of the base; at least one lower front door panel, the side edge of the lower front door panel has at least A longitudinal column is pivotally inserted into the corresponding longitudinal sleeve from its lower part, and the bottom edge of the lower front door piece has an insert inserted into the sleeve ring; and at least one upper front door piece, the side edge of the upper front door piece has at least one longitudinal column pivotally inserted into the corresponding longitudinal sleeve from its lower part, and the top edge of the upper front door piece has a snap-fit piece snapped into the top cover.

Description

Anti-theft cage car

This creation is about a logistics trolley, especially an anti-theft cage trolley with good anti-theft performance.

According to the current development of online shopping, cage trucks play a very important role in warehousing and logistics operations because they have the functions of loading, transporting and storing.

Known cage carts have various types to meet different usage requirements. For cage carts used to store high-value items, in order to prevent the stored items from being lost, the cage cart needs to be able to be closed and locked. Therefore, its structure usually includes a bottom plate, a plurality of side guardrails and a top cover. The plurality of side guardrails are arranged around the top of the bottom plate. The top cover is hinged to one of the side guardrails and faces the bottom plate, so that the bottom plate, the plurality of side guardrails and the top cover together enclose a closable storage space for loading objects. A plurality of wheels are provided under the bottom plate to move the cage cart.

When in use, part of the side guardrails can be opened to place or take out objects. When the side guardrails and the top cover are closed, the objects can be sealed in the cage. To further enhance the anti-theft effect of the cage, users usually wrap a chain around the entire cage and lock the chain with a lock to prevent thieves from opening the side guardrails and the top cover.

However, it is more troublesome to lock the entire cage car with a chain and a lock. It takes a while to lock or unlock it, so users usually only lock it when they have finished tallying the goods. When leaving the cage car temporarily, few users are willing to use the chain and the lock to lock it, which gives thieves or people with ulterior motives an opportunity to open the side guardrail or the top cover in a short time to steal the items in the cage car.

In view of the shortcomings of the above-mentioned known technologies, the creator felt that they were not perfect, so he devoted his mind to carefully research and overcome them, and then developed an anti-theft cage car whose door can be quickly unlocked or locked, in order to achieve an improved anti-theft effect.

To achieve the above-mentioned and other purposes, the invention provides an anti-theft cage vehicle, which includes: a base, the periphery of which has at least one set of rings; a plurality of fence panels, which are connected and located on the base, and the side edges of the plurality of fence panels have a plurality of longitudinal sleeves; a top cover, which is located on the opposite side of the base; at least one lower front door panel, the side edge of the lower front door panel has at least one longitudinal column, the upper part of the longitudinal column is connected to the lower front door panel, and the lower part of the longitudinal column is connected to the lower front door panel. The side edge of the front door piece is spaced, the lower part of the longitudinal column can be pivotally inserted in the corresponding longitudinal sleeve, and the bottom edge of the lower front door piece has an insert piece inserted in the sleeve ring; and at least one upper front door piece, the side edge of the upper front door piece has at least one longitudinal column, the upper part of the longitudinal column is connected to the upper front door piece, the lower part of the longitudinal column is spaced from the side edge of the upper front door piece, the lower part of the longitudinal column can be pivotally inserted in the corresponding longitudinal sleeve, and the top edge of the upper front door piece has a buckle piece buckled with the top cover.

In the above-mentioned anti-theft cage vehicle, the base may have a frame seat and a bottom plate, the bottom plate may be pivoted to the frame seat, the collar may be arranged on the bottom plate, the frame seat may be provided with two first positioning parts opposite to each other on the left and right, the bottom plate may be provided with two second positioning parts opposite to each other on the left and right, the two second positioning parts may be respectively combined with the two first positioning parts to limit the bottom plate from being pivoted.

In the above-mentioned anti-theft cage vehicle, the first positioning part can be a plate with a long groove, and the second positioning part can be a bolt assembly. The bolt of the bolt assembly protrudes from the side end of the bottom plate and penetrates into the corresponding long groove when in the upper locking position, and the bolt does not protrude from the side end of the bottom plate when in the unlocking position.

