本創作係有關於一種義肢套筒,尤指一種能夠提供肢體殘障人士穿戴舒適與耐用之義肢套筒結構。 This creation is about a kind of prosthetic sleeve, especially a kind of prosthetic sleeve structure that can provide people with physical disabilities to wear comfort and durability.
對於肢體殘障人士而言穿戴義肢已是生活的主要部份,因此義肢穿戴的方便性與舒適性一直為設計上的要求。習知義肢套筒主要提供直接與肢體殘障人士的截肢部位相接觸,因此義肢套筒的材質著重在柔軟性佳,早期皆使用矽膠,藉其富彈性與質軟特性令與截肢部位有舒適的接觸效果,然而也因為其材質關係,使用者在頻繁的穿戴與脫下的過程中,容易發生將義肢套筒撕裂情形。鑒於此,有人在義肢套筒的外層或內層表面增加一層強化層,例如:尼龍布或不織布等,藉以強化強度與韌性,相關設計計可參考中華民國新型專利第86211405、99214344號。 For the physically handicapped, wearing prosthetic limbs is already a major part of life, so the convenience and comfort of wearing prosthetic limbs has always been a design requirement.
