Description

兼具上一頁與首頁功能之複合按鍵電路
本創作係與一種複合按鍵電路有關，特別是指一種兼具上一頁與首頁功能之複合按鍵電路。
按，目前習知的各種操作介面，通常皆分別設有具上一頁功能之返回鍵(Back鍵)以及具首頁功能之首頁鍵(Home鍵)，當使用者按壓返回鍵(Back鍵)時，係可使操作介面返回上一操作狀態，當使用者按壓首頁鍵(Home鍵)時，則可使操作介面返回初始的操作介面。
惟，分別設置之返回鍵(Back鍵)以及首頁鍵(Home鍵)，係徒增操作介面之按鍵，造成使用者於操作該操作介面時，必須費時選擇可正確執行確切功能之按鍵，而導致操作的不便，有鑑於此，本案創作人在觀察到上述缺點後，認為習知操作介面實有進一步再改良之必要，而遂有本創作之產生。
本創作之主要目的係在提供一種兼具上一頁與首頁功能之複合按鍵電路，其係可整合操作介面之返回鍵(Back鍵)與首頁鍵(Home鍵)，以減化操作介面之按鍵，令使用者毋須再費時選擇按鍵執行不同功能，從而使操作能更為簡易而有效率。
為達上述目的，本創作所提供之兼具上一頁與首頁功能之複合按鍵電路，其係包含有：一按鍵；一處理器，其係與該按鍵電性相接，且該處理器係設有一計時器，該計時器係可供計算該按鍵之按壓時間，並判斷該按鍵之按壓時間是否達一預定時間，當該計時器判斷該按鍵之按壓 時間達該預定時間，該處理器係輸出一第一執行指令，當該計時器判斷該按鍵之按壓時間未達該預定時間，該處理器係輸出一第二執行指令；一第一功能控制模組，其係與該處理器電性相接，並可接收暨執行該處理器之第一執行指令；一第二功能控制模組，其係與該處理器電性相接，並可接收暨執行該處理器之第二執行指令。
本創作所提供之兼具上一頁與首頁功能之複合按鍵電路，可透過該計時器判斷該按鍵之按壓時間是否達預定時間，當該計時器判斷該按鍵之按壓時間達該預定時間，該處理器係可輸出第一執行指令，使該第一功能控制模組執行使操作介面返回初始操作介面之首頁鍵(Home鍵)首頁功能，當該計時器判斷該按鍵之按壓時間未達該預定時間，該處理器係可輸出第二執行指令，使該第二功能控制模組執行使操作介面返回上一操作狀態之返回鍵(Back鍵)上一頁功能，藉此，係可整合操作介面之返回鍵(Back鍵)與首頁鍵(Home鍵)，以減化操作介面之按鍵，令使用者毋須再費時選擇按鍵執行不同功能，從而使操作能更為簡易而有效率。

