Each of the inspection components includes a first inspection electrode and a second inspection electrode spaced apart from the first inspection electrode by a dielectric structure. The first inspection electrode and the second inspection electrode of one inspection component are mutually overlapped within a corresponding inspection area. The signal transmission unit is electrically communicated with the inspection components to record electric signals of the inspection components.
