Description

Aspirating wound dressing

This creation relates to a wound dressing, in particular to a liquid-absorbent wound dressing.

When the skin of an organism is injured, a wound is often formed at the affected site. Due to the trauma, the wound loses the protection of the original skin, so that external dirt or pathogens can easily invade into the living body through the skin gap, thereby causing wound infection.

In order to avoid the aforementioned wound infection problem, it is customary to cover the wound with a compress material to block external dirt or pathogens from entering the living body through the wound. Conventional commonly used materials, such as gauze, cotton, cotton pads, non-woven fabrics, etc., these materials can generally achieve the purpose of the aforementioned barrier. However, when the wound is deeply affected and deep in the dermis or subcutaneous tissue, usually the body fluid or blood will flow out from the wound. If the body fluid or blood flowing out of the wound is not removed from the wound, the pathogen will be promoted by the pathogen. The growth of nutrients in body fluids or blood, which in turn causes wound infection. However, the aforementioned conventional dressings do not provide sufficient liquid removal capability, or remove body fluids or blood and effectively isolate them from the wound site to avoid the possibility of further wound infection.

Furthermore, the use of the above-mentioned conventional dressings does not have the function of preventing sticking to the wound contact surface, so that when the liquid or blood at the wound cannot be effectively removed, the liquid or blood will gradually dry or solidify. The wound is tightly adhered to the dressing and will cause secondary damage to the wound when replaced or removed.

In view of the above-mentioned conventional application of the material for removing body fluids or blood (especially when handling a large amount of wound exudate), and the body of the dressing does not have the function of preventing sticking, an effective wound removal has been developed. Exudate and prevent wounds There is still a need for it with sticky dressings.

One object of the present invention is to provide a liquid-absorbent wound dressing material that overcomes the deficiencies of the prior art.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, a liquid-absorbent wound dressing includes: a liquid conductive layer which is a liquid permeable membrane; and a liquid absorbing layer for absorbing the liquid, stacked A layered structure.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, based on the foregoing embodiment, one side of the liquid absorbing layer that is not in contact with the liquid permeable membrane is further treated to make the liquid non-conductive.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, the laminated structure in the liquid-absorbent wound dressing of the present invention further comprises another liquid conduction on a side of the liquid-absorbent layer that is not in contact with the liquid conductive layer. Floor.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, in the laminated structure of the liquid-absorbent wound dressing of the present invention, a plurality of liquid through holes penetrating therethrough are disposed on the liquid permeable membrane, and the liquid is passed through The through hole is located on the inner side of the cleaning contact layer with a smaller aperture than the outer side, thereby preventing the liquid from re-infiltrating to the outside.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, in addition to the liquid permeable membrane of the foregoing embodiment, a mesh spacer layer is further added.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, in the foregoing embodiment, the liquid absorbing layer is directly coated by a single liquid permeable membrane, sealed at the three-side opening, or The four sides of the laminated structure are sealed.

According to the liquid-absorbent wound dressing indicated by the present invention, when applied to a wound having exudate, the liquid conducting layer side is in contact with the liquid, and the exudate to be removed passes through the liquid conducting layer, followed by the liquid absorbing layer. Absorbed. Because of this creation The liquid conduction layer has a design for preventing liquid backflow, thereby effectively preventing the absorbed exudate from rewet and reducing the risk of infection of the wound.

Therefore, the creation of the liquid-absorbent wound dressing material can effectively remove the wound exudate, overcome the shortcomings of the conventional dressing material which can not effectively remove the exudate, and does not worry about the back-infiltration leading to wound infection. It is thus apparent that the liquid-absorbent wound dressings according to the present invention have a significant effect as compared with the conventional dressings.

In order to make the liquid-absorbent wound dressing disclosed in the present invention more clearly understood, it is described herein in conjunction with the drawings, but it is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and any one familiar with the skill of the art has the usual knowledge. Modifications and changes that can be easily made by a person are covered by this creation.

