Abstract

本創作係提供一種省電節能貼片,係將結合有十八種微量元素之塗料,塗佈在電木本體上,以成型為一節能貼片,將該節能貼片貼附在電源開關上,利用光波原理使電力分子更集中、電流更穩定,減少無形中電壓及電流的損失,因此具有可節電約20%~30%電費之特殊功效者。

Description

省電節能貼片
本創作係有關於一種省電節能貼片,尤指一種利用光波原理使電力分子更集中、電流更穩定的節能貼片,並可減少無形中電壓及電流的損失者。
經濟部曾於2015年推出『縣市智慧節電』行動作業,設定一年節電百分之二的目標,結果當時台灣18縣市中無一達標,經濟部能源局又推出『新節電運動』,要砸159億元節電1.75%,然而節電成效有限,全台服務業用電量不減反增0.8%(約2.7億度電);在一般用電系統中,每一產業無不以降低用電成本來謀取產業優勢的利潤,當每期收取電費繳費單時,產業界經營者都希望以較低的電費達到所用電量的需求;因此各行各業營業用電較高的產業,如不絞盡腦汁設法降低其用電成本的支出,此乃是產業界當務之急且刻不容緩的。
本創作人有鑑於此,累積從事此行業多年之經驗,乃精心研究並再三測試改良,如今終於創作出一種新型之省電節能貼片,可以摒除習用產品缺點,以增進功效者。
緣是,本創作之主要目的在於提供一種省電節能貼片,主要係一種結合十八種微量元素之塗料,該塗料係塗佈在電木本體上以成型為一節能貼片,此種節能貼片貼附在電源開關上時,利用光波原理使電力分子更集中、電流更穩定,減少無形中電壓及電流的損失,讓使用中的耗電量變成為有效的用電量,因而可有效省電約20%~30%之成效者。
為達上述目的,本創作採用如下的技術手段:一種省電節能貼片,係包括:一電木本體;及一塗料,係塗佈在電木本體上,該塗料係含有至少一種微量元素;上述構件所組成之節能貼片,係利用光波原理使電力分子更集中,電流更穩定,以減少無形中電壓及電流的損失者。
為了讓 貴審查委員對本創作有更進一步的了解,茲佐以圖式詳細說明本創作如下:

請參閱第一圖所示,本創作節能貼片10係於一電木本體11之表面塗佈上一層塗料12,該塗料12係結合十八種微量元 素,利用光波原理使電力分子更集中、電流更穩定,減少無形中電壓及電流的損失,本創作人有鑑於從事此行多年的經驗累積,不斷地實驗與測試,實際上採用了二氧化矽(SiO2)、氧化鋁(Al2O3)、氧化鈉(Na2O)、氧化鉀(K2O)、氧化鎂(MgO)、氧化鈣(CaO)、二氧化鈦(TiO2)、氧化鐵(Fe2O3)、二氧化鋯(ZrO2)、氧化鋅(ZnO)、氧化釔(Y2O3)、二氧化鈰(CeO2)、氧化鑭(La2O3)、二氧化鉿(HfO2)、氧化硒(SeO)、二氧化釷(ThO2)、氧化釹(Nd2O3)、氧化釤(Sm2O3)等十八種微量元素,以適當比例結合而成的塗料12,將該塗料12塗佈在電木本體11上,利用電木材質本身具防火、隔熱且不會釋放塑化劑之特性,可以保護人體健康,當節能貼片10貼附在電源開關上(圖中未顯示)時,可減少電力的損失以及穩定電壓、電流,以節省20%~30%的電費,尤其對於用電設備、電視、電腦及開關等設備,更具有顯著效果。
本創作人精心研發的節能貼片10,可歸納出以下幾項優點:
1.合法節約用電,不需動到電表、不觸碰線路、不損壞電源開關。
2.安裝簡便,當安裝本創作節能貼片10時,不需如傳統節電設備要用到大型機具設備來操作。
3.不影響照明亮度,不損傷電子零件及設備。
4.節電功能約20%~30%的省電效能。
5.改良電能品質,穩定電壓。
6.降低電磁波,保護人體開關。
7.能讓使用中的耗電變成有效的電量。
8.攜帶方便,安裝後無需保養。
綜上所述,本創作省電節能貼片,係為一安全、合法、有效且耐用的節能貼片,可確實減少電力的損失,實際上約可節約20%~30%的電量。其實用功效當無庸置疑,而本創作又從未公諸於世或已見於其他刊物,實已符合專利法之規定,爰依法提出新型專利申請之。

  1. 一種省電節能貼片,係包括:一電木本體;及一塗料,係塗佈在電木本體上,該塗料係含有至少一種微量元素;上述構件所組成之節能貼片,係利用光波原理使電力分子更集中,電流更穩定,以減少無形中電壓及電流的損失者。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之省電節能貼片,其中節能貼片係貼附在電源開關上。
