Description
本新型涉及電學領域,尤其涉及一種電池。
近年隨著有機發光二極體(Organic Light-Emitting Diode, OLED)技術的逐漸成熟,可撓式電子產品成為設計考量,並出現可撓式電池的需求。請參閱圖1,現有的一種鋰聚合物電池200是將正極片62、負極片64與隔離膜66依次堆疊捲繞成一個電芯60放置於電池外殼70內。然而,由於隔離膜66很薄,且所述正極片62、負極片64上塗布有顆粒狀的電極材料,因此,彎折所述電池200時容易擊穿所述隔離膜66,導致所述電池200著火。
有鑑於此,有必要提供一種具有可彎曲性的電池。
一種電池,包括外殼,所述電池還包括多個電芯與集流單元,所述多個電芯間隔設置於所述外殼內,所述集流單元設置於所述外殼內,用以電連接所述多個電芯。
進一步地,所述多個電芯並排間隔設置,所述外殼可沿所述多個電芯的排列方向彎曲。
進一步地,每一電芯包括正極片、負極片及隔離膜,所述每一電芯是由所述正極片、負極片及隔離膜捲繞形成的卷狀體,所述隔離膜間隔設置於所述正極片與所述負極片之間。
進一步地,所述集流單元包括正極集流片和負極集流片,所述正極集流片及所述負極集流片設置於所述電芯的端部,所述正極集流片用於將所述電池中部分或全部的所述電芯的正極片連接於一起,所述負極集流片用於將所述電池中部分或全部的所述電芯的負極片連接於一起。
進一步地,所述電池還包括支撐結構,所述支撐結構為多個配合所述電芯側面形狀的中空筒體並排形成的一個結構穩定的整體,用於隔離及定位所述多個電芯。
進一步地,所述電池還包括包裹膜,所述包裹膜用於將所述多個電芯、所述集流單元及支撐結構整體包裹在一起再容置於所述外殼內。
進一步地,所述正極片為塗布有鈷酸鋰或者錳鋰離共聚物的鋁箔,所述負極片為塗布有石墨炭的銅箔,所述隔離膜為選擇性透過膜。
進一步地,所述包裹膜包括三層材料,最靠近所述電芯的一層為聚丙烯,用於熱壓時能溶合密封,中間為鋁層,用於隔絕空氣,最遠離所述電芯的一層為尼龍,用於防水。
進一步地,所述電池還包括導線、正極輸出端及負極輸出端,所述正極片及負極片的端部上均設有極耳,所述極耳與所述正極集流片或者負極集流片對應電連接,由所述導線串聯或者並聯所述正極集流片及負極集流片後,輸出至所述正極輸出端及負極輸出端。
進一步地,所述外殼、所述集流單元及所述支撐結構均具有一定可彎曲性。
上述電池採用多個小電芯電連接於一起取代單個大電芯,從而實現所述電池的可彎曲性。
下面將結合本新型實施例中的附圖,對本新型實施例中的技術方案進行清楚、完整地描述,顯然,所描述的實施例僅僅是本新型一部分實施例,而不是全部的實施例。基於本新型中的實施例,所屬領域具有通常知識者在沒有做出創造性勞動前提下所獲得的所有其他實施例,都屬於本新型保護的範圍。
需要說明的是,當一個元件被稱為“電連接”另一個元件,它可以直接在另一個元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。當一個元件被認為是“電連接”另一個元件,它可以是接觸連接,例如,可以是導線連接的方式,也可以是非接觸式連接,例如,可以是非接觸式耦合的方式。
除非另有定義,本文所使用的所有的技術和科學術語與屬於本新型的技術領域的技術人員通常理解的含義相同。本文中在本新型的說明書中所使用的術語只是為了描述具體的實施例的目的,不是旨在於限制本新型。本文所使用的術語“及/或”包括一個或多個相關的所列項目的任意的和所有的組合。
下面結合附圖,對本新型的一些實施方式作詳細說明。在不衝突的情況下,下述的實施例及實施例中的特徵可以相互組合。
