Abstract

A cosmetic container includes a base unit and a first makeup palette. The base unit includes a base and two first baffles. The base has two first buckle parts facing a first direction. Each of the first baffles has a first limiting part facing a second direction. The first makeup palette includes a first makeup palette body and two spaced first convex buckles. The first makeup palette body is limited to the first limiting parts, and the first convex buckles are respectively limited to the first buckle parts. Through the above design, when replacing the first makeup palette, one only needs to push the side with one of the first protruding buckles toward the second direction, and the base will be driven to elastically deform, so that one of the first protruding buckles will be separated from the corresponding first buckle portion toward the second direction, so that the first makeup palette can be separated from the base unit, and the replacement procedure is quite simple.

Description

Cosmetic Containers

The present invention relates to a container, in particular to a cosmetic container for containing cosmetics.

Referring to FIG. 1 , a cosmetic container 1 with a replaceable makeup palette is known, comprising a base unit 11, a lid 12 that can be opened and covered on the base unit 11, and a makeup palette 13 that is accommodated and limited in the base unit. The base unit 11 includes a base 14, and a coupling seat 15 that can be detachably coupled to the base 14 and can be used by the user to conveniently take out cosmetics. The base 14 has two first coupling parts 16 arranged on the left and right. The coupling seat 15 has two second coupling parts 17 that are respectively arranged corresponding to the first coupling parts 16 and are detachably coupled to the first coupling parts 16. The base unit 11 also includes two levering spaces 18 that are respectively adjacent to the first coupling parts 16 and have openings facing downward.

When replacing the makeup palette 13, the user must first turn over the cosmetic container 1 so that its bottom surface faces upward, and insert fingers of both hands into the moving spaces 18 to move the first coupling parts 16 respectively, so as to release the coupling relationship between the corresponding first coupling parts 16 and the second coupling parts 17, and then separate the base 14 from the coupling seat 15, and then take out the makeup palette 13. Then, after placing a new makeup palette 13 on the base 14, the coupling seat 15 is coupled to the base 14, and the replacement operation of the makeup palette 13 is completed. Although the conventional cosmetic container 1 can be more environmentally friendly by replacing only the makeup palette 13 after the cosmetics in the makeup palette 13 are used up, the aforementioned replacement operation is quite inconvenient and complicated.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic container that can improve at least one disadvantage of the prior art.

Therefore, the novel cosmetic container includes a base unit and a first makeup palette.

The base unit includes an annular base surrounding and defining a first embedding space, and two first blocks protruding from the base into the first embedding space at intervals. The base has two first buckle portions spaced along the periphery of the first embedding space and facing a first direction. Each of the first blocks has a first limiting portion facing a second direction opposite to the first direction.

The first makeup palette includes a first makeup palette body disposed in the first embedding space, and two first convex buckles protruding from the first makeup palette body to the periphery of the first embedding space at intervals. The first makeup palette can be changed between a first embedding position embedded in the base unit and a first detached position detached from the base unit. In the first embedding position, the first makeup palette body is limited in the first direction and abuts against the first limiting portions, and the first convex buckles are limited in the second direction and abut against the first buckle portions respectively. When the side of the first makeup palette body protruding with one of the first convex buckles is pushed toward the second direction relative to the base unit, the one of the first convex buckles will drive the base to elastically expand and deform to separate from the corresponding first buckle portion toward the second direction, and the first makeup palette is changed from the first embedded position to the first disengaged position.

The utility model has the following advantages: through the base unit including the first blocks and the first buckle parts, and the first makeup palette having the first convex buckles, when the user wants to replace the first makeup palette, he only needs to push the side of the first makeup palette body protruding with one of the first convex buckles toward the second direction, and the first makeup palette can be pushed out in the second direction to be separated from the base unit, and the replacement procedure is quite simple.

2 , 3 , and 4 , an embodiment of the novel cosmetic container includes a base unit 3 , a first makeup pan 4 , a cover unit 5 , and a second makeup pan 6 .