In the above-mentioned anti-theft cage vehicle, the buckle plate may have a rear extension portion and a lower extension portion, the rear extension portion may be connected to the top edge of the upper front door plate and extend backward, and the lower extension portion may be connected to the rear extension portion and extend downward to penetrate the top cover.

In the above-mentioned anti-theft cage vehicle, the top cover can be formed into a grid shape, the rear extension can cover the end edge of the top cover, and the lower extension can penetrate the grid of the top cover and buckle the end edge of the top cover.

In the above-mentioned anti-theft cage vehicle, the plurality of fence panels may have a back baffle and two side baffles. The back baffle may be located on opposite sides of the lower front door panel and the upper front door panel, and the two side baffles may be located at the left and right ends of the back baffle respectively and are arranged opposite to each other.

In the above-mentioned anti-theft cage vehicle, the side baffle may have an outer frame, a fixing plate and a pivot plate, the fixing plate and the pivot plate are located in the outer frame, and the pivot plate may be pivotally connected to the fixing plate.

In the above-mentioned anti-theft cage vehicle, the side baffle may have an insertion assembly, the insertion assembly may have a connector and an insertion rod, one end of the connector may be fixed to the outer frame, and the other end may be combined with the insertion rod, the outer frame may have a first sleeve, the hinge may have a second sleeve, and when the hinge is in a closed state relative to the fixing plate, the insertion rod may penetrate the second sleeve and the first sleeve.

Thus, the anti-theft cage vehicle of the invention can lift the upper front door piece or the lower front door piece and pivot at the same time to quickly unlock or lock the upper front door piece or the lower front door piece. Therefore, the anti-theft cage vehicle of the invention can effectively reduce the probability of theft of objects while being easy to lock or unlock.

In order to fully understand the purpose, features and effects of this creation, this creation is described in detail through the following specific implementation examples and the attached diagrams. The description is as follows:

Please refer to Figures 1 and 2. The anti-theft cage vehicle of this invention includes a base 1, several fence pieces 2, a top cover 3, at least one lower front door piece 4 and at least one upper front door piece 5. The upper front door piece 5 is located above the lower front door piece 4. The several fence pieces 2, the lower front door piece 4 and the upper front door piece 5 can be enclosed together to form a ring and are arranged and positioned on the base 1. The top cover 3 is located on the opposite side of the base 1 and is hinged to one of the fence pieces 2. Accordingly, the base 1, the several fence pieces 2, the top cover 3, the lower front door piece 4 and the upper front door piece 5 can be enclosed together to form a closed space for accommodating objects.

For example, but not limited to, the anti-theft cage vehicle of this embodiment can be roughly rectangular, so the several fence pieces 2 can have a back baffle 2a and two side baffles 2b, the back baffle 2a is located on the opposite sides of the lower front door piece 4 and the upper front door piece 5, and the two side baffles 2b are respectively located at the left and right ends of the back baffle 2a and are arranged oppositely. Among them, the combination structure between the several fence pieces 2, the combination structure of the base 1 and the several fence pieces 2, and the hinge structure of the top cover 3 and one of the fence pieces 2, etc., can all be the same as the known cage vehicle, so they are not described in detail here.