Referring to the first figure, a schematic cross-sectional view of one embodiment of the present liquid-absorbent wound dressing is shown. The liquid-absorbent wound dressing (1) according to the present invention is formed by stacking at least one liquid conducting layer (2) and a liquid absorbing layer (4). The liquid conducting layer (2) is a liquid permeable membrane, and a plurality of liquid permeable holes (22) penetrating therethrough are disposed thereon, and the liquid permeable holes (22) are located in the liquid conducting layer (2) The inner opening (24) has a smaller aperture than the outer opening (26), whereby it can be used to prevent the wound exudate from re-infiltrating to the outside. Specifically, the cross section of the liquid passage hole (22) is equal or approximately a trapezoidal structure having a lower base length longer than the upper base length. If it is viewed in terms of its three-dimensional structure, it is similar to a tapered through hole.

In order to make the present liquid-absorbent wound dressing (1) clear the wound exudate, the exudate can smoothly pass through the liquid perforation hole (22), thereby achieving the purpose of clearing the exudate, and preventing the exudate from flowing back. The inner opening (24) of the liquid through hole (22) has a specific diameter of 0.2 to 1.4 mm, and another specific embodiment is 0.4 to 1.2 mm. The outer diameter opening (26) of the liquid through hole (22) has a specific aperture of 0.5 to 2.5 mm, and another specific embodiment is 0.7 to 2.3 mm. In addition, the specific implementation of the ratio of the aperture of the outer opening (26) to the aperture of the inner opening (24) is 1.3~3.0, another specific implementation is 1.5~2.5. In order to make the present liquid-absorbent wound dressing (1) have better cleaning efficiency when removing wound exudate, all areas of the inner opening (24) of the liquid through-hole (22) account for the total area of the clean contact layer (2). The proportion of the specific implementation is 10~40%, and the other specific implementation is 15~40%. The method of forming the liquid passage hole (22) may be a physical piercing method of punching, in addition to the method of piercing the heated iron tip, but is not limited thereto.

The material which can be used to prepare the liquid conducting layer (2) of the present invention is not particularly limited in the present invention, as long as it can prevent the liquid from flowing or permeating through the liquid perforating hole (22) provided thereon. Applied to this creation. For example, a polymer film or a nonwoven film. More specific examples include, but are not limited to, films or nonwovens made of materials such as polyolefins (e.g., polyethylene, polypropylene), polyester, and the like. When it is a non-woven material, it may be composed of fibers of the same form as polyester or polypropylene, or a bicomponent or composite fiber having a low melting point component and a high melting point component. The fibers may be selected from nylon (Nylon), polyester, cotton, acrylic fibers, and the like, as well as various natural and synthetic materials similar to these compositions. The bicomponent fiber may be composed of, for example, a polyester core (polyester core) and a polyethylene sheath, but is not limited thereto.

(2)。The liquid absorbing layer (4) is composed of a liquid absorbing liquid, which can be used to quickly absorb liquid, and has a function of absorbing liquid and retaining liquid. Any design or material that can be used to create this effect in this creation can be applied to this creation. Those skilled in the art can easily select the appropriate commercially available ones according to the requirements of this creation. Materials are not specifically limited in this creation. Specific examples include, but are not limited to, polymer absorbers, fibers, or a mixture of the two. The aforementioned polymer absorber comprises a natural polymer and a synthetic polymer. The aforementioned fibers comprise pulp fibers. When the liquid is absorbed by the polymer absorber, the polymer absorber expands to form a colloid, and the liquid is coated therein without worrying that the liquid is again rewet back to the liquid conducting layer (2).

In order to avoid the aforementioned liquid-absorbent wound dressing (1), the exudate is absorbed. Thereafter, the liquid leaks from the side of the liquid absorbing layer that is not in contact with the liquid permeable membrane, and preferably a liquid barrier layer (not shown) may be further added to the side. The liquid barrier layer is not particularly limited in the present creation, and any structure and material that prevents liquid circulation in the creation of the cost can be used in the present creation. Specific examples include, but are not limited to, a polyethylene film or a thermoplastic film similar to a liquid impermeable polyethylene film.

