種類別,而以上三種吸汗墊的基本設計方式共分為八層結構,其分層方面可依需求的不同進行增減之應用,或是將放置位置做更換,此吸汗墊的結構設計為:第一層為足底接觸層15,其須為親膚棉柔表層且有吸水不回滲之屬性;第二層是抗菌除臭層16,其功能是抑制細菌數量並消除臭味;第三層是鎖水包覆層17,其功能是進一步鎖住水份;第四層是高分子吸收層18,其作用為高倍率吸收水分;第五層是強力吸水層19,其效用為強力吸收剩餘水分;第六層是透氣防水層20,其功用為利用透氣孔排熱氣,使之不悶熱;第七層是離型黏貼層21,其作用為使其可黏貼於鞋墊、涼鞋、或是拖鞋上;第八層離型紙22,其作用為保護上層之黏性。