It is worth noting that, referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 , the side edges 21 of the plurality of fence pieces 2 are provided with a plurality of longitudinal sleeves 22, and the two openings 221 of each of the longitudinal sleeves 22 are opposite to each other in the upper and lower directions. Among them, at least one longitudinal sleeve 22 is located opposite to the lower front door piece 4, and at least one longitudinal sleeve 22 is located opposite to the upper front door piece 5. In this embodiment, the plurality of longitudinal sleeves 22 are provided on the side edges 21 of the fence pieces 2 located on the left and right sides; that is, the side edges 21 of the two side baffles 2b. The side edge 41 of the lower front door piece 4 has at least one longitudinal column 42, the upper portion 421 of the longitudinal column 42 is connected to the lower front door piece 4, the lower portion 422 of the longitudinal column 42 is spaced from the side edge 41 of the lower front door piece 4, and the lower portion 422 of the longitudinal column 42 can be pivotally inserted into the corresponding longitudinal sleeve 22; similarly, please refer to Figures 1 and 5, the side edge 51 of the upper front door piece 5 also has at least one longitudinal column 52, the upper portion 521 of the longitudinal column 52 is connected to the upper front door piece 5, the lower portion 522 of the longitudinal column 52 is spaced from the side edge 51 of the upper front door piece 5, and the lower portion 522 of the longitudinal column 52 can be pivotally inserted into the corresponding longitudinal sleeve 22,

On the other hand, please refer to Figures 4 and 7. The base 1 can be provided with at least one ring 12 on the front side of its ring periphery 11, and the bottom edge 43 of the lower front door piece 4 is correspondingly provided with at least one insert 44. The opening of the ring 12 is facing up and down, and the insert 44 of the lower front door piece 4 can pass through from top to bottom. Please refer to Figures 5 and 6. The upper front door piece 5 is provided with at least one buckle piece 54 at its top edge 53, and the buckle piece 54 can be buckled on the top cover 3 from top to bottom.

According to the aforementioned structure, please refer to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6. When opening the upper front door piece 5, the user needs to grasp the upper front door piece 5 and lift it upwards so that the buckle piece 54 is separated from the top cover 3; during this action, the longitudinal column 52 is preferably not separated from the corresponding longitudinal sleeve 22. After completing the aforementioned lifting action, the user can slightly pivot the upper front door piece 5 and then put it down so that the buckle piece 54 is not buckled in the top cover 3, and the longitudinal column 52 is firmly pivoted in the corresponding longitudinal sleeve 22; in this way, the upper front door piece 5 can be pivoted relative to the fence piece 2 to open or close. Similarly, when the user wants to temporarily leave the anti-theft cage car, he only needs to grab the upper front door piece 5 and lift it up, pivot it, and then put it down when the upper front door piece 5 is closed relative to the fence piece 2, so that the buckle piece 54 can buckle with the top cover 3 from top to bottom again to lock the upper front door piece 5.

Similarly, referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , when opening the lower front door piece 4, the user needs to grasp the lower front door piece 4 and lift it upwards so that the insert piece 44 is separated from the corresponding sleeve 12; during this action, the longitudinal column 42 preferably does not separate from the corresponding longitudinal sleeve 22. After completing the aforementioned lifting action, the user can slightly pivot the lower front door piece 4 and then put it down so that the insert piece 44 does not penetrate the corresponding sleeve 12, and the longitudinal column 42 is firmly pivoted in the corresponding longitudinal sleeve 22; in this way, the lower front door piece 4 can be pivoted relative to the fence piece 2 to open or close. Similarly, when the user wants to temporarily leave the anti-theft cage car, he only needs to grasp the lower front door piece 4 and lift it up, pivot it, and then put it down when the lower front door piece 4 is closed relative to the fence piece 2, so that the insert piece 44 can be inserted into the corresponding ring 12 from top to bottom again to lock the lower front door piece 4.

Accordingly, the lower front door piece 4 and the upper front door piece 5 of the anti-theft cage vehicle of the present embodiment are very easy to lock or unlock, and the operation is quite convenient for the user. When the anti-theft cage vehicle needs to be temporarily left, even if the entire cage vehicle is not locked with a lock chain and a lock head, a certain degree of anti-theft effect can be achieved. For thieves, because they are not familiar with the method of unlocking the lower front door piece 4 or the upper front door piece 5, they will need to fumble for a while when stealing the objects stored in the anti-theft cage vehicle, and when the lower front door piece 4 or the upper front door piece 5 is pulled, a sound will be made to attract attention. Therefore, the anti-theft cage vehicle of the present embodiment can effectively reduce the probability of objects being stolen under the premise of being easy to lock or unlock. When the user wants to leave the anti-theft cage car for a long time, the entire cage car can be locked with a lock chain and a lock head to further enhance the anti-theft effect.