(22))。In order to prevent the liquid from overflowing from the side, the circumference of the artificial liquid-absorbent wound dressing (1) can be further sealed, for example, by heat or ultrasonic bonding, an adhesive such as a high-temperature melting adhesive, etc. a laminate obtained by stacking the liquid conductive layer (2) and the liquid absorbing layer (4) by the above combination or other suitable attachment means (if the liquid isolating layer, the laminated body comprises a liquid separating layer) The joints around are attached. Thereby, a space close to the sealed state can be formed (the only opening is a plurality of liquid through holes (22) provided in the liquid conductive layer (2)).

Thereby, when the wound is removed and the exudate is removed by using the original liquid-absorbent wound dressing (1), the liquid-conducting layer (2) side of the liquid-absorbent wound dressing (1) is brought into contact with the wound. The exudate will be absorbed by the liquid absorbing layer (4) through the liquid permeable aperture (22) provided in the liquid conducting layer (2). Finally, by the adsorption of the liquid absorbing layer (4), the exudate can be coated in the liquid-absorbent wound dressing (1) without being discharged. The creation of the liquid-absorbent wound dressing (1) can effectively remove a large amount of exudate when the exudate is removed, and the medical staff or other operators do not contact the exudate during the entire wound coating process.

Referring to the second figure, a schematic cross-sectional view of another embodiment of the present liquid-absorbent wound dressing (1) is shown. The liquid-absorbent wound dressing (1) according to the present invention is formed by stacking at least one liquid conducting layer (2) and a liquid absorbing layer (4), wherein the liquid absorbing layer (4) is not The side in contact with the liquid conducting layer (2) is further treated so that its surface completely becomes a liquid non-conducting surface (6). The foregoing processing method is not particularly limited in the present creation, and any one of the conventional methods for achieving liquid non-conduction can be applied to the present creation. example For example, the side surface is treated by a thermocompression bonding technique, or a layer of a hydrophobic material is coated on the side surface to form a waterproof film, but is not limited thereto.

Referring to the third figure, a schematic cross-sectional view of another embodiment of the present liquid-absorbent wound dressing (1) is shown. The structure is similar to the specific embodiment shown in the first figure, and the difference is that the liquid absorbing layer (4) is not in contact with the liquid conducting layer (2), and a liquid conducting layer (2) is further disposed. . The size of the opening of the liquid guiding layer (2) and the ratio of the opening diameter, the aperture ratio and the opening area of the liquid through-hole (2) are independently set, and the two may be the same or different. In addition, in the embodiment disclosed in the first to third embodiments of the present invention, a mesh isolation layer (not shown) may be disposed outside the liquid conductive layer (2) to reduce the application of the material and the wound. Contact area reduces the possibility of sticking of the wound.

In addition, in order to allow the exudate to smoothly flow to the liquid absorbing layer (4) after passing through the liquid conducting layer (2), it can be further applied to the liquid conducting layer (2) (that is, between the liquid conducting layer and the liquid absorbing layer). Providing a liquid drainage layer for draining the permeate through the liquid conducting layer (2) away from the liquid conducting layer (2), so that the exudate to be purged continues to pass through the liquid conducting layer via the liquid through hole (22) ( 2). Therefore, any design and materials that can be used to guide the flow of liquid can be applied to the present creation, and there is no particular limitation here. As a specific embodiment of the creation of the liquid drainage layer, for example, a directional fiber nonwoven fabric is used, whereby the exudate passing through the liquid conduction layer (2) can be guided to the liquid absorption layer (4) by siphoning. In addition, in order to have a better drainage effect of the liquid drainage layer, it is preferred that the liquid drainage layer is hydrophobic, and if the liquid conduction layer (2) is hydrophilic, the hydrophilicity of the two-layer structure is pushed and pulled. The effect will be a better liquid drainage effect on the liquid drainage layer.

In the present liquid-absorbent wound dressing (1), an additive may be further included as needed, and the additive may be added to the liquid absorbing layer (4), the liquid conducting layer (2), or the mesh separating layer, in the present creation. There are no special restrictions. The additive may be selected by a person skilled in the art, such as an antibacterial agent, a growth factor, a drug, etc., but is not limited thereto.
