綜上所述,智能會計帳務平台100實際運行情境如下。當開立端10與收受端30完成交易,收受端30向開立端10支付交易價金。此時,開立端10可透過電子發票開立系統110輸入憑證資訊,也就是開立端10與收受端30之間交易的發票或收據,而輸入憑證資訊時,可選擇收受端30識別碼,用以確認憑證收受對象。

雲端運算伺服主機平台120收到確認收受資訊後,會產生一通知訊息,並將通知訊息傳送至電子發票開立系統10。同時雲端運算伺服主機平台120會將收受端識別碼、收受端認列資訊與憑證資訊形成資訊封包,並傳送至會計主機140。
會計主機140收到收受端識別碼、收受端認列資訊與憑證資訊後,則根據收受端識別碼搜尋對應收受端30的用戶會計資料,並將憑證資訊中的支出款項納入收受端30的用戶會計資料,完成入帳。
而開立端10則透過電子發票開立系統110收到通知訊息,開立端10便可確認憑證資訊已確實送到收受端30,並且憑證無誤。至此便完成憑證遞送與雙方會計帳務更新。

在一實施例中智能會計帳務平台100還包括一會計交易資訊資料庫150,會計交易資訊資料庫150是通訊連接至雲端運算伺服主機平台120。會計交易資訊資料庫150是一種以多個節點組成的資料庫。會計交易資訊資料庫150適於紀錄雲端運算伺服主機平台120在電子發票開立系統110與智能會計帳務系統130之間的資訊傳輸歷程,並備份所傳輸資料。進一步的,所記錄的資訊傳輸歷程與備份的資料會保存在會計交易資訊資料庫150的多個節點中。因此可利用區塊鏈去中心化的優點,避免備份的資料被竄改或遺失,並且有利於追蹤資料傳輸的歷程。