請參閱圖2,本新型一較佳實施例提供一種電池100。所述電池100可應用於智慧手錶、手環等穿戴式電子裝置上,且可配合所述穿戴式電子裝置進行一定程度的彎曲。
所述電池100包括外殼10、多個電芯20與集流單元30。
所述外殼10為具有一定可彎曲性的殼體,以配合所述電池100進行一定程度的彎曲。所述外殼10用於容置所述多個電芯20與所述集流單元30。
所述多個電芯20間隔容置於所述外殼10內。較佳的,所述多個電芯20並排間隔設置。相應的,所述外殼10可沿所述多個電芯20的排列方向彎曲,而不能沿所述多個電芯20的軸向方向彎曲。
在本實施例中,每一電芯20包括正極片22、負極片24及隔離膜26。其中,所述正極片22為塗布有鈷酸鋰或者錳鋰離共聚物的鋁箔。所述負極片24為塗布有石墨炭的銅箔。所述隔離膜26為選擇性透過膜,例如僅允許鋰離子通過,電子不能通過。所述隔離膜26的厚度為15微米左右。
在本實施例中,所述正極片22、負極片24及隔離膜26均為長條形的片體。每一電芯20是由所述正極片22、負極片24及隔離膜26捲繞形成的卷狀體,所述隔離膜26間隔設置於所述正極片22與所述負極片24之間,以電性隔離所述正極片22與所述負極片24。一實施例中,所述電芯20的捲繞制程為:將一層所述正極片22、一層所述隔離膜26、一層所述負極片24及另一層所述隔離膜26依次堆疊後,從一端開始捲繞而成為一個卷狀體,以使所述正極片22與所述負極片24之間均有所述隔離膜26。其中,所述電芯20捲繞的圈數視對所述電池100能量需求而定,捲繞的圈數越大所述電池100的能量就越大,但是所述電芯20的體積也隨之增大。若所述電芯20的體積過大也不適合做成柔性電池,故所述電芯20捲繞的圈數要既滿足能量需求,又適合做成柔性電池。
可以理解,所述多個電芯20之間可以藉由集流單元30實現電連接,並將電能輸出。例如,所述多個電芯20可相互串聯、並聯或者串、並聯同時應用,其具體電連接方式可根據對所述電池100的具體需求而定。通常,所述多個電芯20之間相互串聯可以提供較大的電壓,而所述多個電芯20之間相互並聯可以提供較大的電流。
所述集流單元30包括正極集流片32和負極集流片34。所述正極集流片32及負極集流片34為具有一定彎曲性的導電片。所述正極集流片32及所述負極集流片34設置於所述電芯20的端部。所述正極集流片32用於將所述電池100中部分或全部的所述電芯20的正極片22連接於一起。所述負極集流片34用於將所述電池100中部分或全部的所述電芯20的負極片24連接於一起。在本實施例中,所述多個電芯20藉由所述集流單元30相互並聯。所述正極集流片32將所述電池100中全部的所述電芯20的正極片22連接於一起。所述負極集流片34將所述電池100中全部的所述電芯20的負極片24連接於一起。
請參閱圖3,在另一實施例中,所述電芯20的正極片22及負極片24均包括極耳25。所述極耳25由相應所述電芯20的端部伸出,並與所述正極集流片32或者負極集流片34對應電連接。所述電池100還包括正極輸出端27、負極輸出端28、至少一電芯組80及導線90。所述正極輸出端27及負極輸出端28設置於所述外殼10一側,用於輸出所述電池100的電能。所述電芯組80包括所述多個電芯20。所述多個電芯20藉由所述正極集流片32及負極集流片34相互並聯成一所述電芯組80。由所述導線90與所述正極集流片32及負極集流片34連接,進而將所述至少一電芯組80串聯或者並聯於一起,最後輸出至所述正極輸出端27或者負極輸出端28。
請參閱圖4,使用時,當所述電池100在外力的作用下彎曲時,所述外殼10發生形變,由於所述多個電芯20之間彼此間隔設置,因此所述多個電芯20之間發生相對位移進而改變彼此之間的間距,從而配合所述外殼10的形變。如此,所述多個電芯20本身均並沒有發生形變,即所述每一電芯20的所述正極片22、所述負極片24並未發生形變,例如彎曲,僅所述集流單元30配合發生彎曲,如此,不會刺穿所述隔離膜26,進而有效避免所述電芯20著火。