3 , 4 , and 5 , the base unit 3 includes a rectangular ring-shaped base 31 , and two first blocks 32 spaced apart from each other on the base 31 and extending from the base 31 toward each other.

The base 31 has two first base walls 33 spaced apart from each other, and two second base walls 34 spaced apart from each other and connected between the first base walls 33. The first base walls 33 and the second base walls 34 define a first embedding space 35 that penetrates vertically.

Each of the first base walls 33 has an upwardly facing first wall surface 331 and a first concave surface 332 extending downwardly from the first wall surface 331 and concavely extending toward the first embedding space 35. The first concave surface 332 has a first buckle portion 333 adjacent to the first embedding space 35 and facing upward.

The second base wall 34 located at the front has a first coupling portion 341 disposed at the front side.

The first blocks 32 extend left and right and are respectively disposed on the second base walls 34. Each of the first blocks 32 protrudes from the corresponding second base wall 34 into the first embedding space 35 and has a first limiting portion 321 facing downward.

The first makeup palette 4 is rectangular in appearance and includes a first makeup palette body 41 and two first protruding buckles 42 disposed on the first makeup palette body 41 and protruding toward the first base walls 33 respectively.

The first makeup palette body 41 includes two first side walls 43 extending forward and backward and respectively corresponding to the first base walls 33, two second side walls 44 connected between the first side walls 43 and respectively corresponding to the second base walls 34, a first partition wall 45 extending left and right and connected between the first side walls 43, a second partition wall 46 extending forward and backward and connected between the second side walls 44 and the first partition wall 45, and two first grooves 47 respectively recessed in the first side walls 43 and opening toward the first base walls 33.

The first side walls 43, the second side walls 44, the first partition wall 45 and the second partition wall 46 cooperate to define four first containing spaces 48 with openings facing upward. The first containing spaces 48 are used to contain cosmetic materials such as powders and pastes of different colors.

The first protrusions 42 are respectively disposed on the first side walls 43 . Each of the first protrusions 42 protrudes from the corresponding first side wall 43 toward the corresponding first base wall 33 and is located above the corresponding first groove 47 .

The first makeup palette 4 can be changed between a first embedded position embedded in the base unit 3 and a first detached position detached from the base unit 3. When the first makeup palette 4 is in the first embedded position, the first makeup palette 4 is positioned downwardly with the first protruding buckles 42 against the first buckle portions 333 of the base 31, and the first makeup palette 4 is positioned upwardly with the second side walls 44 against the first limiting portions 321 of the base 31.

The cover unit 5 can be opened and covered on the base unit 3, and includes a rectangular ring-shaped cover 51, and two second blocks 52 spaced apart from each other on the cover 51 and extending from the cover 51 toward each other.

The cover seat 51 has two first cover walls 53 spaced apart from each other, and two second cover walls 54 spaced apart from each other from front to back and connected between the first cover walls 53. The first cover walls 53 and the second cover walls 54 define a second embedding space 55 that penetrates vertically.

Each of the first cover walls 53 has a second wall surface 531 facing downward, and a second concave surface 532 extending upward and concavely from the second wall surface 531 toward the second embedding space 55. The second concave surface 532 has a second buckle portion 533 adjacent to the second embedding space 55 and facing downward.

The second cover wall 54 located at the front has a second coupling portion 541 disposed corresponding to the first coupling portion 341 of the base 31 and detachably coupled to the first coupling portion 341 .

The second blocks 52 extend left and right and are respectively disposed on the second cover walls 54. Each second block 52 protrudes from the corresponding second cover wall 54 into the second embedding space 55 and has a second stopper 521 facing upward.

The second makeup palette 6 is rectangular in appearance and includes a second makeup palette body 61 and two second protruding buckles 62 disposed on the second makeup palette body 61 and protruding toward the first cover walls 53 respectively.

