本創作人有鑑於現有利用自然力生成能量,受限於地區方能實施之缺點,乃不斷的精進研發改良,終研發出一機械式動力裝置。

藉此,當L形桿體3上之卡榫5對於該L形桿體3之卡掣或鬆脫時,使造成轉盤2之重心改變,促使該轉盤2形成轉動,同時藉由轉盤2與L形桿體3之間之彈性件9彈性伸縮與回復力,進而連動該集能裝置6運轉而集能。
此外,如第4~7圖所示,實施時,該轉盤2上相對於上述L形桿體3之下方係同樣設有一L形桿體3,該L形桿體3一端樞設於轉盤2上,另端則延伸超過該轉盤2之外周,並設有一重塊31,又該L形桿體3前端與轉盤2間係連接有一彈性件9,藉以使轉盤2轉動時,由於該L形桿體3因地心引力作用,而保持垂直向下之狀態,使該彈性件9因轉盤2轉動而形成拉伸狀態。藉此,透過該兩組L形桿體3之設計及上述之作動原理(如第4~7圖所示),以達到更佳之集能效果。
