一本體,其內部設有依序連通之一第一氣室、一第二氣室以及一第三氣室,其中,該第一氣室前側開設有一與外部空間相通之入風口,該第一氣室於該本體之左、右兩側分別設有一開口,各該開口分別設有一可活動封閉該開口之蓋體,該第一氣室底部則開設有一第一排放孔,並於該第三氣室開設有一第二排放孔,而於該第三氣室之後側則開設有一出風口;
一第一過濾組,其設於該本體之第一氣室中,該第一過濾組包括有一呈傾斜狀之碰撞板、一不鏽鋼除霧網以及至少一過濾棉片,且該第一過濾組之碰撞板與該第一氣室之入風口呈相對設置;

藉此,本創作係採用多段式之過濾方式而可將氣體中之油霧有效收集過濾,並可經其排放孔而回收再利用,因此相當環保而更可有效減少切削油之成本支出,且經由本創作多段式之過濾作用而可將瀰漫於空氣中的油霧煙塵與異味有效濾淨,而達到完全過濾油霧煙塵之空氣淨化效果。
再者,本創作可利用該蓋體124上之壓力計125判斷濾材是否該更換。如第1圖所示,該壓力計125設有一指標球128,當扇輪作動而將外界空氣吸入該本體11內部時,該第一氣室12內的氣壓將低於外界氣壓,該壓力計125之指標球128將浮起,而可藉以表示該第一氣室12內的壓力狀態。而當本創作使用一段時間後,空氣中的油霧將累積於濾材上而造成堵塞,進而降低過濾的效果。若上述情形發生,則該第一氣室12內的氣壓將趨近於外界氣壓,該壓力計125之指標球128浮起的高度則會降低,使用者可依此判斷濾材已堵塞,則可及時更換以維持良好的過濾效果。
