M311754 八、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作係-種運用於玻璃門或玻璃門框之夹固座設計 ,尤指-種將蓋板的邊緣及轉角設為弧順型態,藉以達到 避免傷害人體及製造容易等效能之無框玻璃門夾固座。 【先前技術】 基於安裝組配之需要,目前的無框強化玻璃門或玻璃 門框於端角部位必須設置夾固座,藉以讓無框玻璃門能夠 :可開啟型態樞設結合於門框内,或者是安裝門把、鎖具 等相關配件’冑關於現有無框強化玻璃門所採用的夹固座 構造及裝配運用型式,可以參看如公告編號第25728〇號 「玻璃門的裝配構件」、公告編號第431534號「無框式 玻璃門頂之上包角結構改良」及公告編號第498922號「 玻璃門之夾頭構造改良」等專利案所示,容不贅述。 請參閱第八圖所示,現有的無框玻璃門夾固座係設有 一能夠夾固結合於玻璃門(5 0 )邊緣的玻璃夾座(8 〇 )及二分別罩蓋結合玻璃夾座(8 〇 )兩側的蓋板(9 〇 )’其中的玻璃夾座(8 0 )係設有能夠相對鎖固結合的 一板座(81)及一板蓋(82),該板座(81)及該 板蓋(8 2 )係利用二分別以上的螺栓(8 3 )相對螺合 鎖固’並於板座(8 1 )及板蓋(8 2 )之間形成一可以 夾固結合於玻璃門(5 〇 )的夾槽(8 4 ),同時基於蓋 板(9 0 )結合的需要,板座(8 1 )及板蓋(8 2 )均 於相對應的兩側設有二分別凸出狀的凸塊(8 5 )及二分 M311754 別凹陷狀的凹緣(8 6 );
前述的兩蓋板(9 0 )係相對罩蓋結合於玻璃夾座( 8 0 )的相對兩側,各蓋板(9 0 )係設有一規格形狀對 應於玻璃夾座(8 0 )的面板(9 1 ),於面板(9 1 ) 的周邊一體彎伸設有一圈框片(9 2 ),藉以圍設形成— 可嵌罩結合於玻璃夾座(8 〇 )側邊的嵌罩槽(9 3 ), 並對應於玻璃夾座(8 0 )所設的凸塊(8 5 )及凹緣( 8 6 ),各蓋板(9 0 )於框片(g 2 )内壁面的相對位 置設有相對應的凹緣(9 4 )及凸塊(9 5 ),藉以讓各 盍板(9 0 )能夠卡固結合於玻璃夾座(8 〇 )的兩側表 面,藉以保護玻璃夾座(8 0 )及產生美化效果。 前述現有的無框玻璃門夾固座的結構設計,雖然已經 能夠達到裝配結合於無框玻璃門或玻璃門框的作用,不過 由於其蓋板(9 0 )的邊緣及轉角均是設為具剛硬稜邊的 直角型態’因此在實施使用± ’容易產生如下所列的缺點
