Description

微型觀察鏡攝像鏡頭之改良結構(一)
本創作係有關一種微型觀察鏡攝像鏡頭之改良結構(一),尤指一種可使探條前端的攝像鏡頭外徑減縮,以利於氣管插管操作之氣管插管用可視探條改良結構。
按;一般之氣管插管之觀察鏡之功能,係供觀視人體器官之狀態。習知之觀察鏡係如第1圖所示,設有一軟性材質且呈透明狀之氣管內管1,於該氣管內管1插置一可撓性之探條2,其中,該探條2的前端係設有管體21,於管體21內設有濾光片、鏡頭及光元件等元件,後端係設有一插接件31,以供插接於一控制電路3,於使用時將氣管內管1連同探條2插入病患口內,並將控制電路3連接於一具有顯示幕41之主機4,藉由光元件照亮後由鏡頭擷取器官之影像,再將影像訊號傳輸至設於探條2後端之插接件31,由插接件31插接於一控制電路3,俾於主機4之顯示幕41觀視影像。習知之觀察鏡由於受限於元件的體積,使得探條2前端之攝像鏡頭無法縮小,相對使得醫護人員的操作較為不便,且造成病患於插管時的不適感。申請人有鑑於此,經不斷研究、實驗,遂萌生設計一種微型觀察鏡攝像鏡頭之改良結構,使探條前端的攝像鏡頭外徑減縮,以利於氣管插管操作。
本創作之主要目的,即在提供一種微型觀察鏡攝像鏡頭之改良結構(一),使探條前端的攝像鏡頭外徑得以大量減縮,以利於氣管插管之操作,且可降低病患於插管時之不適感。
前述之微型觀察鏡攝像鏡頭之改良結構(一),係於探條前端嵌套有一外管體,於外管體內由前向後依序僅設有濾光片、鏡頭、積體電路及電路板。其中,該濾光片的一側係設有一發光二極體,該電路板係供焊設電子元件,其上、下緣係設有複數之上接點及下接點,使積體電路得以接觸於該等上接點,並由下接點連接導線,以供連接於探條後端之控制電路,藉由簡化前端的元件從而使探條前端的攝像鏡頭外徑得以減縮,以利於氣管插管之操作。
前述之微型觀察鏡攝像鏡頭之改良結構(一),其中該濾光片與鏡頭之間,係設有一內套管,以構成濾光片與鏡頭之定位。
前述之微型觀察鏡攝像鏡頭之改良結構(一),其中該電路板係供焊設電子元件,其上緣及下緣係設有複數之上接點及下接點,使積體電路得以接觸於該等上接點,並由下接點連接導線,以供連接於探條後端之控制電路。
請同時參閱第2圖及第3圖,係為本創作之立體圖及剖視圖。如圖所示,本創作係如習知觀察鏡,設有一軟性材質且呈透明狀之氣管內管1,於該氣管內管1插置一可撓性之探條2。該探條2的前端係嵌套有一外管體22,後端係設有一控制電路3,於外管體22內由前向後依序設有濾光片23、鏡頭24、積體電路25(於本實施例,係採用型號OV6922)及電路板26。其中,該外管體22係於端部設有一開孔221,該濾光片23係設有較大徑之垣部231,使垣部231上方頂抵於外管體22之開孔221,濾光片23的一側係設有一發光二極體232,濾光片23的下方係設有鏡頭24,於濾光片23與鏡頭24之間設有一內套管27,以構成濾光片23及鏡頭24之定位。該積體電路25係設於鏡頭24的下方,使前述之發光二極體232及鏡頭24分別連接於電路板26。
該電路板26係供焊設電子元件28,其上緣及下緣係設有複數之上接點261及下接點262,使積體電路25得以接觸於該等上接點261,並由下接點262連接導線29,以供連接於探條2後端之控制電路3,從而使探條2前端的外徑得以減縮,以利於氣管插管之操作。其中,於本實施例,該電路板26係呈迂迴狀之連續拗折,使上接點261及下接點262位於上、下緣。
藉由前述構件的組合,構成微型觀察鏡攝像鏡頭之改良結構。於使用時將探條2插置於氣管內管1內,將氣管內管1連同探條2插入病患口內,並將控制電路3連接於一具有顯示幕41之主機4,藉由發光二極體232的照亮,由鏡頭24擷取器官之影像,再將影像訊號傳輸至設於探條2後端之控制電路3,俾於主機4之顯示幕41觀視影像。從而使探條2前端的攝像鏡頭外徑得以大量減縮,以利於氣管插管之操作,且可降低病患於插管時之不適感。於本實施例,該電路板26的面積係等於或小於積體電路25,將大部份的元件向後移,進而使鏡頭24的面積等於或小於積體電路25,使探條2前端的攝像鏡頭外徑得以大量減縮。
前述之電路板26之外徑係可限縮於2.9mm以下,進而可使外管體22限縮於3.5mm以下。
