Abstract

按,板材清潔作業當中常用毛刷來刷洗板材,如第8、9圖所示,常見用於板材或玻璃基板清潔之毛刷有滾軸式與盤式。為了不同粒徑的雜質,需要配合不同線徑的刷毛進行清潔。雖然已經有中華民國第M411157號專利提出運用第一螺旋環架和第二螺旋環架相互交錯排列來清除不同硬度的雜質。由此可知,針對不同粒徑的雜質,需要使用不同線徑的刷毛來刷洗清除雜質。也可以推知當毛刷刷洗作業進行時,通過清潔位置的刷毛種類愈多愈可以將刷洗位置的雜質清潔乾淨,加強清潔效果。在前述專利的構想中,若要增加刷毛種類,必須增設螺旋環架。然而,增加螺旋環架數量,會增加不同線徑刷毛要通過清潔位置的距離,而減低不同種類刷毛通過該固定位置的頻率,無法增強清潔的效果。According to the brush cleaning work, the brush is usually used to clean the plate.
