Abstract

The present utility model provides a contact image sensor module, including: a top-cover assembly which includes a transparent substrate and a frame; the frame is assembled with and surrounds the transparent substrate. The transparent substrate has at least one long side extending along a first direction and at least one short side adjacent to the at least one long side and extending along a second direction. A plane is defined by the first direction and the second direction. The transparent substrate includes a plurality of notches defined in the at least one long side thereof, each notch having a geometrical configuration. Each notch has a recess and an opening section between the recess and the frame. From a view of the plane, the opening section of each notch has a width which is smaller than a bore diameter of the recess. The frame extends into the notches to integrally connect with the transparent substrate.
