Abstract

Power supply circuit and fan driving circuit thereof with auto-reg-ulated rotation speed is disclosed.The fan driving circuit with auto-regulated rotation speed includes a PWM generating circuit, a feedback circuit, a first temperature sensing circuit and a calculation circuit.The PWM generating circuit generates a PWM signal to fan so that the rota-tion speed varies according to the PWM signal.The feedback circuit generates a feedback signal according to the PWM signal.The first tem-perature sensing circuit detects an operation temperature of the hot ob- ject and generates a corresponding first temperature signal accord-ingly.The calculation circuit computes a computing signal to the PWM generating circuit according to the feedback signal and the first temper-ature signal.The PWM generating circuit generates the PWM signal ac-cording to the computing signal.The duty cycle of the PWM signal is in-creased when the operation temperature is increased.