The second makeup palette body 61 includes two third side walls 63 extending forward and backward and respectively corresponding to the first cover walls 53, two fourth side walls 64 connected between the third side walls 63 and respectively corresponding to the second cover walls 54, and two second grooves 65 respectively recessed in the first side walls 43 and openings facing the first base walls 33. The third side walls 63 and the fourth side walls 64 cooperate to define a second containing space 66 with an opening facing downward. The second containing space 66 can be used to contain a mirror, or cosmetic materials such as powders and pastes of different colors.

The second protrusions 62 are respectively disposed on the third side walls 63 . Each of the second protrusions 62 protrudes from the corresponding third side wall 63 toward the corresponding first cover wall 53 and is located below the corresponding second groove 65 .

The second makeup tray 6 can be changed between a second embedded position embedded in the cover unit 5 and a second detached position detached from the cover unit 5. When the second makeup tray 6 is in the second embedded position, the second makeup tray 6 is limited upwardly against the second buckle portions 533 of the cover 51 by the second protruding buckles 62, and the second makeup tray 6 is limited downwardly against the second limiting portions 521 of the cover 51 by the fourth side walls 64.

2, 4 and 6, when the novel cosmetic container has not been opened for use (FIG. 4) or is opened to take out cosmetics (FIG. 6), the first makeup tray 4 is located at the first embedded position, and the second makeup tray 6 is located at the second embedded position.

Before replacing the first makeup palette 4 or/and the second makeup palette 6, the cover unit 5 must be opened relative to the base unit 3, and the directions of the cover unit 5 and the second makeup palette 6 will be inverted. Therefore, in the following paragraphs, the relevant description of the cover unit 5 and the second makeup palette 6 will be explained in the direction of Figure 6.

Referring to FIGS. 6, 7, and 8, when the cosmetics in the first makeup palette 4 are used up and another first makeup palette 4 needs to be replaced, the user only needs to push one of the first side walls 43 downward, and the corresponding first convex buckle 42 will drive the corresponding first base wall 33 to elastically expand and deform, so that it can be disengaged downward from the corresponding first buckle portion 333. At this time, the first makeup palette 4 changes from the first embedded position to the first disengaged position, and the first makeup palette 4 can be taken out of the base unit 3 (FIG. 7).

Next, when the other first makeup palette 4 is to be embedded in the base unit 3, one of the first side walls 43 of the other first makeup palette 4 is placed from bottom to top into the first embedding space 35, and the first protrusion 42 corresponding to the one of the first side walls 43 is pressed against the corresponding first buckle portion 333 toward the lower limit position, and then the other first side wall 43 is pushed upward, so that the first protrusion 42 corresponding to the other first side wall 43 can drive the corresponding first base wall 33 to elastically expand and deform, so that the other first side wall 43 can also pass over the corresponding first base wall 33 upward, and similarly, the corresponding first protrusion 42 is pressed against the corresponding first buckle portion 333 toward the lower limit position. At the same time, the second side walls 44 of the other first makeup palette 4 are respectively positioned against the first limiting portions 321 , thus completing the replacement of the first makeup palette 4 .

When the second makeup tray 6 needs to be replaced, one of the third side walls 63 is pushed downward, and the corresponding second protruding buckle 62 drives the corresponding first cover wall 53 to elastically expand and deform, so that the second makeup tray 6 can be disengaged downward from the corresponding second buckle portion 533. At this time, the second makeup tray 6 changes from the second embedded position to the second disengaged position, and the second makeup tray 6 can be taken out of the cover base unit 5.

Next, one of the third side walls 63 of the other second makeup palette 6 is placed from bottom to top into the first embedding space 35, and the corresponding second protruding buckle 62 is pressed against the corresponding second buckle portion 533 in a downward limit position, and then the other third side wall 63 is pushed upward, so that the second protruding buckle 62 corresponding to the other third side wall 63 can drive the corresponding first cover wall 53 to elastically expand and deform, so that the other third side wall 63 can also pass over the corresponding first cover wall 53 upward, and similarly, the corresponding second protruding buckle 62 is pressed against the corresponding second buckle portion 533 in a downward limit position, and the fourth side walls 64 of the other second makeup palette 6 are respectively pressed against the second limit portions 521, and the replacement of the second makeup palette 6 is completed.

