Abstract

The invention discloses a trolley with drawers. The drawer trolley comprises a pair of fixed frames, plural pairs of sliding grooves, a cross bar, a top board and plural drawers. The cross bar is combined between the pair of fixed frames at the lower side of the pair of fixed frames. The pair of fixed frames, the pair of sliding grooves and the top plate form an accommodation space, and each drawer can be placed in the accommodation space through the corresponding pair of sliding grooves.

The frame structure of the above-mentioned traditional drawer trolley uses multiple cross bars to achieve a stable effect, but it also results in low storage efficiency during packing. Therefore, the creator of this creation designed a new frame structure in order to solve the lack of conventional technology and improve the storage efficiency of packing.

In view of the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, the purpose of this creation is to provide a drawer trolley, the structure of which allows two drawer trolley products to be stored in a box of a single product size by overlapping them during packaging, so as to save the number of cartons and container space, ultimately reducing packaging and shipping costs.

The drawer trolley 100 of this creation includes a pair of fixed frames 112 , a plurality of pairs of chute 114 , a cross bar 116 , a top plate 118 and a plurality of drawers 120 . Herein, each of the pair of fixing frames 112 includes a pair of foot rods (one fixing frame includes a foot rod 1111 and a foot rod 1112 , and the other fixing frame includes a foot rod 1121 and a foot rod 1122 ). A roller 130 is also provided at the bottom end of each foot bar. If the known trolley product of the same size, because there are two lower bars, only one product can be placed in the carton 200. Because this creation is a drawer trolley with a single crossbar 116 (single lower crossbar), so two drawer trolley products 110 and 110 ' can be overlapped and accommodated in the carton 200 inside.

This creation utilizes a special dispensing method to fix the cross bar 116, even if there is only one lower cross bar, the purpose of stabilizing the drawer trolley can also be achieved. At the same time, the structure of the single lower cross bar can allow two drawer trolley products to be stored in a box of a single product size by overlapping and placing them during packaging.

A drawer trolley, comprising: A pair of fixed frames, a plurality of pairs of chutes, a cross bar, a top plate and a plurality of drawers; Wherein, the cross bar is combined between the pair of fixed frames at the lower side of the pair of fixed frames; and Wherein, the pair of fixed frames, the pair of sliding grooves and the top plate form an accommodating space, and each drawer can be placed into the accommodating space through a corresponding pair of sliding grooves. The drawer trolley as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the pair of fixed frames has a pair of foot bars, and the cross bar is combined between the two foot bars on the same side of the two pairs of foot bars. The drawer trolley as claimed in claim 2, wherein each pair of sliding grooves is arranged between the pair of foot bars of the pair of fixed frames at the same height. The drawer trolley according to claim 1, wherein the pair of fixed frames are composed of two U-shaped frames. The drawer trolley as described in claim 2, wherein each foot bar is provided with a roller.
