一種可進行線性調節的閥體
本創作涉及一種可進行線性調節的閥體。
在使用爐具或者其他燃氣器具時經常需要調節火力大小,習用調節方法一般是通過燃氣閥體調節進氣量的大小實現調控火力大小,但是習用燃氣閥體在調節時不夠流暢,火力大小易出現突變,且習用燃氣閥體結構複雜,生產製造成本高,降低企業競爭力,為此本創作提供一種結構簡單的可進行線性調節的閥體用於解決上述問題。
為解決上述問題,本創作提供一種可進行線性調節的閥體。
本創作提供一種可進行線性調節的閥體,包括閥座和閥芯,所述閥座內設置有一容納閥芯的安裝孔,閥芯的一端插入在該安裝孔內並可相對安裝孔轉動,所述閥座上的兩側還分別設置有一進氣孔和至少一出氣孔,進氣孔及出氣孔皆與安裝孔連通,所述閥芯內設置有與進氣孔連通的通道,所述閥芯外側壁上設置有至少一組與通道連通的第一通孔組或至少一截面面積漸變的凹槽,所述第一通孔組包括數個沿閥芯徑向分佈的直徑漸變的第一通孔,所述凹槽沿閥芯徑向走向,凹槽一端通過一第二通孔與通道連通,出氣孔的位置與第一通孔組或凹槽對應。
本創作的可進行線性調節的閥體,其中,所述凹槽的寬度漸變。
本創作的可進行線性調節的閥體,其中,所述安裝孔呈圓台形,所述插入該安裝孔的閥芯的端部亦呈圓台形。
本創作的可進行線性調節的閥體,其中,所述出氣孔的數量設置為二個,對應的第一通孔組及凹槽的數量皆設置為二個。
本創作的可進行線性調節的閥體,其中,所述閥芯的另一端連接有旋鈕。
本創作的可進行線性調節的閥體,其中,所述閥芯的另一端連接有一驅動電機。
本創作的可進行線性調節的閥體,其中,還包括一自發電裝置,該自發電裝置與驅動電機連接。
本創作的可進行線性調節的閥體,其中,所述自發電裝置設置為溫差發電裝置。
本創作的有益效果是:採用上述結構的本創作通過轉動閥芯,調節出氣孔與第一通孔組或凹槽的重疊面積控制進氣量的大小,可實現連續線性調節。本創作結構簡單、生產製造方便、成本低廉、工作穩定、經濟效益高。

為讓本創作之上述及其他目的、特徵及優點能更明顯易懂,下文特舉本創作之較佳實施例,並配合所附圖式,作詳細說明如下:參照第1~6圖所示,本創作是一種可進行線性調節的閥體,包括閥座1和閥芯2,閥座1內設置有一容納閥芯2的安裝孔3,閥芯2的一端插入在該安裝孔3內並可相對安裝孔3轉動,閥座1上的兩側還分別設置有一進氣孔4和二個出氣孔5(出氣孔5的數量亦可設置為一個,可根據其控制的管路數量進行設置),進氣孔4及出氣孔5皆與安裝孔3連通,閥芯2內設置有與進氣孔4連通的通道6,閥芯2外側壁上設置有二組與通道6連通的第一通孔組或二個截面面積漸變的凹槽8,第一通孔組包括數個沿閥芯2徑向分佈的直徑漸變的第一通孔7,凹槽8沿閥芯2徑向走向,凹槽8一端通過一第二通孔與通道6連通,出氣孔5的位置與第一通孔組或凹槽8對應,出氣孔5的直徑大於相鄰的二個第一通孔7之間的間距;安裝孔3呈圓台形,插入該安裝孔3的閥芯2的端部亦呈圓台形,圓台形的設計可使得閥芯2和閥座1連接更加緊密。本創作通過轉動閥芯2,調節出氣孔5與第一通孔組或凹槽8的重疊面積控制進氣量的大小,可實現連續線性調節。本創作結構簡單、生產製造方便、成本低廉、工作穩定、經濟效益高。
如第1~4圖中的閥芯2,其凹槽8的寬度及深度漸變,達到調節橫截面漸變的效果;如第5圖所示是閥芯2的第二種實施方式;第6圖所示是閥芯2的第三種實施方式,凹槽8的深度漸變。
如第1~6圖所示,其中,閥芯2可通過手動驅動,例如,閥芯2的另一端連接有旋鈕;或者通過電機驅動(自動化程度高),例如,閥芯2的另一端連接有一驅動電機9;該驅動電機9可通過外接電源進行驅動或者內置一自發電裝置進行驅動,其中該自發電裝置採用溫差發電裝置。
本創作的有益效果是:採用上述結構的本創作通過轉動閥芯,調節出氣孔與第一通孔組或凹槽的重疊面積控制進氣量的大小,可實現連續線性調節。本創作結構簡單、生產製造方便、成本低廉、工作穩定、經濟效益高。
雖然本創作已利用上述較佳實施例揭示,然其並非用以限定本創作,任何熟習此技藝者在不脫離本創作之精神和範圍之內,相對上述實施例進行各種更動與修改仍屬本創作所保護之技術範疇,因此本創作之保護範圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種可進行線性調節的閥體,其包括:一閥座和一閥芯,所述閥座內設置有容納該閥芯的一安裝孔,該閥芯的一端插入在該安裝孔內並可相對安裝孔轉動,所述閥座上的二側還分別設置有一進氣孔和至少一出氣孔,該進氣孔及該至少一出氣孔皆與該安裝孔連通,所述閥芯內設置有與該進氣孔連通的一通道,所述閥芯外側壁上設置有與該通道連通的至少一組第一通孔組或截面面積漸變的至少一凹槽,所述至少一組第一通孔組包括沿該閥芯徑向分佈的直徑漸變的數個第一通孔,所述至少一凹槽沿該閥芯徑向走向,該至少一凹槽一端通過一第二通孔與該通道連通,該至少一出氣孔的位置與該至少一組第一通孔組或該至少一凹槽對應。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之可進行線性調節的閥體,其中,所述至少一凹槽的寬度漸變。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之可進行線性調節的閥體,其中,所述安裝孔呈圓台形,所述插入該安裝孔的閥芯的端部亦呈圓台形。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之可進行線性調節的閥體,其中,所述至少一出氣孔的數量設置為二個,對應的該至少一組第一通孔組及該至少一凹槽的數量皆設置為二個。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之可進行線性調節的閥體,其中,所述閥芯的另一端連接有一旋鈕。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之可進行線性調節的閥體,其中,所述閥芯的另一端連接有一驅動電機。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之可進行線性調節的閥體,其中,其還包括一自發電裝置,該自發電裝置與該驅動電機連接。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之可進行線性調節的閥體,其中,所述自發 電裝置設置為一溫差發電裝置。