It is worth mentioning that each first groove 47 is disposed adjacent to the corresponding first convex buckle 42, so that the corresponding first convex buckle 42 can be easily deformed when the corresponding first side wall 43 is pushed up, which helps the corresponding first side wall 43 to cross the corresponding first base wall 33. The design of each second groove 65 also helps the corresponding third side wall 63 to cross the corresponding first cover wall 53. In this embodiment, the front-to-back extension length of each first groove 47 is equal to the front-to-back extension length of the corresponding first convex buckle 42, and the front-to-back extension length of each second groove 65 is equal to the front-to-back extension length of the corresponding second convex buckle 62. However, in practice, the front-to-back extension lengths of each first groove 47 and each second groove 65 can also be greater than the front-to-back extension lengths of the corresponding first convex buckle 42 and the corresponding second convex buckle 62, respectively.

In addition, in this embodiment, the base unit 3, the first makeup pan 4, the cover unit 5, and the second makeup pan 6 are all roughly rectangular in appearance, but this is not a limitation in implementation. The base unit 3, the first makeup pan 4, the cover unit 5, and the second makeup pan 6 may also be pentagonal, hexagonal, etc. in appearance.

In addition, the first makeup palette 4 has four first containing spaces 48, and the second makeup palette 6 has one second containing space 66. However, in practice, the number of the first containing spaces 48 and the second containing spaces 66 is not limited thereto, and may be one, two, five, etc., respectively.

It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the first blocks 32 are respectively disposed on the second base walls 34, and the second blocks 52 are respectively disposed on the second cover walls 54. However, in practice, as long as the first blocks 32 and the second blocks 52 can respectively limit the first makeup palette 4 and the second makeup palette 6, the first blocks 32 are, for example but not limited to, respectively disposed on the first base walls 33, and the second blocks 52 are, for example but not limited to, respectively disposed on the first cover walls 53.

In summary, the base unit 3 includes the first blocks 32 and the first buckle portions 333, and the first makeup palette 4 has the first convex buckles 42. When the user wants to replace the first makeup palette 4, he only needs to push one of the first side walls 43 to push the first makeup palette 4 out of the base unit 3. The replacement procedure is quite simple, so the purpose of the novel invention can be achieved.

In addition, since the cover unit 5 includes the second blocks 52 and the second buckle portions 533 and the second makeup palette 6 has the second protruding buckles 62, when the user wants to replace the second makeup palette 6, he or she only needs to push one of the third side walls 63 to push the second makeup palette 6 out of the cover unit 5.

In addition, the front-to-back extension length of each first groove 47 is greater than or equal to the front-to-back extension length of the corresponding first protrusion, which can make the corresponding first side wall 43 easier to deform when pushed, and it will be more convenient to remove the first makeup palette 4 relative to the base unit 3. The design that the front-to-back extension length of each second groove 65 is greater than or equal to the front-to-back extension length of the corresponding second protrusion 62 is also helpful to remove the second makeup palette 6 relative to the cover unit 5.

However, the above is only an example of the implementation of the present invention, and it cannot be used to limit the scope of the implementation of the present invention. All simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the scope of the patent application of the present invention and the content of the patent specification are still within the scope of the present patent.