前述之積體電路25,於本實施例係為OV6922型號。
請參閱第4圖,係為本創作之電路板展開圖。如圖所示,本創作之電路板26,於本實施例,係包含供焊設電子元件28之印刷電路部份,以及連結於該印刷電路部份之上接點261及下接點262,使印刷電路部份及上接點261以及下接點262呈迂迴狀之連續拗折,從而使上接點261及下接點262位於上、下緣。
請參閱第5圖,係為本創作之使用狀態圖。如圖所示,本創作於使用時,係將探條2插置於氣管內管1內,將氣管內管1連同探條2插入病患口內,由於該氣管內管1係為軟性材質,且該探條2係為可撓性。因此,當氣管內管1連同探條2插入病患口內時,得以隨人體器官之構造彎曲以利於深入,俾藉由探條2前端擷取影像。
請參閱第6圖,係為本創作之動作狀態圖。敬請配合第2圖,如圖所示,本創作於使用時,藉由控制電路3使設於探條2前端之發光二極體232得以點亮,構成照明作用,以供鏡頭24擷取清楚之器官影像,將影像訊號經由導線29傳輸至後端之控制電路3,經由控制電路3的處理,俾於主機4之顯示幕41觀視影像。
前述實施例,僅為說明本創作之較佳實施方式,而非限制本創作之範圍,凡經由些微修飾、變更,仍不失本創作之要義所在,亦不脫本創作之精神範疇。
綜上所述,本創作以嵌套於探條前端之外管體,配合設於外管體內之濾光片、鏡頭、積體電路及電路板,構成微型觀察鏡攝像鏡頭之改良結構。使探條前端的外徑得以大量減縮,以利於氣管插管之操作,且可降低病患於插管時之不適感。為一實用之設計,誠屬一俱新穎性之創作,爰依法提出專利之申請,祈  鈞局予以審查,早日賜准專利,至感德便。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種微型觀察鏡攝像鏡頭之改良結構(一),係於探條的前端係嵌套有一外管體,於外管體內由前向後依序僅設有濾光片、鏡頭、積體電路及電路板,其中,該濾光片的一側係設有一發光二極體,濾光片的下方係設有鏡頭,該積體電路係設於鏡頭的下方,使前述之發光二極體及鏡頭分別連接於電路板;該電路板係供焊設電子元件,其上緣及下緣係設有複數之上接點及下接點,使積體電路得以接觸於該等上接點,並由下接點連接導線,以供連接於探條後端之控制電路,藉由簡化前端的元件從而使探條前端的攝像鏡頭外徑得以減縮,以利於氣管插管之操作,且可降低病患於插管時之不適感。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之微型觀察鏡攝像鏡頭之改良結構(一),其中,外管體係於端部設有一開孔,該濾光片係設有較大徑之垣部,使垣部上方頂抵於外管體之開孔。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之微型觀察鏡攝像鏡頭之改良結構(一),其中,濾光片與鏡頭之間設有一內套管,以構成濾光片及鏡頭之定位。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之微型觀察鏡攝像鏡頭之改良結構(一),其中,電路板係呈迂迴狀之連續拗折,使上接點及下接點位於上、下緣。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之微型觀察鏡攝像鏡頭之改良結構(一),其中,電路板的面積係等於或小於積體電路,進而使鏡頭的面積等於或小於積體電路,使探條前端的攝像鏡頭外徑得以大量減縮。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項或第5項所述之微型觀察鏡攝像鏡頭之改良結構(一),其中,該電路板之外徑係為2.9mm以下。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之微型觀察鏡攝像鏡頭之改良結構(一),其中,該外管體之外徑係為3.5mm以下。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之微型觀察鏡攝像鏡頭之改良結構(一),其中,該積體電路係為OV6922型號之積體電路。
