This creation is about a shoe; specifically, this creation is about a shoe with a breathable design.

Shoes can provide the protection of the user's foot, so that the foot can move safely and maintain health in different situations. In addition, wearing comfort also has an impact on foot health. For example, excessive friction may cause excessive skin keratinization and affect walking. Therefore, it is an important issue for shoes that can provide users with safe and comfortable activities in different situations and different weathers.

FIG. 1 is a side view of an embodiment of a shoe 10 created. As shown in FIG. 1, the shoe 10 includes a sole 110 and an upper 120 disposed on the sole 110. The upper 120 has several layers inside, please refer to FIG. 2. FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view corresponding to the range indicated by the broken line A in the upper 120 of FIG. 1. As shown in FIG. 2, the upper 120 has an inner surface 121. A standing cotton layer 130 is provided on the inner surface 121 of the upper 120. The standing cotton layer 130 may use a whole piece of standing cotton. Compared with the foam filled in the conventional shoes, using upright cotton can provide lighter weight and better breathability. In addition, the standing cotton can provide a comfortable touch, so the standing cotton layer 130 can also serve as a contact layer with the skin of the foot.

FIG. 3 is an enlarged partial cross-sectional view of another embodiment of upper 120. As shown in FIG. 3, the inner surface 121 of the upper 120 is provided with a standing cotton layer 130. In addition, the shoe 10 further includes an inner layer 140. The inner layer 140 is disposed on the side of the upright cotton layer 130 opposite to the upper 120 to form a three-layer structure of the upper 120-upright cotton layer 130-the inner layer 140. In this embodiment, the inner layer 140 serves as a contact layer with the skin of the foot, and the standing cotton layer 130 provides a breathable effect, and the inner layer 140 further improves the warming effect. In one embodiment, the upper 120 may be a woven upper. This reduces the weight of the shoe 10 and further increases the overall breathability.

FIG. 4 is an enlarged partial cross-sectional view of another embodiment of upper 120. As shown in FIG. 4, the shoe 10 further includes a waterproof membrane 150. The waterproof membrane 150 is disposed between the upper 120 and the upright cotton layer 130 to form a four-layer structure of the upper 120-waterproof membrane 150-upright cotton layer 130-inner layer 140. With this design, a waterproof effect is provided on the side close to the upper 120, and the effect of a safe and comfortable activity in rainy days when the weather changes.

FIG. 5 is an enlarged partial sectional view of another embodiment of the upper 120. As shown in FIG. 5, the upright cotton layer 130 includes a plurality of upright cotton units 131. The standing cotton unit 131 means standing cotton in the form of fragments. For example, the upright cotton trim generated from the shoe body is used as the upright cotton unit 131. In other words, the standing cotton layer 130 may be composed of a whole piece of standing cotton or a piece of standing cotton. This can provide a breathable effect and further increase the utilization rate of the material.

FIG. 6 is a side cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the shoe 10 created. As shown in FIG. 6, the shoe 10 further includes a waterproof sock 160. The waterproof sock cover 160 is disposed around the side of the upper 120 close to the sole 110 and covers the bottom of the upper 120. From the enlarged cross-sectional view, a three-layer structure of upper 120-waterproof membrane 150-upright cotton layer 130 is formed inside the upper 120. The aforementioned three-layer structure including the upper 120 is connected to the waterproof sock 160 on the side close to the sole 110, and the range of the waterproof sock 160 covering the bottom of the upper 120 includes a position extending from the toe to the heel. With this design, the waterproof film 150 can provide a waterproof effect above the junction of the upper 120 of the shoe 10 and the waterproof sock cover 160, and the waterproof effect can be provided by the waterproof sock 160 above the junction position to provide more comprehensive waterproof protection. In other embodiments, the waterproof sock cover 160 may be added to the upper as required, for example, on the side of the standing cotton layer opposite the waterproof membrane, and extending from the side of the shoe mouth 12 toward the ankle to the side near the sole 110. In this way, the waterproof effect inside the shoe is provided, and the moisture poured into the shoe is prevented from damaging the inner layer structure such as upright cotton from the inside of the shoe.

The shoe according to claim 1, wherein the upright cotton layer comprises a plurality of upright cotton units. The shoe according to claim 1, further comprising a waterproof sock, disposed around the side of the upper close to the sole and covering the bottom of the upper.
