Abstract

本創作為一種卡緣連接器,其包括:絕緣本體,係包括沿縱長方向延伸的插槽及位於縱長方向一端的安裝部,所述安裝部設有勾槽;複數端子,係固定於所述絕緣本體;及固卡件,係安裝於所述安裝部,所述固卡件設有卡槽及位於所述卡槽外側的扣持壁,所述扣持壁的前端設有勾部,當所述固卡件旋轉到一定角度時,所述勾部與勾槽彼此扣持;其中,所述扣持壁內增設有加強件。上述加強件增加扣持壁的強度,防止扣持壁斷裂,延長固卡件使用壽命。

Description

卡緣連接器
本創作涉及一種卡緣連接器,尤其涉及一種具有加強件的卡緣連接器。
中國發明專利CN109888558A公開了一種卡緣連接器,用以插接一電子卡,包括:一本體,具有一插槽用以插接所述電子卡;一鎖卡機構,包括一頂卡件,所述頂卡件樞接於所述本體且具有向所述插槽凸伸的一頂卡部,所述鎖合機構還包括組裝於所述頂卡件的一鎖卡件,所述鎖卡件具有一鎖卡部;所述電子卡沿一插接方向抵接所述頂卡部,使所述頂卡件帶動所述鎖卡件旋轉至一預鎖卡位置;所述鎖卡件相對於所述頂卡件滑動至一鎖卡位置,所述鎖卡部鎖扣所述電子卡以防止所述電子卡脫離所述插槽。鎖卡機構還包括組裝於鎖卡件的加強件,加強件由金屬或其他強度足夠的材料製成,用以限制所述鎖卡件與所述頂卡件在所述插接方向上相互脫離。但其用以與本體扣持的第一扣持部、第二扣持部為懸臂狀,易斷裂。
是以,有必要提供一種改良的卡緣連接器來解決以上的問題。
本創作目的在於:提供一種卡緣連接器,其固卡件使用壽命更長。
為達成上述目的,本創作可採用如下技術方案:
一種卡緣連接器,其包括:絕緣本體,係包括沿縱長方向延伸的插槽及位於縱長方向一端的安裝部,所述安裝部設有勾槽;複數端子,係固定於所述絕緣本體;以及固卡件,係安裝於所述安裝部,所述固卡件設有卡槽及位於所述卡槽外側的扣持壁,所述扣持壁的前端設有勾部,當所述固卡件旋轉到一定角度時,所述勾部與勾槽彼此扣持;其中,所述扣持壁內增設有加強件。
與習知技術相比,本創作具有如下功效:固卡件的扣持壁內設加強件,使得扣持壁本身強度增大,不易斷裂,同時增大了與絕緣本體的鎖扣力度。
為便於更好的理解本創作的目的、結構、特徵以及功效等,現結合附圖和具體實施方式對本創作進一步說明。
參第一圖至第七圖,本創作公開了一種卡緣連接器100,其用於供電子卡,卡式模組等對接卡片(未圖示)插入,其包括縱長的絕緣本體10、複數沿縱長方向排布的端子20、遮蔽絕緣本體10的金屬外殼40及位於縱長方向一端的固卡件30,固卡件30用以鎖扣插入至卡緣連接器100的對接卡片。
所述絕緣本體10設有沿縱長方向延伸的插槽101、沿縱長方向延伸的兩側壁13及橫向延伸(即垂直于縱長方向)並連接兩側壁13的兩端壁14。所述側壁13在臨近端壁14處開設有導引槽131以及位於導引槽131下方的長槽133,導引槽131與長槽133之間由扣持塊132間隔。所述金屬外殼40包括貼覆在側壁13的殼側壁41,殼側壁41在對應長槽133處設有彈片411,金屬外殼40自上而下安裝至絕緣本體10,彈片411經過導引槽131,最終收容在長槽133並向上抵持在扣持塊132,防止金屬外殼40向上松脫。殼側壁41設有沿豎直方向且向下延伸超出側壁13的焊接腳412,側壁13在對應焊接腳412處設有用以固定焊接腳412的固定塊134,焊接腳412穿過固定塊134,再焊接至外部電路板。
所述端子20排列在側壁13內,包括延伸入插槽101用以電性連接對接卡片的接觸部21、延伸出絕緣本體10外用以連接外部電路板的接腳23以及固定在側壁的固定部22。端子20包括信號端子及接地端子,接地端子通過接地件60電性連接。
所述絕緣本體10設有位於縱長方向一端的安裝部11,安裝部11外側設有勾槽111。所述固卡件30安裝於上述安裝部11,固卡件30設有卡槽301及位於所述卡槽301外側的扣持壁31,扣持壁31沿縱長方向延伸,其臨近絕緣本體端處呈懸臂狀且設有勾部311,當所述固卡件30旋轉到一定角度時,所述勾部311與勾槽111彼此扣持,上述操作使得懸臂狀的扣持壁31易受損斷裂。本案重點在於:上述扣持壁31內增設加強件50,以加強扣持壁31的強度,同時加強勾部311與勾槽111的鎖扣力度;加強件50為金屬板,通過注塑嵌入扣持壁31。
