Description
本創作係關於一種可分離式行動電源支架結構,特別是指一種可將一小邊外殼體與一大邊外殼體二者經由磁吸貼附而組成一個完整的外殼體,以供一行動電話容置入以受到保護,而且可將該小邊外殼體自該大邊外殼體的頂面剝離,再將該小邊外殼體底面附靠於該大邊外殼體的背面上,使該行動電話呈現一斜度使用之可分離式行動電源支架結構。
按,一種習知行動電源具有一外殼體,可供一行動電話容置入,以受該外殼體保護,該外殼體的背面殼體內部包容有一充電電池(例如鋰電池),底部則設有一充電孔及有一充電插桿,該充電孔及該充電插桿皆與該充電電池達成電性連接。當行動電話容置入該外殼體內時,該行動電話本身所附之充電孔即套置住該外殼體的充電插桿,所以該行動電話可以使用該充電電池之電力,然後當將充電線一端插置入該外殼體的充電孔,另一端插置入市電或另一電源時,即將電力充入該充電電池(例如鋰電池)內。
該習知行動電源因為可以保護行動電話,又可以對行動電話供電,且本身也接受充電,使用上確實極為方便,故能深受歡迎。嚴格講,該習知行動電源確實具備實用性,而難稱有何缺失。然今處於科技高度發達時代,所以不以該習知行動電源好用、受歡迎而滿足,反應更加開發其附加用途,以提升其實用性。
基於上述理念,本創作人即深入構思研發一種能夠增加附加用途,以提升實用性之行動電源,幾經努力後遂有本創作產生。
緣是,本創作之主要目的即在提供一種可將一小邊外殼體與一大邊外殼體二者經由磁吸貼附而組成一個完整的外殼體,以供一行動電話容置入以受到保護之可分離式行動電源支架結構。
延續上述主要目的,本創作之另一主要目的則在提供一種可將該小邊外殼體自該大邊外殼體的頂面剝離,再將該小邊外殼體底面附靠於該大邊外殼體的背面上,使該行動電話呈現一斜度使用之可分離式行動電源支架結構。
為達成上述目的,本創作即研發提供一種可分離式行動電源支架結構,由一大邊外殼體、一小邊外殼體、一充電電池及一電路模組組成,其中,該大邊外殼體的頂面開空,於頂面上二側各設有一小卡桿,頂面內部包容有一組磁吸片,該大邊外殼體的底面具有一充電孔及有一充電插桿;該小邊外殼體的底面開空,於底面上二側各設有一小卡槽,底面內部包容有一組磁吸件,於該底面設有多數個微墊片;該充電電池及該電路模組皆包容於該大邊外殼體的背面殼體內部,且該充電電池及該電路模組與該充電孔及該充電插桿間皆達成電性連接,,該大邊外殼體的背面殼體內部,於該充電電池外側包容有一大磁吸片;該小邊外殼體的底面與該大邊外殼體的頂面接近時,該小邊外殼體的磁吸件與該大邊外殼體的磁吸片間即因磁吸作用而迅速靠近,且該大邊外殼體頂面的小卡桿會對應插置入該小邊外殼體底面的小卡槽內定位組成一完整的外殼體;持拿該小邊外殼體施以拆離,將該小邊外殼體自該大邊外殼體的頂面剝離,即可將該小邊外殼體底面附靠於該大邊外殼體的背面上。
上述可分離式行動電源支架結構中,該大邊外殼體的磁吸片及大磁吸片可係為金屬片體。
上述可分離式行動電源支架結構中,該小邊外殼體的磁吸件可係為磁鐵。
上述可分離式行動電源支架結構中,該大邊外殼體的高度約占完整外殼體的六分之五,該小邊外殼體的高度約占完整外殼體的六分之一。
上述可分離式行動電源支架結構中,該小邊外殼體的底面設有多數個微墊片。
關於本創作為達成上述目的,所採用之技術手段及可達致之實用功效,茲舉以下較佳可行實施例配合附圖進行詳細解說說明,俾能完全瞭解。
請參閱圖1~3所示,本創作實施例係一行動電源1,構造上由一大邊外殼體10、一小邊外殼體20、一充電電池30及一電路模組40所組成,該大邊外殼體10與該小邊外殼體20二者係可磁吸貼附而組成一個完整的外殼體,其中,該大邊外殼體10的高度約占完整外殼體的六分之五,該大邊外殼體10的頂面開空,於頂面上二側各設有一小卡桿11,頂面內部包容有一組磁吸片12 (例如金屬片體),二側面上各有按鍵13,底面具有一充電孔14及有一充電插桿15,惟該按鍵13及該充電孔14與該充電插桿15三者係相同於習知例,故不再多加贅述。