Please refer to Fig. 1 and Fig. 3. In addition to the above-mentioned embodiments, in one embodiment of the present invention, the base 1 has a frame 13 and a bottom plate 14. The bottom plate 14 can be pivoted to the frame 13 from the rear side, and the collar 12 can be arranged on the front side of the bottom plate 14. The bottom of the frame 13 can be provided with a plurality of wheels 15 to improve the convenience of moving the anti-theft cage vehicle. Please refer to Fig. 7 and Fig. 8. The frame 13 can be provided with a first positioning portion 131 on the inner side opposite to the left and right sides; the bottom plate 14 can be provided with two second positioning portions 141 opposite to the left and right sides at its bottom, so that the two second positioning portions 141 are respectively combined with the two first positioning portions 131, so as to limit the bottom plate 14 from pivoting relative to the frame 13. In this embodiment, the first positioning portion 131 may be, for example, a plate with a long groove, and the second positioning portion 141 may be, for example, a bolt assembly, wherein the bolt P protrudes from the side of the bottom plate 14 and penetrates into the corresponding long groove when in the upper locking position; the bolt P does not protrude from the side of the bottom plate 14 when in the unlocking position, so that the bottom plate 14 is pivoted relative to the frame seat 13.

In addition, it is worth mentioning that, referring to FIG. 1 , the ring 12 of the base 1 is used to fix the lower front door piece 4, so the number and position of the ring 12 are matched with the lower front door piece 4. For example, when the anti-theft cage vehicle has only a single lower front door piece 4, the lower front door piece 4 can have a single insert 44, so that a single ring 12 matches the insert 44 to restrict the lower front door piece 4 from pivoting; or, the lower front door piece 4 can have a plurality of inserts 44, so that a plurality of rings 12 respectively match the plurality of inserts 44 to jointly restrict the lower front door piece 4 from pivoting. Furthermore, when the anti-theft cage vehicle has two lower front door panels 4 that can be opened (as shown in FIG. 1 ), each lower front door panel 4 can also be matched with at least one set of rings 12 by at least one insert 44 to achieve the effect of restricting each lower front door panel 4 from pivoting, so the invention is not limited to the aspects disclosed in the drawings. Similarly, the relationship between the buckle panel 54 of the upper front door panel 5 and the top cover 3 is the same.

Please refer to Figure 6. In addition to the above-mentioned embodiments, in one embodiment of the present invention, the top cover 3 can be formed into a grid shape, and the buckle piece 54 of the upper front door piece 5 can have a rear extension part 541 and a lower extension part 542. The rear extension part 541 can be connected to the top edge 53 of the upper front door piece 5, and roughly horizontally extend backwards for a predetermined distance to cover the end edge of the top cover 3. The lower extension part 542 is connected to the rear extension part 541 and extends downwards for a predetermined distance, so that the buckle piece 54 can be roughly formed into an inverted L shape, and the lower extension part 542 can penetrate into the grid of the top cover 3 to buckle the end edge of the top cover 3, so that the upper front door piece 5 cannot be opened outward.

