有關於本創作之結構組成、技術手段及功效達成方面,謹配合圖式再予舉例進一步具體說明於后:請參閱第1~3圖所示,以軟式網球為例說明本創作之第一較佳實施型態,如圖所示,所述之軟式網球的球體(10)在製作上,通常係採至少兩片球皮所並組結合成型,該等球皮可為半圓型態或8字型態(此一部份因非本創作標的及探討對象,故不再予贅述),而為了賦予本創作球體(10)在充氣作業的便利性與平衡感改善,乃於所述的兩片球皮的內緣面預定部位分別預先結合組製一另製的充氣閥(11)(12),並使充氣閥(11)(12)的外端明顯顯露於球皮的表面,以方便使用者辨識,該等充氣閥(11)(12)係採橡膠材質製成,並於其中心製設一有充氣隙孔(13)(14),且令有充氣隙孔(13)(14)的內端呈密合狀,使斜針式球針(1)與圓頭式球針(2)均可順利穿插通過,又前述的充氣閥(11)(12)組製於球皮內緣面的位置,乃以二球皮在併組結合成球體(10)時,該二充氣閥(11)(12)恰呈相對應的對稱狀態,依此構成本創作雙充氣閥球體的第一較佳實施例; 經由上揭之結構組成,因其於同一球體(10)內部規劃設有二充氣閥(11)(12),且該二充氣閥(11)(12)係為於相對應的兩個不同位置,所以在使用者欲對球體(10)進行充氣作業時,只需小幅度地翻轉球體(10)(相較於習知單一充氣閥而言),即可很快地找到任一充氣閥(11)或(12),配合將選用的斜針式球針(1)與圓頭式球針(2),由充氣閥(11)或(12)的有充氣隙孔(13)或(14),便得以對球體(10)施行充氣作業,在使用上較習知結構更為便利,又因該等充氣閥(11)(12)的重量並不大,且呈相對稱設置,所以可以取得球體(10)整體較佳的平衡感,達到更佳之實用價值者;另請參閱第4~7圖所示,說明本創作之第二較佳實施行態,如圖所示,其球體(20)除了可為前述的軟式網球外,亦可擴及至其他需要充氣的球類(諸如:硬式網球(如第5圖所示)、足球(如第6圖所示)、籃球(如第7圖所示)、軟式棒球、壘球與排球等),而在其球體(20)的製造上,基本上仍是採至少兩片球皮所併組覆合成型,在其每一球皮內緣面的預定位置分別組製結合有一橡膠或類似材質製成的充氣閥(21)(22),使其球體(20)組製成型後,該二充氣閥(21)(22)恰位於相對應的兩個不同位置,且該等充氣閥(21)(22)是其球體(20)的對象與用途而得選用無隙孔式結構,此時只能適用以斜針式球針(1)插入無充氣隙孔的充氣閥(21)(22)以行使充氣作業,依此構成本創作之第二較佳實施例,透過其雙充氣閥(21)(22)的位置規劃,同樣地可使其在欲進行充氣作業時,可快速找到充氣閥(21)或(22)的所在位置,配合斜針式球針(1)插入而順利完成其充氣作業,同時在球體(20) 的整體平衡性方面亦可取得良好的平衡效果,突破習知單一充氣閥球體所存在及可能衍生之問題與缺失者;即,經由以上說明,可知本創作在不變更球體的併組覆合成型的作業模式與大幅增加產製成本的原則下,透過於球體內部同時規劃兩個充氣閥的結構,使其在充氣時得以透過小幅度地翻轉球體而快速找到充氣閥的所在位置,賦予其充氣作業的更佳便利性,同時能提昇球體的整體更佳平衡感,相較於習知單一充氣閥的球體而言,確具有更佳之實用價值者;綜上所述,本創作針對軟式網球等充氣球類所研創之雙充氣閥結構,在不影響其產製及大幅增加成本的原則下,不但可增進其充氣的便利性外,更得以取得球體之較佳平衡感,突破習知單一充氣閥球體之型態限制,有效解決其可能存在及衍生之問題與缺失,整體而言,誠不失為一優異、突出之創新結構,爰依法提出專利申請。Regarding the structural composition, technical means and effectiveness of this creation, I would like to further elaborate on the following examples: Please refer to Figures 1~3, and use soft tennis as an example to illustrate the first comparison of this creation.
