Abstract

全球之吸菸人口逐年攀升且年齡層有下降之趨勢,且已有許多研究報告乃指出吸菸可能造成多種不同之病症,因此,各國政府每年均不停的在宣導並執行戒菸之資訊以及輔導方法,香菸主要之危害乃在於燃燒過後所產生之焦油,該焦油內並含有多種不同之致癌物質,為此,許多研發廠商乃研發了許多可替代香菸之產品,而近年來所較為普及的乃是所謂的電子霧化器,其主要是透過將替代香菸之液體透過加熱霧化之方式提供癮君子來使用,電子霧化器可完全避免產生焦油,但內容物不易管控,如何能夠管控電子霧化器之使用者及內容物,乃為目前許多國家政府所欲解決之問題,故,如何將解決上述缺失與問題,乃為本案創作人所欲解決之技術困難點之所在。 The global smoking population is increasing year by year and there is a trend of declining age. 請參閱第1圖、第2圖、第3圖、第4圖、第5圖與第6圖所示,係為本創作之立體外觀圖、立體分解圖、電路元件示意圖、較佳實施例示意圖與進一步實施例示意圖,由圖中可清楚看出,本創作之智能電子霧化器1乃包括有:一主機體2,其一側具有一對接槽20,該對接槽20內並設置有電性接觸點21,而主機體2內則設置有一資料處理元件22;一霧化件3,其一端具有一煙霧出口30,另一端則具有一對接端31,並透過該對接端31嵌設於主機體2之對接槽20,而對接端31上則設置有電性接觸點32,霧化件3內則設置有一防偽晶片33與一霧化元件34;其中,主機體2內另設置有一供電元件23;其中,主機體2之外側另設置有一指示燈24與一連接埠25;
其中,主機體內進一步可設置有一無線訊號收發元件26;其中,霧化件3內另設置有一容置空間301,用以裝盛霧化液體;其中,霧化件3之防偽晶片33乃為動態加密之型態;其中,當霧化件3之對接端31嵌設於主機體2之對接槽20時,霧化件3之電性接觸點32乃同時接觸到主機體2之電性接觸點21;本創作之智能電子霧化器1在使用前,乃必須先將霧化件3之對接端31嵌設於主機體2之對接槽20內,讓對接端31上之電性接觸點32接觸到對接槽20內之電性接觸點21,也就是使霧化件3與主機體2二者呈電性連接,此時,主機體2之資料處理元件22乃會先讀取霧化件3之防偽晶片33,在確認防偽晶片33內之識別碼後,主機體2才會給予霧化件3一驅動電流,進而驅動霧化件3之霧化元件34,使其霧化容置空間301內所儲存之霧化液體以產生煙霧,最後由霧化件3之煙霧出口30而出,以提供使用者來使用;承上述,防偽晶片33內除了儲存有動態之加密密碼外,更可儲存有該霧化件3之製造日期、型號、產品代碼、品牌以及成份等等資訊,在主機體2之資料處理元件22判讀該防偽晶片33之加密密碼正確後,並會同時讀取並儲存製造日期、型號、產品代碼、品牌以及成份等資訊,而透過主機體2之連接埠25與外界連接後,即可取得資料處理元件22所儲存之上述該等資訊;除此之外,資料處理元件22更會記錄霧化元件34之動作次數,也就是說會記錄使用者使用之次數,如此一來,除了使用者可得知每個霧化件3之使用次數外,更重要的是,資料處理元件22可透過紀錄每個霧化
件3之使用次數來限制每個霧化件3之壽命,也就是說,可透過資料處理元件22來設定每個霧化件3在使用特定之次數後,即讓該霧化件3之防偽晶片33失效自毀,即使使用者自行對霧化件3之容置空間301添加霧化液體也無法繼續動作;另外,霧化件3之防偽晶片33之所以為動態加密之型態,主要讓每個霧化件3之防偽晶片33均有獨特之密碼,除了可避免有心人士仿造防偽晶片33外,更可防止惡意讀取或破解密碼,再者,為了防止防偽晶片33惡意讀碼仿造,在連續七次讀碼失敗後,防偽晶片33即喪失功效;另外,主機體2之外側所設置之連接埠25除了可與外界連接以讀取資料處理元件22所儲存之資訊外,更可用以對供電元件23進行充電之動作外,而主機體2之外側另所設置之指示燈24,則是可在主機體2低電量、充電或霧化件3低霧化量等情況下,以不同顏色燈亮或者不同強度燈亮來提醒使用者;另外,如第5圖與第6圖所示,在主機體2內進一步可設置有一無線訊號收發元件26,其主要是在使用前先透過該無線訊號收發元件26讓主機體2與使用者之智慧型手持裝置4先進行配對連結,並同時透過主機體2之資料處理元件22來進行使用者之身分認證,在完成身份認證後,主機體2才會給予霧化件3一驅動電流,藉此以達到使用者身份之控管,當然,在主機體2與智慧型手持裝置4配對連結時,乃可透過指示燈24來顯示連接狀態,而藉由該無線訊號收發元件26與使用者之智慧型手持裝置4進行配對連結後,更可將防偽晶片33內所儲存霧化件3之製造日期、型號、產品代碼、品牌以及成份等等資訊傳送給予使用者之智慧型手
持裝置4,藉此,使用者除了可得知所使用霧化件3之相關資訊外,更可記錄過往所有使用過之霧化件3相關歷史資訊;綜上所述,相較於習用電子霧化器所存在無法管控之缺失,本創作之智能電子霧化器1乃透過主機體2與霧化件3之特殊設計,除了讓使用者可避免使用到仿冒之霧化件3而造成健康之危害,以及提供使用者可記錄過往所有使用過每個霧化件3之相關資訊外,透過防偽晶片33之設置,更可便於製造商掌握霧化件3之使用量與管理,而對於政府單位來說,更可藉由管控霧化件3之數量來進行稅收之管理機制。