該小邊外殼體20的高度約占完整外殼體的六分之一,該小邊外殼體20的底面開空,於底面上二側各設有一小卡槽21,底面內部包容有一組磁吸件22 (例如磁鐵),於該底面設有多數個微墊片23;當將該小邊外殼體20的底面與該大邊外殼體10的頂面接近時,該磁吸件22(例如磁鐵)與該磁吸片12(例如金屬片體)間即因磁吸作用而迅速靠近,並且該大邊外殼體10頂面的小卡桿11會對應插置入該小邊外殼體20底面的小卡槽21內達成定位,以組成一完整的外殼體;過程中該微墊片23恰可緩衝該小邊外殼體20與該大邊外殼體10二者間磁吸接合之衝擊力。
該充電電池30(例如鋰電池)及該電路模組40皆包容於該大邊外殼體10的背面殼體內部,且該充電電池30及該電路模組40與該充電孔14及該充電插桿15間皆達成電性連接,惟此係相同於習知例,故不再多加贅述;所不同在於該大邊外殼體10的背面殼體內部,於該充電電池30外側包容有一大磁吸片31(例如金屬片體)。
根據上述構造組成,當將該小邊外殼體20的底面與該大邊外殼體10的頂面相互磁吸組成為一完整的外殼體時,即完成為一行動電源1,如圖1、3所示即是。在此種使用態樣時,可如圖4所示,將一行動電話50容置入該外殼體內,使該行動電話50的四周及背面皆受到由該小邊外殼體20與該大邊外殼體10所組成的外殼體保護,且該行動電話50本身所附之充電孔即套置住該大邊外殼體10的充電插桿15 ,所以該行動電話50可以使用該充電電池30之電力,然後當將一另行備用之充電線一端插置入該大邊外殼體10的充電孔14,另一端則插置入市電或另一電源時,可將電力充入該充電電池30內。惟圖4所示之使用態樣係相同於習知例,故不再多加贅述。
本創作之進步功效在於,在圖4所示之狀態時,可隨時將該小邊外殼體20自該大邊外殼體10的頂面分離出去,其係持拿該小邊外殼體20再施以拆離之動作,即可將該小邊外殼體20自該大邊外殼體10的頂面剝離下來,然後將該小邊外殼體20底面的磁吸件22面對該大邊外殼體10的背面靠過去,則該小邊外殼體20的磁吸件22(例如磁鐵)與該大邊外殼體10背面內的大磁吸片31(例如金屬片體)間即會因磁吸作用而迅速靠近,最終該小邊外殼體20的底面即吸附於該大邊外殼體10背面上,形成如圖5、6所示之使用態樣。
如圖5、6所示之使用態樣時,該行動電話50係仍容置於該大邊外殼體10內受到保護,但行動電話50已呈橫向模式,所以藉由該小邊外殼體20的支撐,行動電話50呈現一斜度,以利使用者做免持觀賞。
該小邊外殼體20吸附於該大邊外殼體10背面的位置並不受限,只要是在該大磁吸片31的範圍內皆可,因此若將該小邊外殼體20上移使形成圖7所示之使用態樣時,明顯可以看出,該小邊外殼體20位置較低時,該行動電話50傾斜角度較大,適合較遠距離觀賞,而當該小邊外殼體20位置上移(較高)時,該行動電話50傾斜角度變小,適合較近距離觀賞。
由以上說明可知,本創作主要係將一行動電源設計成由一大邊外殼體、一小邊外殼體、一充電電池及一電路模組所組成,該大邊外殼體與該小邊外殼體二者係可磁吸貼附而組成一個完整的外殼體,該充電電池則包容於該大邊外殼體的背面殼體內部,該外殼體可供一行動電話容置入以受到保護;持拿該小邊外殼體施以拆離,將該小邊外殼體自該大邊外殼體的頂面剝離,則可將該小邊外殼體底面附靠於該大邊外殼體的背面上,使該行動電話呈現一斜度使用。
綜上所述,本創作所揭露之可分離式行動電源支架結構因不曾見諸習知同類產品中,而能具備絕對新穎性;同時本創作在使用上確實達成所預期之創作目的,而能具備實用進步性,因此完全符合各項專利要件,爰此提出專利申請,謹請核予專利。

- 一種可分離式行動電源支架結構,由一大邊外殼體、一小邊外殼體、一充電電池及一電路模組所組成,其中,該大邊外殼體的頂面開空,於頂面上二側各設有一小卡桿,頂面內部包容有一組磁吸片,該大邊外殼體的底面具有一充電孔及有一充電插桿;該小邊外殼體的底面開空,於底面上二側各設有一小卡槽,底面內部包容有一組磁吸件;該充電電池及該電路模組皆包容於該大邊外殼體的背面殼體內部,且該充電電池及該電路模組與該充電孔及該充電插桿間皆達成電性連接,該大邊外殼體的背面殼體內部,於該充電電池外側包容有一大磁吸片;該小邊外殼體的底面與該大邊外殼體的頂面接近時,該小邊外殼體的磁吸件與該大邊外殼體的磁吸片間即因磁吸作用而迅速靠近,且該大邊外殼體頂面的小卡桿會對應插置入該小邊外殼體底面的小卡槽內定位組成一完整的外殼體;持拿該小邊外殼體施以拆離,將該小邊外殼體自該大邊外殼體的頂面剝離,即可將該小邊外殼體底面附靠於該大邊外殼體的背面上。
