This creation is about a bank's internal regulation management system.

In the compliance management of some banks, each unit of the bank needs to maintain the regulatory summary table in EXCEL files every month, and after the collection and compilation by the compliance department, upload it to the website of the compliance department. The operation and query process is time-consuming and inefficient. In addition, in some specific embodiments, each item of information in the regulatory summary table may contain (or correspond to) one or more risk topics.

According to some specific embodiments of this creation, the setting of the corresponding relationship between internal and external regulations in the summary table of regulations refers to matching a specific internal regulation in the list of internal regulations with a combination of external regulations and risk topics in the list of external regulations. For example, the first user interface may provide an internal regulation menu, which displays the internal regulation items maintained in the internal regulation list. The maintainer can first select a specific internal regulation from the internal regulation menu, and then select a combination of a specific external regulation and risk theme from the external regulation menu (based on the external regulation list) provided by the first user interface to maintain this item in the regulation summary table.

When the user searches through the second user interface, he can input or select specific internal regulations, external regulations and/or risk topics to search for specific items in the summary table of regulations.

Now with reference to Fig. 1, a specific embodiment of the bank's internal regulation management system of this creation is described as follows.

The bank internal regulation management system 100 includes a database module 110 , a maintenance module 120 and a query module 130 . The maintenance module 120 is electrically or signally connected to the database module 110 , and the query module 130 is electrically or signally connected to the database module 110 . In addition, the internal regulation management system 100 of the bank is respectively connected in communication with the first operating device 200 and the second operating device 300 (for example, through Internet connection).

The database module 110 stores and maintains a list of internal regulations, a list of external regulations, and a summary table of laws and regulations. Each data in the summary table of laws and regulations includes the corresponding relationship between internal and external regulations and risk topics.

The maintenance module 120 provides a first user interface through the first operation device 200 for the maintainer to maintain the summary table of laws and regulations, and the maintenance module 120 is set with the authority of the maintainer. For example, the contractors of various units in the bank are allowed to maintain the summary table of regulations.

When performing maintenance, the first user interface can provide an internal regulation menu and an external regulation menu, which respectively display the data items maintained in the internal regulation list and the external regulation list. A bank internal regulations management system includes a database module and a maintenance module connected to the database module, wherein: the database module stores a summary table of laws and regulations; the maintenance module provides a first user interface for a maintainer to maintain the summary table of laws and regulations. The bank's internal regulation management system as described in Claim 1, wherein the maintainer's authority is set in the maintenance module. The bank's internal regulation management system as described in Claim 1, wherein the database module further stores an internal regulation list and an external regulation list. The bank's internal regulation management system as described in Claim 2, wherein the database module further stores an internal regulation list and an external regulation list. The bank's internal regulation management system as described in claim 4, wherein the maintenance module decides whether to allow the maintainer to maintain the internal regulation list, the external regulation list or the regulation summary table according to the authority. The bank's internal regulations management system as described in request item 1, wherein the regulation summary table contains multiple records, and each record contains a corresponding relationship between internal and external regulations and a risk theme.
