請參閱第2A圖及第2B圖,係為本創作第二實施例之剖面示意圖及局部示意圖,並輔以參閱第1A圖至第1D圖,本實施例與第一實施例大致相同,故相同處不再贅述,其主要差異在於該含油軸承3及該限位元件5之間設置另一止推元件6a,該止推元件6a的第一面61a朝向該含油軸承3,該第二面62a朝向該限位元件5,該第一面61a具有一凹槽部611a。
當含油軸承3轉動時搭配凹槽部611、611a會產生一流體推力,使該含油軸承3分別與該止推元件6、6a保有一間隙,避免含油軸承3轉動時沿支撐軸2軸向晃動影響穩定度及轉動時的接觸磨損,且達到雙向穩定之功效。
請參閱第3A圖及第3B圖,係為本創作第三實施例之剖面示意圖及局部示意圖,並輔以參閱第1A圖至第1D圖,本實施例與第一實施例大致相同,故相同處不再贅述,其主要差異在於本實施例支撐柱17直接結合於下殼12,該下殼12具有一軸筒123,該定子組7相鄰環繞於該軸筒123外緣,藉此省去了基座122。
另外,雖然在第三實施例圖中僅用一止推元件6,但實際上可以搭配第二實施例的技術特徵加以應用,在含油軸承3及該限位元件5之間設置另一止推元件6a(請參閱第2A圖及第2B圖),達到雙向穩定之功效。
第4圖為本創作第四實施例之局部示意圖,並輔以參閱第1A圖至第1D圖,本實施例與第一實施例大致相同,故相同處不再贅述,其主要差異在於本實施例含油軸承3的一上端面32設置了凹槽部321及一下端面33設置了凹槽部331,使含油軸承3轉動時產生流體推力,讓含油軸承3直接與該止推元件6及基座122保有一間隙,進而省去了止推元件6。
另外,雖然在第四實施例圖中使用的扇框1具有基座122,但實際上可以搭配第三實施例沒有基座122的技術特徵加以應用。
綜上所述,本創作具有下述優點:
1、 防止外部單元壓迫該轉子組及或扇框內的流道:
2、 維持第一、二軸向空間在該外部單元及該輪轂之間,至少防止轉子組被該外部單元壓迫;