Please refer to Figures 1, 9 and 10. In addition to the above-mentioned embodiments, in one embodiment of the present invention, one of the side baffles 2b of the anti-theft cage vehicle can also be opened sideways. For example, the side baffle 2b can have an outer frame 23, a fixing plate 24 and a hinged plate 25. The outer frame 23 can be used for assembling the back baffle 2a, the lower front door plate 4 and the upper front door plate 5; the fixing plate 24 can be fixed in the outer frame 23 and can be located in the lower half of the outer frame 23. The hinged plate 25 can be hinged to the fixing plate 24 and located in the upper half of the outer frame 23; in this way, the hinged plate 25 can be opened or closed relative to the fixing plate 24. The side baffle 2b may also have an insertion assembly 26, which has a connector 261 and an insertion rod 262. The connector 261 may be, for example, a rope or a chain. One end of the connector 261 is fixed to the outer frame 23, and the other end may be coupled to the insertion rod 262. The outer frame 23 may be provided with a first sleeve 231, and the hinge 25 may be provided with a second sleeve 251. When the hinge 25 is in a closed state relative to the fixed sheet 24, the second sleeve 251 may be coaxially opposite to the first sleeve 231, so that the insertion rod 262 can penetrate and couple therewith, thereby limiting the hinge 25 from pivoting relative to the fixed sheet 24 to maintain the closed state.

Claims (8)

An anti-theft cage vehicle comprises: a base, the periphery of which has at least one set of rings; a plurality of fence pieces, which are connected and located on the base, and the side edges of the plurality of fence pieces have a plurality of longitudinal sleeves; a top cover, which is located on the opposite side of the base; at least one lower front door piece, the side edge of the lower front door piece has at least one longitudinal column, the upper part of the longitudinal column is connected to the lower front door piece, and the lower part of the longitudinal column is spaced from the side edge of the lower front door piece. The lower part of the longitudinal column can be pivotally inserted into the corresponding longitudinal sleeve, and the bottom edge of the lower front door piece has an insert piece inserted into the sleeve ring; and at least one upper front door piece, the side edge of the upper front door piece has at least one longitudinal column, the upper part of the longitudinal column is connected to the upper front door piece, the lower part of the longitudinal column is spaced from the side edge of the upper front door piece, the lower part of the longitudinal column can be pivotally inserted into the corresponding longitudinal sleeve, and the top edge of the upper front door piece has a buckle piece buckled with the top cover. The anti-theft cage vehicle as described in claim 1, wherein the base has a frame seat and a bottom plate, the bottom plate is pivoted to the frame seat, the collar is arranged on the bottom plate, the frame seat is provided with two first positioning parts opposite to each other on the left and right, the bottom plate is provided with two second positioning parts opposite to each other on the left and right, the two second positioning parts are respectively combined with the two first positioning parts to limit the bottom plate from being pivoted. The anti-theft cage vehicle as described in claim 2, wherein the first positioning portion is a plate having a long groove, and the second positioning portion is a bolt assembly, wherein the bolt of the bolt assembly protrudes from the side end of the bottom plate and penetrates into the corresponding long groove when in the upper locking position, and the bolt does not protrude from the side end of the bottom plate when in the unlocking position. The anti-theft cage vehicle as described in claim 1, wherein the buckle plate has a rear extension portion and a lower extension portion, the rear extension portion is connected to the top edge of the upper front door plate and extends backward, and the lower extension portion is connected to the rear extension portion and extends downward to penetrate the top cover. The anti-theft cage vehicle as described in claim 4, wherein the roof is formed into a grid shape, the rear extension covers the end edge of the roof, and the lower extension penetrates the grid of the roof and snaps onto the end edge of the roof. As described in claim 1, the plurality of fence panels have a back baffle and two side baffles, the back baffle is located on opposite sides of the lower front door panel and the upper front door panel, and the two side baffles are respectively located at the left and right ends of the back baffle and are arranged opposite to each other. As described in claim 6, the side baffle has an outer frame, a fixing plate and a pivot plate, the fixing plate and the pivot plate are located in the outer frame, and the pivot plate is pivotally connected to the fixing plate. The anti-theft cage vehicle as described in claim 7, wherein the side baffle has an insertion assembly, the insertion assembly has a connector and an insertion rod, one end of the connector is fixed to the outer frame, and the other end is connected to the insertion rod, the outer frame has a first sleeve, the hinge has a second sleeve, and when the hinge is in a closed state relative to the fixed plate, the insertion rod penetrates the second sleeve and the first sleeve.
