Abstract

The new model is an air filtration and sterilization device. Air filtration and sterilization device is used to supply gas. The air filtration and sterilization device includes a body, an air inlet, a transparent channel, a reflective frame, an ultraviolet lamp and an output port. The air inlet is connected to the body for inputting gas. The transparent channel is located in the main body and connected to the air inlet to circulate the gas. The reflective frame system surrounds the transparent channel. The ultraviolet lamp is located in the body to emit ultraviolet rays, and through the reflection of the reflective frame, it directly or indirectly irradiates the gas flowing through the transparent channel for sterilization. The output port is located on the main body and connected to the transparent channel for outputting gas.

Description

Air filter sterilization device

The new model relates to an air filtration and sterilization device, in particular to an air filtration and sterilization device that can utilize ultraviolet rays for sterilization.

In the current medical practice, medical staff and patients are often in close contact. In order to prevent health care workers from being infected by viruses or bacteria escaping in the air, health care workers sometimes wear full-body protective clothing or face shields. However, in the prior art, the gas supplied to the medical staff wearing full-body protective clothing or protective masks to breathe is usually only filtered by a filter screen or a canister. However, the filter screen or canister has a limited degree of filtration and cannot completely remove viruses or bacteria attached to air particles. So medical staff may still be infected.

Therefore, it is necessary to create a new air filtration and sterilization device to solve the lack of the previous technology.

The main purpose of this new model is to provide an air filtration and sterilization device, which can utilize ultraviolet rays for sterilization.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the novel air filtration and sterilization device is used to supply gas. The air filtration and sterilization device includes a body, an air inlet, a transparent channel, a reflective frame, an ultraviolet lamp and an output port. The air inlet is connected to the body for inputting gas. The transparent channel is located in the main body and connected to the air inlet to circulate the gas. The reflective frame system surrounds the transparent channel. The ultraviolet lamp is located in the body to emit ultraviolet rays, and through the reflection of the reflective frame, it directly or indirectly irradiates the gas flowing through the transparent channel for sterilization. The output port is located on the main body and connected to the transparent channel for outputting gas.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the air filtration and sterilization device 1 is used for supplying a gas, and its volume is small and convenient to carry. The air filtration and sterilization device 1 includes a main body 10 , an air inlet 20 , a transparent channel 31 , an ultraviolet lamp 33 and an output port 40 . The body 10 can be a plastic casing, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The air inlet 20 is connected to the main body 10 for inputting gas. The air inlet 20 can be further provided with a filter screen 21 and a pump 22 . The specification of the filter screen 21 can be HEPA or activated carbon, etc., and the present invention is not limited thereto. The pump 22 is disposed adjacent to the filter screen 21 , and the gas flow can be increased by the air pressure caused by the operation of the pump 22 .

The transparent channel 31 is located in the main body 10 and connected to the air inlet 20 for circulating the gas. The present invention does not limit the shape of the transparent channel 31 . In FIG. 1 , the transparent channel 31 has a plurality of bends, thereby increasing the distance of gas transmission. The reflective frame 32 surrounds the transparent channel 31 , and can use its material or apply a reflective paint to achieve the purpose of reflective. The ultraviolet lamp 33 is a light-emitting diode, located in the main body 10 and adjacent to the transparent channel 31 , for emitting an ultraviolet light to sterilize the gas flowing through the transparent channel 31 . The number of ultraviolet lamps 33 can be set according to the shape or length of the transparent channel 31 . A plurality of ultraviolet lamps 33 can also be arranged at a plurality of bends or straight lines of the transparent channel 31, and then the ultraviolet rays are reflected by the reflective frame 32, so that the ultraviolet rays can be directly or indirectly irradiated to each part of the transparent channel 31, so that the Increases the chance of being sterilized by ultraviolet radiation during gas circulation.

Finally, the output port 40 is located on the body 10 and connected to the transparent channel 31 for outputting the sterilized gas.

The output port 40 is directly connected to a protective clothing 2 or connected to a protective clothing 2 using a communication pipe 2a. The output port 40 of the air filtration and sterilization device 1 can also be used to connect to a mask or a mask, but the present invention is not limited to this. In this way, when wearing the protective clothing 2, face shield or mask, the air filtration and sterilization device 1 can prevent the user from inhaling gas containing viruses or bacteria, so as to obtain the most complete protection.

Claims (7)

An air filtration and sterilization device for supplying a gas, the air filtration and sterilization device comprises: a body; an air inlet connected to the body for inputting the gas; a transparent channel located in the body and connected to the air inlet for circulating the gas; a reflective frame surrounding the transparent channel; an ultraviolet lamp located in the main body for emitting an ultraviolet light, and through the reflection of the reflecting frame, directly or indirectly irradiating the gas flowing through the transparent channel for sterilization; and An output port is located on the body and connected to the transparent channel for outputting the gas. The air filtration and sterilization device according to claim 1, wherein the transparent channel has a plurality of bends. The air filtration and sterilization device as claimed in claim 2, further comprises a plurality of ultraviolet lamps, which are respectively arranged at the plurality of bends. The air filtration and sterilization device as claimed in claim 1 further includes a filter screen, which is arranged at the air inlet. The air filtration and sterilization device as claimed in claim 4 further includes a pump, which is disposed at the air inlet and adjacent to the filter screen. The air filtration and sterilization device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the ultraviolet lamp is a light emitting diode. The air filtration and sterilization device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the output port is connected to a protective clothing, a mask or a mask.
