一種可大量生產的食品成型裝置模組,係該食品成型裝置模組的單一模組包含有:
一供料部,係該供料部設有一置放槽,又該置放槽設有一推板一入口及一第一出口,另在該第一出口設有一第一擠壓裝置;
一餵料部,係該餵料部係內設有一容室並接設於前述供料部的下方,且該容室內設有第二擠壓裝置,並在該第二擠壓裝置的後端接設有一驅動裝置,又該餵料部的前端設有第二出口;及
一成型部,係該成型部與前述餵料部的第二出口接設,且設有一出料孔;
藉由上述元件的構成,得從供料部放入食品原料,經過第一、二擠壓裝置的均勻攪拌擠壓,最後再成型於成型部,最後從出料孔掉出以利包裝,透過一貫化、自動化的作業,以達到可大量生產食品成品的效能。