請參閱圖5,可以理解,所述電池100還可進一步包括支撐結構40。所述支撐結構40為多個配合所述電芯20側面形狀的中空筒體並排形成的一個結構穩定的整體,用於隔離及定位所述多個電芯20,以避免所述多個電芯20偏位。將所述多個電芯20容置於所述支撐結構40的中空筒體內,再將所述支撐結構40放置於所述外殼10內。所述支撐結構40的外表面與所述外殼10貼合。所述支撐結構40由柔性絕緣材料,例如泡棉或隔離膜製成,如此,一方便可以隔離與定位所述電芯20,另一方面可隨所述外殼10彎曲而不會對所述電芯20產生大力的擠壓。
在另一實施例中,所述電池100還可進一步包括包裹膜50。所述包裹膜50將所述多個電芯20、所述集流單元30及支撐結構40整體包裹在一起再容置於所述外殼10內。在本實施例中,所述包裹膜50包括三層材料,最靠近所述電芯20的一層為聚丙烯,用於熱壓時能溶合密封。所述包裹膜50中間為鋁層,用於隔絕空氣。所述包裹膜50最遠離所述電芯20的一層為尼龍,用於防水。
顯然,上述電池100採用多個小電芯電連接於一起取代單個大電芯,從而可實現所述電池100的可彎曲性,且不引起所述電芯20著火。

Claims (10)
- 一種電池,包括外殼,其改良在於:所述電池還包括多個電芯與集流單元,所述多個電芯間隔設置於所述外殼內,所述集流單元設置於所述外殼內,用以電連接所述多個電芯。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的電池,其中所述多個電芯並排間隔設置,所述外殼可沿所述多個電芯的排列方向彎曲。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的電池,其中每一電芯包括正極片、負極片及隔離膜,所述每一電芯是由所述正極片、負極片及隔離膜捲繞形成的卷狀體,所述隔離膜間隔設置於所述正極片與所述負極片之間。
- 根據申請專利範圍第3項所述的電池,其中所述集流單元包括正極集流片和負極集流片,所述正極集流片及所述負極集流片設置於所述電芯的端部,所述正極集流片用於將所述電池中部分或全部的所述電芯的正極片連接於一起,所述負極集流片用於將所述電池中部分或全部的所述電芯的負極片連接於一起。
- 根據申請專利範圍第4項所述的電池,其中所述電池還包括支撐結構,所述支撐結構為多個配合所述電芯側面形狀的中空筒體並排形成的一個結構穩定的整體,用於隔離及定位所述多個電芯。
- 根據申請專利範圍第5項所述的電池,其中所述電池還包括包裹膜,所述包裹膜用於將所述多個電芯、所述集流單元及支撐結構整體包裹在一起再容置於所述外殼內。
- 根據申請專利範圍第6項所述的電池,其中所述正極片為塗布有鈷酸鋰或者錳鋰離共聚物的鋁箔,所述負極片為塗布有石墨炭的銅箔,所述隔離膜為選擇性透過膜。
- 根據申請專利範圍第7項所述的電池,其中所述包裹膜包括三層材料,最靠近所述電芯的一層為聚丙烯,用於熱壓時能溶合密封,中間為鋁層,用於隔絕空氣,最遠離所述電芯的一層為尼龍,用於防水。
- 根據申請專利範圍第4項所述的電池,其中所述電池還包括導線、正極輸出端及負極輸出端,所述正極片及負極片的端部上均設有極耳,所述極耳與所述正極集流片或者負極集流片對應電連接,由所述導線串聯或者並聯所述正極集流片及負極集流片後,輸出至所述正極輸出端及負極輸出端。
- 根據申請專利範圍第8項所述的電池,其中所述外殼、所述集流單元及所述支撐結構均具有一定可彎曲性。