Claims (8)

A cosmetic container, comprising: A base unit, including an annular base surrounding and defining a first embedding space, and two first baffles protruding from the base into the first embedding space at intervals, the base having two first buckle portions spaced along the periphery of the first embedding space and facing a first direction, each of the first baffles having a first limiting portion facing a second direction opposite to the first direction; and A first makeup palette includes a first makeup palette body disposed in the first embedding space, and two first protruding buckles protruding from the first makeup palette body to the periphery of the first embedding space at intervals. The first makeup palette can be changed between a first embedding position embedded in the base unit and a first detached position detached from the base unit. In the first embedding position, the first makeup palette body is limited in the first direction and abuts against the first protruding buckle. The first limiting parts and the first protruding buckles are respectively limited in the second direction and abut against the first buckling parts. When the side of the first makeup palette body protruding with one of the first protruding buckles is pushed toward the second direction relative to the base unit, the first protruding buckle will drive the base to elastically expand and deform and disengage from the corresponding first buckling part toward the second direction, and the first makeup palette will change from the first embedded position to the first disengaged position. A cosmetic container as described in claim 1, wherein the base includes two first base walls corresponding to the first protrusions and having the first snap-on portions, each of the first base walls having a first wall surface facing the first direction, and a first concave surface extending from the first wall surface toward the second direction and toward the first embedding space, the first concave surface having the first snap-on portion adjacent to the first embedding space and facing the first direction. A cosmetic container as described in claim 2, wherein the base further includes two second base walls that are spaced apart from each other and on which the first blocks are respectively disposed, and each of the first blocks protrudes from the corresponding second base wall toward the first embedding space. A cosmetic container as described in claim 3, wherein the first makeup palette body includes two first side walls for respectively mounting the first protrusions, and two first grooves respectively recessed in the first side walls, each of the first grooves being located on one side of the second direction adjacent to the corresponding first protrusion, and the length of each of the first grooves along the extension direction of the first side wall is greater than or equal to the length of the corresponding first protrusion along the extension direction of the first side wall. The cosmetic container as described in claim 4 further comprises a cover unit which can be opened and covered on the base unit, the cover unit comprises an annular cover which surrounds and defines a second embedding space, and two second baffles which protrude from the cover into the second embedding space at intervals, the cover has two second buckle parts which are arranged at intervals along the periphery of the second embedding space and face the second direction, each of the second baffles has a second limiting part which faces the first direction, the cosmetic container further comprises a second makeup tray, the second makeup tray comprises a second makeup tray body which is arranged in the second embedding space, and two second baffles which protrude from the second makeup tray body into the second embedding space at intervals, The second makeup tray has a second protruding buckle on the periphery, and the second makeup tray can be changed between a second embedded position embedded in the cover unit and a second disengaged position detached from the cover unit. In the second embedded position, the second makeup tray body is limited in the second direction and abutted against the second limiting parts, and the second protruding buckles are limited in the first direction and abutted against the second buckle parts respectively. When the side of the second makeup tray body protruding with one of the second protruding buckles is pushed toward the first direction relative to the cover unit, one of the second protruding buckles will drive the cover to elastically expand and deform to disengage from the corresponding second buckle part in the first direction, and the second makeup tray is changed from the second embedded position to the second disengaged position. A cosmetic container as described in claim 5, wherein the cover seat includes two first cover walls corresponding to the second protrusions and having the second snap-on portions, each of the first cover walls having a second wall surface facing the second direction, and a second concave surface extending from the second wall surface toward the first direction and toward the second mounting space, the second concave surface having the second snap-on portion adjacent to the second mounting space and facing the second direction. A cosmetic container as described in claim 6, wherein the cover base further includes two second cover walls that are spaced apart from each other and on which the second baffles are respectively disposed, and each of the second baffles protrudes from the corresponding second cover wall toward the second embedding space. A cosmetic container as described in claim 7, wherein the second makeup palette body includes two third side walls on which the second protrusions are respectively disposed, and two second grooves respectively recessed in the third side walls, each of the second grooves being located on one side of the first direction adjacent to the corresponding second protrusion, and the length of each of the second grooves along the extension direction of the third side wall is greater than or equal to the length of the corresponding second protrusion along the extension direction of the third side wall.