請參閱第1圖所示，係為本創作之方塊圖，並請配合參閱第2圖所示，係為本創作之使用示意圖，其係揭露有一種兼具上一頁與首頁功能之複合按鍵電路，該兼具上一頁與首頁功能之複合按鍵電路係包含有：
一按鍵10，其係可為設於操作面板200上之實體按鍵，但此僅為一實施例，而非局限本創作之實施態樣，該按鍵10亦可選擇為顯示於觸控面板上之觸控按鍵。
一處理器20，其係與該按鍵10電性相接，並具有運算邏輯功能，可供執行該按鍵10之指令，且該處理器20係設有一計時器21，該 計時器21係可供計算該按鍵10之按壓時間，並判斷該按鍵10之按壓時間是否達一預定時間，於本創作，該預定時間係設定為0.5秒，當該計時器21判斷該按鍵10之按壓時間達該預定時間，該處理器20係輸出一第一執行指令，當該計時器21判斷該按鍵10之按壓時間未達該預定時間，該處理器20係輸出一第二執行指令。
一第一功能控制模組30，其係與該處理器20電性相接，並可接收暨執行該處理器20之第一執行指令，於本創作，該第一功能控制模組30接收該處理器20之第一執行指令後，係執行使操作介面返回初始操作介面之首頁鍵(Home鍵)首頁功能。
一第二功能控制模組40，其係與該處理器20電性相接，並可接收暨執行該處理器20之第二執行指令，於本創作，該第二功能控制模組40接收該處理器20之第二執行指令後，係執行使操作介面返回上一操作狀態之返回鍵(Back鍵)上一頁功能。
為供進一步瞭解本創作構造特徵、運用技術手段及所預期達成之功效，茲將本創作使用方式加以敘述，相信當可由此而對本創作有更深入且具體之瞭解，如下所述：
請繼續參閱第2圖所示，並請配合參閱第1圖所示，當使用者按壓該按鍵10後，該計時器21係將開始計算該按鍵10之按壓時間，並判斷該按鍵10之按壓時間是否達0.5秒之預定時間，若使用者長按壓該按鍵10超過0.5秒，使該計時器21判斷該按鍵10之按壓時間達該預定時間，則該處理器20係可輸出第一執行指令，使該第一功能控制模組30執行使操作介面返回初始操作介面之首頁鍵(Home鍵)首頁功能，反之，若使用者短按壓該按鍵10未達0.5秒，使該計時器21判斷該按鍵10之按壓時間未達該預定時間，則該處理器20係可輸出第二執行指令，使該第二功能控制模組40執行使操作介面返回上一操作狀態之返回鍵(Back鍵)上一頁功能，藉此，係可整合操作介面之返回鍵(Back鍵)與首頁鍵(Home鍵)，以減 化操作介面之按鍵，令使用者毋須再費時選擇按鍵執行不同功能，從而使操作能更為簡易而有效率。
茲，再將本創作之特徵及其可達成之預期功效陳述如下：
本創作之兼具上一頁與首頁功能之複合按鍵電路，可透過該處理器20判斷該按鍵10之按壓時間是否達預定時間，當該處理器20判斷該按鍵10之按壓時間達該預定時間，該處理器20係可使該第一功能控制模組30執行使操作介面返回初始操作介面之首頁鍵(Home鍵)首頁功能，當該處理器20判斷該按鍵10之按壓時間未達該預定時間，該處理器20係可使該第二功能控制模組40執行使操作介面返回上一操作狀態之返回鍵(Back鍵)上一頁功能，藉此，係可整合操作介面之返回鍵(Back鍵)與首頁鍵(Home鍵)，以減化操作介面之按鍵，令使用者毋須再費時選擇按鍵執行不同功能，從而使操作能更為簡易而有效率。
綜上所述，本創作在同類產品中實有其極佳之進步實用性，同時遍查國內外關於此類結構之技術資料，文獻中亦未發現有相同的構造存在在先，是以，本創作實已具備新型專利要件，爰依法提出申請。
惟，以上所述者，僅係本創作之一較佳可行實施例而已，故舉凡應用本創作說明書及申請專利範圍所為之等效結構變化，理應包含在本創作之專利範圍內。

  1. 一種兼具上一頁與首頁功能之複合按鍵電路，其係包含有：一按鍵；一處理器，其係與該按鍵電性相接，且該處理器係設有一計時器，該計時器係可供計算該按鍵之按壓時間，並判斷該按鍵之按壓時間是否達一預定時間，當該計時器判斷該按鍵之按壓時間達該預定時間，該處理器係輸出一第一執行指令，當該計時器判斷該按鍵之按壓時間未達該預定時間，該處理器係輸出一第二執行指令；一第一功能控制模組，其係與該處理器電性相接，並可接收暨執行該處理器之第一執行指令，該第一功能控制模組接收該處理器之第一執行指令後，係執行一使操作介面返回初始操作介面之首頁功能；一第二功能控制模組，其係與該處理器電性相接，並可接收暨執行該處理器之第二執行指令，該第二功能控制模組接收該處理器之第二執行指令後，係執行一使操作介面返回上一操作狀態之上一頁功能。
  2. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之兼具上一頁與首頁功能之複合按鍵電路，其中，該預定時間係設定為0.5秒。
  3. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之兼具上一頁與首頁功能之複合按鍵電路，其中，該按鍵係可選擇為一實體按鍵或一觸控按鍵。