具體實施例中,扣持壁31局部橫向貫通,使得加強件50部分暴露於空氣,貫穿孔312呈長條狀。所述扣持壁31為一對,加強件50包括位於對應扣持壁31內的兩個第一板部51及連接第一板部51的連接板部52,連接板部52沿縱長方向臨近固卡件30的外端。固卡件30沿縱長方向的外端貫穿有複數通孔313,使得部分連接板部52部分暴露在空氣中。第一板部51及連接板部52一體衝壓形成並注塑嵌入固卡件30。所述第一板部51的形狀為與扣持壁31相匹配,且其在較寬部位設置有開口510,開口510為直角梯形狀。連接板部52垂直連接兩個第一板部51,且連接板部設有第一開口520及第二開口521,第一開口520位於第一板部51與連接板部52的連接處且呈矩形狀,第一開口520同時貫通第一板部51及連接板部52。第二開口521位於連接板部52靠近下側的中間處且呈圓形狀。
其他實施例中,根據固卡件30的實際形狀調整加強件的具體形態,或者設置兩個第一板部51彼此獨立存在,不通過第二板部52連接;或者加強件50’通過組裝方式固定在扣持壁31’外側,參第八圖所示。
所述固卡件30由絕緣材料製成,其包括形成卡槽301的兩豎直壁32及底壁33,底壁33形成有頂卡部331用以頂出對接卡片,底壁33兩側同時形成有兩樞轉軸332,安裝部11內側設有圓形樞轉孔112,樞轉軸332安裝于樞轉孔內;扣持壁31位於所述豎直壁32的外側;固卡件30進一步設有位於扣持壁上方的扳動部34,以供使用者操作,且扳動部34的接觸面設有複數凸點,按壓過程中可增加手指與產品間的摩擦力,提升使用手感。
綜上所述,本創作符合新型專利要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本創作之較佳實施例,本創作之範圍並不以前述實施例為限,舉凡熟習本案技藝之人士援依本創作之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種卡緣連接器,其包括: 絕緣本體,係包括沿縱長方向延伸的插槽及位於縱長方向一端的安裝部,所述安裝部設有勾槽; 複數端子,係固定於所述絕緣本體;以及 固卡件,係安裝於所述安裝部,所述固卡件設有卡槽及位於所述卡槽外側的扣持壁,所述扣持壁的前端設有勾部,當所述固卡件旋轉到一定角度時,所述勾部與勾槽彼此扣持; 其中,所述扣持壁內增設有加強件。
  2. 如請求項1所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述加強件為金屬板,通過注塑嵌入所述扣持壁。
  3. 如請求項2所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述扣持壁局部橫向貫通,使得所述加強件部分暴露於空氣中。
  4. 如請求項1所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述扣持壁為一對,所述加強件包括位於對應扣持壁內的兩個第一板部及連接所述第一板部的連接板部,所述連接板部沿縱長方向臨近所述固卡件的外端。
  5. 如請求項4所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述第一板部的形狀為與所述扣持壁相匹配,且其在較寬部位設置有開口。
  6. 如請求項5所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述連接板部為垂直連接兩個所述第一板部,且連接板部設有兩個開口。
  7. 如請求項1所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述扣持壁為一對,所述加強件包括位於對應所述扣持壁的兩個第一板部,兩個所述第一板部彼此獨立。
  8. 如請求項1所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述固卡件包括供使用者操作的扳動部,所述扳動部的接觸面設有複數凸點。
  9. 如請求項1所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述加強件組裝貼覆於所述扣持壁外側。
  10. 如請求項1所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述固卡件由絕緣材料製成,其包括形成上述卡槽的兩豎直壁及底壁,所述底壁形成有頂卡部及兩樞轉軸,所述樞轉軸安裝在所述安裝部設置的樞轉孔內;所述扣持壁位於所述豎直壁的外側;所述固卡件進一步設有位於所述扣持壁上方的扳動部。
