本創作係有關於一種車用插座裝置,特別是一種省電型車用插座裝置。
相關技術之車用插座裝置係安裝於車輛(例如機車)上,藉以供電予外部之電子裝置(例如手機),因此相關技術之車用插座裝置非常地方便;然而,相關技術之車用插座裝置具有下列缺點:
1. 當相關技術之車用插座裝置不使用時,相關技術之車用插座裝置仍然工作以供電,非常浪費能源。
2. 相關技術之車用插座裝置暴露在外在環境,使得相關技術之車用插座裝置容易損壞。
3. 使用者可能錯誤地安裝相關技術之車用插座裝置之正負極而導致危險。
4. 相關技術之車用插座裝置不具有過載保護。
為改善上述習知技術之缺點,本創作之目的在於提供一種省電型車用插座裝置。
為達成本創作之上述目的,本創作之省電型車用插座裝置包含:一殼體,該殼體包含一筒口;一電路板,該電路板設置於該殼體內;一電源轉換電路,該電源轉換電路設置於該電路板上,該電源轉換電路電性連接至該電路板;一電源插座,該電源插座設置於該電路板上,該電源插座電性連接至該電源轉換電路及該電路板;一磁性開關,該磁性開關設置於該電路板上,該磁性開關電性連接至該電源轉換電路及該電路板;一罩蓋,該罩蓋連接該殼體,該罩蓋包含一帽蓋;一磁性物,該磁性物設置於該帽蓋內;一正負極反接保護元件,該正負極反接保護元件設置於該電路板上,該正負極反接保護元件電性連接至該電源轉換電路及該電路板;及一電磁干擾濾波電路,該電磁干擾濾波電路設置於該電路板上,該電磁干擾濾波電路電性連接至該電源轉換電路、該電路板及該電源插座。其中當該帽蓋蓋上該殼體之該筒口時,該磁性開關感應該磁性物以產生一第一訊號以傳送該第一訊號至該電源轉換電路,使得該電源轉換電路停止供電至該電源插座;當該帽蓋不蓋上該殼體之該筒口時,該磁性開關感應不到該磁性物,使得該磁性開關產生一第二訊號以傳送該第二訊號至該電源轉換電路,使得該電源轉換電路供電至該電源插座。其中該磁性開關包含:一電壓調節器,該電壓調節器設置於該電路板上,該電壓調節器電性連接至該電路板;及一磁性傳感器,該磁性傳感器設置於該電路板上,該磁性傳感器電性連接至該電源轉換電路、該電路板及該電壓調節器。
再者,如上所述之省電型車用插座裝置,更包含:複數之導電線,該些導電線電性連接至該電路板。其中該殼體更包含複數之壁孔;該些導電線穿過該些壁孔。
再者,如上所述之省電型車用插座裝置,更包含:複數之套圈,該些套圈設置於該些壁孔內,該套圈包含一頸部及一通孔,該套圈之該頸部卡扣該壁孔,該導電線穿過該通孔。

  1. 一種省電型車用插座裝置,包含: 一殼體,該殼體包含一筒口; 一電路板,該電路板設置於該殼體內; 一電源轉換電路,該電源轉換電路設置於該電路板上,該電源轉換電路電性連接至該電路板; 一電源插座,該電源插座設置於該電路板上,該電源插座電性連接至該電源轉換電路及該電路板; 一磁性開關,該磁性開關設置於該電路板上,該磁性開關電性連接至該電源轉換電路及該電路板; 一罩蓋,該罩蓋連接該殼體,該罩蓋包含一帽蓋; 一磁性物,該磁性物設置於該帽蓋內; 一正負極反接保護元件,該正負極反接保護元件設置於該電路板上,該正負極反接保護元件電性連接至該電源轉換電路及該電路板;及 一電磁干擾濾波電路,該電磁干擾濾波電路設置於該電路板上,該電磁干擾濾波電路電性連接至該電源轉換電路、該電路板及該電源插座, 其中當該帽蓋蓋上該殼體之該筒口時,該磁性開關感應該磁性物以產生一第一訊號以傳送該第一訊號至該電源轉換電路,使得該電源轉換電路停止供電至該電源插座;當該帽蓋不蓋上該殼體之該筒口時,該磁性開關感應不到該磁性物,使得該磁性開關產生一第二訊號以傳送該第二訊號至該電源轉換電路,使得該電源轉換電路供電至該電源插座; 其中該磁性開關包含: 一電壓調節器,該電壓調節器設置於該電路板上,該電壓調節器電性連接至該電路板;及 一磁性傳感器,該磁性傳感器設置於該電路板上,該磁性傳感器電性連接至該電源轉換電路、該電路板及該電壓調節器。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之省電型車用插座裝置,更包含: 複數之導電線,該些導電線電性連接至該電路板, 其中該殼體更包含複數之壁孔;該些導電線穿過該些壁孔。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之省電型車用插座裝置,更包含: 複數之套圈,該些套圈設置於該些壁孔內,該套圈包含一頸部及一通孔,該套圈之該頸部卡扣該壁孔,該導電線穿過該通孔。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之省電型車用插座裝置,更包含: 一端蓋,該端蓋固接至該殼體之該筒口,該端蓋包含一座孔,該座孔係用以容置該電源插座; 一凸緣,該凸緣設置於該殼體上; 一旋鈕,該旋鈕連接至該殼體,該旋鈕包含一內螺紋段; 一外螺紋段,該外螺紋段設置於該殼體上,該外螺紋段螺合至該旋鈕之該內螺紋段;及 一扣槽,該扣槽連接該凸緣。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之省電型車用插座裝置,其中該罩蓋更包含: 一頸帶,該頸帶連接至該帽蓋; 一罩環,該罩環連接至該頸帶並套接該凸緣; 一扣環,該扣環設置於該帽蓋內並扣接該扣槽;及 一舌片,該舌片連接至該帽蓋, 其中該罩蓋為高分子材料製成,且該罩蓋為透明或半透明之彈性體。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之省電型車用插座裝置,更包含: 一定位片,該定位片設置於該電路板上,該定位片包含一固定孔及複數之針腳,該些針腳係用以插接該電路板;及 一螺絲, 其中該殼體更包含一穿孔;該螺絲通過該穿孔鎖固於該固定孔,使得該電路板固設於該殼體之該筒口內。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之省電型車用插座裝置,更包含: 一發光元件,該發光元件設置於該電路板上,該發光元件電性連接至該電源轉換電路及該電路板;及 一導光片,該導光片係設置於該發光元件上,該導光片係用以擴散該發光元件所發出的光。
