由於一般該透明基座(1)之光線穿透率約在91±1%,而在設置該抗反射層(3)後,可令該螢幕保護貼(A)之光線穿透率提升約至94±1%,此外,本新型創作不限於上述該抗反射層(3)之設置手段,亦可於該透明基座(1)之另一側且與該黏貼層(2)之間設置該抗反射層(3),透過該透明基座(1)相反二側均設有該抗反射層(3),而令該螢幕保護貼(A)之光線穿透率可高達98±1%。
一抗眩光層(4):
設於該抗反射層(4)外側,該抗眩光層(4)主要係透過擴散反射之原理,令該抗反側層(4)表面具有顆粒大小均勻分布之層級,可使通過之光線產生亂反射而達到抗眩光、並兼具抗手紋、防汙漬等效果。
綜上所述,本新型創作確實符合產業利用性,且未於申請前見於刊物或公開使用,亦未為公眾所知悉,且具有非顯而易知性,符合可專利之要件,爰依法提出專利申請。
惟上述所陳,為本新型創作在產業上一較佳實施例,舉凡依本新型創作申請專利範圍所作之均等變化,皆屬本案訴求標的之範疇。
