然而由於現有容器之表面形狀相當多樣,因此為了讓貼標機可以將標籤順利黏貼在各種不同表面形狀之容器上,即會在貼標機之底部加裝有一角度調整器,使貼標機之黏貼角度可因應各種容器之不同表面形狀而自行調整。如第7圖所示,為習用貼標機之角度調整器70A,其主要係由一底座71及一承板72相互樞接而成,該底座71與該承板72於同一側分別以一連接臂73呈預定夾角相接,再藉一調整螺栓74螺接於該二連接臂73相接處之一螺孔75中,即可藉由旋鎖該調整螺栓74以帶動該承板72朝一預定方向偏擺,並進而達成調整貼標機黏貼角度之目的。惟,此種習用貼標機之角度調整器僅具有單一方向之角度調整功能,因此若要使其具有雙向皆可調整角度之功能時,即會再疊加以另一方向擺設之角度調整器70B,使其具有雙向調整功能,然而如此一來,不但容易使貼標機之總高度過高而不利貼標作業,且更會因結構複雜而使其製造成本大幅提高;再者,習用貼標機之角度調整器在該底座71與該承板72同一側螺接調整螺栓74之方式,容易因調整螺栓74與該二連接臂73相接處的螺距間隙影響,造成架設在該角度調整器上之貼標機構容易晃動,而有穩定性不佳之問題存在。
有鑒於此,故如何改進上述問題,即為本創作所欲解決之首要課題。
