A color-mixing module of full-color fused filament 3D printer, wherein the "N-in-1-out" heater block has N (N ≥ 2) vacuum tunnels to infuse N fused filaments with different colors. Each tunnel is consisted of a vertical section and a non-vertical section, and all faces of the non-vertical sections transversely shifted from the center-vertical axis are roughly lied on the same plane. The angle between two faces of the non-vertical sections is roughly equal to 360 degrees divided by N. Utilizing the centrifugal force to make the fused filaments with different colors evenly mix in the downward spiral extruding process. The present invention has the following advantages: which realizes the full-color 3D printing using the fused filaments for the plastic material; which "N-in-1-out" heater block is simple, light-weighted, and low-cost; and which may also be applied to use different colors or materials to print different portions of a product.
